After a paid diagnostic, they said a radio installation was $45 and then randomly more than doubled the price afterwards. This made it extremely easy to feel scammed as they didn’t notify the customer about this price change. They also seemed haphazard in the way they greeted and took in customers. Thankful it’s done but hope that others have a better experience.

I went here today to get my windows tinted and Devon took great care of me! He was so nice and professional and explained to me the different types of tints to get for my window, definitely recommending anyone here for tints! Great price to get my car done as well thank you again!

Dont waste your time. I went to them once and got my back window tinted and they left is creased up but they then couldnt fix it because of the defrosters. Stupidly, I went back for a sun strip and they cut it lopsided, one side being a whole inch thicker than the other. As if that wasnt enough Im pretty they used a dull razor blade and scratched my window (according to the place I had fix it). I did not have this scratch before this tint job, Its a perfectly straight line that lines up with my tint. Just a waste of time, place is as bad as it looks. Your tint job depends on who does it but its not worth the gamble. They play games when you ask them to fix it too. If I could post the pictures of my lopsided tint and scratched windshield I would. Save your time.EDIT: I have the correct place but thanks for the suggestion. I had it fixed- by someone else. I tried to have you fix it but you had me come up there when you werent even there (gave me a time that you were closed) and then would not return my text after the fact where I stated Id have someone else fix it if you were not willing to.

I had tried to get with other tint shops in the area on short notice and they either were already gone for the day, (in the middle of the day, for the day - 1pm) or they didnt respond to any inquires. I recently got my 2015 Camry tinted here, and they were fantastic! The staff was very knowledgeable, went out of their way to take excellent care of me and my car. wonderful customer service. Me being a new native to East Orlando area and with a purchase of a brand new car, i immediately needed a tint jobs due the the horrific sun. Then i found ETC Tinting & Stereo. I was really not familiar with anything involving tint until the Owner explained everything to me and i needed to know about what i was paying for. I payed for what i got and i can say it was an amazing job. I was so pleased with my tint and audio instillation. I highly recommend ETC i tell everyone to go cause it worth every penny.. I cannot begin to express the great experience I had here having my car sound speakers installed. The owner was helpful, friendly and very professional. The prices are more than reasonable and the work was done all in one day. A very pleasant experience from a very pleasant staff. All in all I would recommend this shop for any of your car audio/tinting needs. Also, I went back a few months after original installation and he replaced a wire and speaker free of charge. Customer service is exceptional.

I took my 2010 Charger to get one of the light bulbs changed when I came back to pick up my car the owner upgraded my lights to the really bright lights. Ive been using this company since i got my first car which was in 2007, I am remarkably pleased with the quality of work i always received. DO NOT GO HERE!!!JR quoted me 2-3 hour job. I got 4 speakers replaced, an amp, and two tweeters.....should have been easy for a Stereo Installaion Shop.7 hours later....he told me I had to come back the next day to finish up one thing. He complained the entire time about how much work this was.If installing 4 speakers, 2 tweeters, and an amp is a hard job then you should not be installing Car Audio.I noticed many problems on my drive home that he never told me about. Speakers were fuzzy and amp wasnt tuned, door casings were put on incorrectly on every single door. Locks came up crooked, nothing aligned correctly, one door didnt even lock (the only problem he told me about).It is now day two of being here for a simple installation an I have spent 10 hours here total.DO NOT COME HERE. You should literally have anyone else do the job for you. You are far better off just having a random kid walking down the street install your speakers.---update---- man said I was good to go an he pull the car out to me. The driver door wouldnt unlock because he didnt connect locking wires back up.This place is a complete joke.

I had hired these guys to do a radio install from bare wires, all they did the entire time was complain about how much work I was paying them to do and how they wished they could just hook up the adapter harness. They just make up prices and numbers and threw them at me. I dont see a harness, thatll be a $25 diagnostic fee. Speakers might not work? $30 repair fee. Left the shop with the radio coming on, but out of one speaker. I was really upset that my system didnt work, but I was sick of hassling them to get them to do the work I was paying them to do so I just paid them.I watched them do a couple tints, and it seemed like okay work. Very haphazard with the chemical; they soaked a brand new Civic Si interior in the tint adhesive. Tints were straight and not bubbly though, Ill give them that.Id definitely not go back. This seems like a few guys trying to take you for a ride and charge you $100 for $30 worth of work. At no point did they seem like professionals. Theres no shortage of people doing what these guys do. Go somewhere else.

We had our tint done here, and the end result was as if I bought the tint at a Walmart & did it ourself! When questioned on getting tint replaced later I was told they couldn’t remove tint for it will damage window elements for the defrosters, but when I paid & left the first time & questioned the work he told me to come back after 2-3days & they would fix any issues that didn’t go away on there own.We took vehicle to another tint shop that had no problem removing tint & pitting on professionally cut tint by a machine that cut tint by make/model & not a utility knife.I should of read the negative reviews on this business, and I would of realized how in-professional they really are. The owner is in denial! Every negative review is followed by him trying to say it is a competitor writing the reviews, and even putting to person down writing the review, and even one case where he texted the person threatening with lawyer if review not removed. NOT ONE RESPONCE TO A REVIEW TRYING TO RESOLVE THIER ISSUE. JUST DENIAL @ DEGRADING THE REVIEWER. That alone speakers volume of his professionalism!!!Stay away & visit a professional tint shot that has quality equipment & clean/safe facility to do the work & not just a role of tint & an utility knife!Read the real reviews!!!!

If I could leave a 0 star for this place I would. I am highly dissatisfied with the service I recieved when going to this place. I thought it would be nice place to get my stereo fixed since I saw there was 4 stars on here. However every single person who works here is rude and arrogant. On top of belittling me they almost back straight up into my car and said it was my fault because they dont have time to look at their mirrors when theyre backing up. If you want service from someone who is nice to you and will offer good advice I suggest you dont step foot on this property

My stereo was not turning on and it had a red light blinking. I took it to ETC expecting them to reset the stereo real quick. The guy in the office charged me $20 to look at it and I agree expecting him to reset it or run a simple diagnose. He went to my car an literally looked at it, hit the power button and said it has to be replaced. I agree to replace it; however, while they where working on another vehicle I downloaded the user manual of my stereo and turned out the power and number five buttons had to be held pressed for five seconds to bring it back to normal and it did.Since the stereo was working I told them to not bother about replacing it because it actually works. The owner argued that even though they gave me a wrong diagnose, I have to pay the $20 because we pay rent and everyone who comes here have to leave money I paid the amount to avoid further argument but I left disgusted at the fact that they almost made me replace the stereo for no reason; and I was charged for a wrong diagnose.THEY ARE NOT STEREO EXPERTS AT ALL AND DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

Over priced...I got a pioneer stereo and a dash kit from here for 200$....turns out that the stereo is on amazon for 70$ and the dash kit for 17$. And there was not much labor involved since I already took the old radio out myself, it took less than 3 minutes to put the new one in. This is the first review that I wrote ever because I really felt terrible about this purchase.I gave 2 starts and not one because he did it on time.
