I called the shop looking to get my driver window tinted around noon. Tim said he was going to go get lunch and to come to the shop at 1:30 as he will be back from lunch. Got there and called no answer. Waited until 1:50 before calling again to which he said he was five minutes away. Waited again until 2:15 still hadnt arrived and I left.

Made an appointment, came in and they did an awesome job. Took some time but they made sure everything looked perfect. Had me come back a week later to make sure everything set right and still looked perfect!

Excellent quality and great service!!! This was my first time at Tims to get my Z re-tinted as the old tint was caked on. These guys work very professional and pays attention to detail. I brought my car back in a week for a visual inspection and without a second thought they said they tint needs to be redone. I asked why as they told me there was a small portion that started to peel and some old tint that wasnt removed.They took my car ahead of schedule and in no time pulled of the tint and installed brand new tint at no cost. I was totally amazed of the detail that these guys put into their work as they want to make sure all customers are satisfied. Thank you very much to the employees at Tims Custom Tinting. I have a very rewarding experience and felt quality was placed in my vehicle. Tim and Edison are very nice and professional. I arrived for my 11am appointment and was soon greeted by Tim and told to bring the car around and inside garage. Soon as I parked inside was asked what exactly I wanted and bam!, like magic, they were all working harmoniously together and getting the job done. They made sure I was inside the office during the work, as it was really hot outside, very generous staff. I recommend anyone to definitely try them out, worth it! Great price, great work! Used Tims Custom Tinting based on the reviews on Google and was not disappointed. The staff was very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job on my 2010 2D civic that i brought and it took only about an 1hr. Pricing was very reasonable compared to a lot of other places i got estimates from. They use computers to cut out all of the tinting so no razor blades and the products used are all top quality. One of the things that impressed me the most was that when it was finished they asked me to make an appointment to come back in a week so they could make sure that everything settled correctly and that there were no issues, this to me showed that they are confidant and stand behind their work. Its off of Orange Blossom Trail but dont let that discourage you. It seems to be settled in a good location and i felt very comfortable. The waiting room is a little run down but the friendly staff and speed of the process made it a non-issue. Will always use Tims and recommend them over anyone else. Thanks Tims!

AMAZING QUALITY AND SERVICE! First of all you shouldnt look at one bad review because this tinting business is one of the best I have ever came across in my life! I have had horrible experiences where the tint came off in a week. After taking my horrible tint job to Tim he completely redid the tint for me and did the most amazing job on my brand new Mazda 3. Tim was such a delight to work with. His professional manner and enthusiasm of how much he loved his job was amazing. I tried for four days I schedule an appointment. I called every day. Multiple times a day. Not one time did someone answer the phone. I left two voice mails neither was returned. I even replied to the email that sent me the quote in the first place. No response. Horrible horrible customer service. Their loss I paid more and went to a competitor.

Took my truck after reading all the good reviews on tims shop. The staff were awesome and the tint was very well done. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for good quality and a fair price.

Came here due to the overwhelming positive reviews and as much as I wanted to give this place a good review I simply cannot. I had ceramic film (expensive) installed on my mothers car including the windshield and found highly visible scratches on the windshield laminate when picking up the car. First of all, how does the installer not see these scratches, and number two, why does he continue installing a defective laminate as if we wouldnt notice upon pickup? I asked him to redo the windshield and all seemed fine. After cleaning the windows at home a few days later, I once again noticed scratches on the driver side window, the windshield again (not as visible as the 1st time), and sand or debris that wasnt cleaned on the rear driver window causing a small bulge to form on the film. Simply unacceptable especially when paying nearly $400 for scratched-top of the line laminates that were poorly installed. I found my $90 tint job done in Kissimmee to be superior to the defects I witnessed on my mothers car. Cannot recommend this business, since you wont even be dealing with the owner directly. Thats right Tim is nowhere to be seen. Only his appointed installer who although service-oriented has very poor quality control over his installations. Youve been warned.

He has done work on my whole car and I just went to him this past Friday 3/16/18. He has always been great to work with. My car look awesome. Id go back to him every time.

I have had three previous cars tinted by Tim. The job is flawless. However, I needed a window done as a stone broke the glass. I made an appointment, confirmed before I left as I’m traveling from winter garden 38 miles away and two toll roads. I got to the shop and locked tight. I rang and texted numerous times from appointment time of 1pm until 3 pm. Heck I waited two hours, Shame on me. Unfortunately, the other reviews are correct about sense of urgency. I have taken my vehicle up the street and can no longer refer any future work.

Had an appointment at 10am, arrived about 10 minutes early just to make sure I didnt get there late. The business hours on the door says 9am - 6pm but no one is there. I waited until 10:20, still no one at the shop. I called the number and no answer, just the machine. I called once again as Im driving away and the guy finally answers and says hes almost there but someone should be at the shop right now. I drive back to the shop and sit there for another 20 minutes and still no show. What a terrible way to run a business!! I ended up taking my business to their competitor. I have another vehicle to get tint serviced and it will go to the competition.

Had an appointment scheduled a few days prior and I showed up 15 minutes before and the shop was closed. Waited outside 40 minutes past my appointment time and still nobody showed up. Very unprofessional. I know things happen but at least a courtesy call would’ve been sufficient. Never doing business with this place again.

Tim has been tinting all my card for about 20 years wouldnt trust any other company always reccomends the best product for your application its always laser cut with no issues Ive had 17 vehicles done everyone was perfect if you want no worries use Time custom tinting A+++ every time thanks for the great work over all these years exemplary customer service hands down

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I scheduled an appointment with this guy for window tint on my car and he didn’t bother to show up or call and let me know he couldn’t make it. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

They do GREAT work...the quality is outstanding and tints last a long time without bubbling. But why I gave 3 out of 5 stars is cause Ive had 2 seperate cars that Ive needed tinted and getting an appointment, someone on the phone or even someone being AT the business is always frustrating. Dont trust their open hours cause it seems they just work when they want to.

Ive been here 3 times and all three have been great, excellent job and quality but i have a new car that i wanted to be tinted be them and i have called all this week to make an appointment but no answer so i had to look for a new place 😕

Similar to the previous customers, I scheduled my appointment at 10am on a Friday and waited for over an hour. I schedule from Atlanta, GA, and traveled down made it on time and they never showed up. I called both phone numbers and left messages, provided them my number for them to return a call and nothing. Ive had 6 cars tinted here and of the 6 times they have done this to me twice. Shame on me for going to them after terrible customer service, but I thought they deserved a 2nd chance. I was wrong...Shame on them. I decided this would be the last time I come here. I would rate them a zero star, but thats not an option. I went to a reputable tinting company close by called DSM Design Sign Multimedia and they did an awesome job.

Just got my Ram 1500 tinted and the quality is great and a job well done. Definitely recommend this place.

Holy cow is the level of follow up service here terrible. When you pay top dollar for your tints you don’t expect issues especially bubbling but let’s say you do only weeks after initially putting them on you expect the shop to say come on back let’s look at it let me make it right. Definitely not the case here. I referred a buddy with a Mercedes CLS 550 after the owner of this shop did a great job on My f150 I experienced zero issues with the tint but boy am I glad that I experienced zero issues because if I would have I know that the shop would not stand by their work, I was going to take my wife’s Mercedes here next week but this place just lost my business. My buddy had the hardest time getting ahold of the shop and nothing, he tried calling the shop and nothing he emailed via Facebook and nothing, when he informed me of the issue I reached out to this business via Facebook and threatened to leave a bad review if this did not get resolved and the wife of the owner who manages the page answered. She was very apologetic even said that the shop will stand by their work that they will make it right. The owner of the CLS 550 went to the shop 4 different times during the times that the shop owner told him to come, waited once over 2 hours and no one showed up. Bottom line is the shop does and will not stand by their work. If the tint comes out great awesome if not you get screwed either way STAY AWAY if you don’t like gambling with your money for the price that you pay for a tint job here might as well go somewhere where the work will be guaranteed. As a side note the owner will most likely be reporting the business to BBB and filing a claim in smalls claim court. All communication via shop have been recorded and saved.

Been a customer of Tims for over 10 years, consistent great film quality, clean and professional installs, and great customer service, Tims name is on the business and you deal with tim himself. No BS and no unnecessary up sells like with other large known auto customizations shops around orlando. Other places may lure you in with lower prices but the film is crap, and will they be around in a few years if theres an issue ? Save the time and headache and go with tim. Theres a reason hes got so many great reviews.
