This was my first time ever Calling Rotor Ruter, right from the start placing my call, the receptionist who picked up the phone and scheduled a technician to come to my home.I don’t recall her name but she was very kind and informative. They’re out that she informed me the ETA for my specialist to be stopping by.The Specialist by the name of Enrique called me one hour in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional had his mask on, there after he was very informative kind respectful and professional and took a lot of care with the concern problem I had regarding a bathtub handle that broke and water was pouring out. He took action quickly gave me my options there after did in the outstanding job. While repair there was a problem with a part where there after he informed me that another specialist would assist by the name of Juan Who came out soon after to finish the repair. It was the best decision that I ever made in choosing a plumber. This company and their employees are absolutely awesome. I wish there was a better word to write but never the less, I will always be a customer with this company and I hope to deal with these same specialist in the future if I ever need them. We had a leak in our downstairs half bath. Googled plumbers in Longwood and this was one of the first ones. When I called the woman was very patient and kind. There was no additional charge for an after hours call, we needed them on a Wednesday night after 9pm. They showed up right when they said they would and were knowledgeable and affordable. Well be using them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Awesome experience! I called them today at 6pm and they got here same day at 8pm! Amazing response time! Jose was my tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He did great work at a fair price and got me up and running in about an hour and a half. 10/10 would recommend these guys!

Mainline drain clogged causing numerous problems inside the home...Called them @ 4:15PM on Friday 10/1 and they were out to our home by 5:30 and they troubleshot the problem within minutes and then used their motorized power snake to feed into the mainline and he was done within 15 minutes after that! Approx $375 total for everything which we found very reasonable and we were happy to pay!!

Had a sewer line backup on on side of my home. First plumber to arrive (Noel) was very personable and even tried to assist me with finding the clean-out on the outside of my home, to no avail. Of course, now the toilet had to be remove to rooter the sewer line. I paid the additional charge due to lack of time if I were to do it myself. The next plumber arrived after the first with the camera. Now the scare tactics and up-selling begins.. I was informed that my pipes needed high pressure cleaning and a new clean out needed to be installed. The last time i had that same section cleared and a camera was sent through the plumber was able to find the clean out with little to no effort. This new younger plumber could not find it. When the younger plumber started with the scare tactics and such, I felt he was using the elderly woman at the auto repair shop scheme. showing me pipes that were not blocked, with little residue but insisting eminent danger. To no longer use that bath room and to get the high pressure cleaning and have the new clean out installed ASAP! To the tune of $1,300!(Additional) My receipt states cleared stoppage. We have had lots of rain and my sewer line empties into a main that is shared with a street drain that overflows at times (county inspection in process) Needless to say after all of this I will not use Roto-Rooter again!

Roto-Rooter was very Professional from start to finish!! They got the Plumber out to my house within 2 hours!! They stay in touch with you every way of the process!!! the Plumber was Amazing and very friendly, he found where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away!! Very Reasonably Priced I was expecting it to be much more then what I paid!! The BEST part about this company is they come out and do the estimate/find out whats going on for free!!! Every other company i called was 120 or more just to come look at it, then more to fix it!! Once they find the problem, they give you the price it would be to fix the problem and its up to you from there if you want them to fix it or somebody else!! GREAT EXPERIENCE from START to FINISH!!!! Technician was thorough in checking for our water leak; inspected clean-outs for a clog, then even spent a good amount of time examining our irrigation, which turned out to be the problem. Appreciative for his help there.However, very disappointed to see that he was ready to leave with only screwing down the clean-out cap about half way, having it sticking up above driveway surface at least a 1/4 inch. That was most certainly NOT how he found it and would be a problem if a car ever drove over it. After multiple prompts, I got him to back it out so that .I. could spray dirt/etc out of the threads; most likely issue. At that point, he go the cap down the correct level of the mating surface/driveway.On another good note, I was able to get them to my house in less than a day.So some good and bad here. (pic is of the correct depth)

The second technician they sent out was Robert. He was able to diagnose the problem and tell me that he would be able to fix it within a few minutes. It took him a while to fix the problem, but he was able to get it done. He answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable and also very nice. I would recommend Robert to any of my friends.

Kevin was so great helping us out in our shop! The issue ended up being way bigger then we thought & if it weren’t for them coming so quick in the same day! it wouldn’t have gotten fixed anytime sooner... So we’re so appreciative of how they handled the situation & they both did amazing!

Excellent service. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Roto Rooter was called after sewage was backing up into the sink in the kitchen. A different plumber came the day before, didn’t find the problem and said it was a fluke and left without fixing anything. The next day the sink was full of sewage again. The two plumbers who came out were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and found the problem immediately! They then spent the next two and a half hours repairing the problem and ensuring it was fixed so it wouldn’t happen again before cleaning up and leaving. They were kind and professional and I really appreciated their attention to detail.

Respectful and good to inform me of what was being done and why. Once that was out of the way he was quick to get the job done. In the long run having someone who is well trained in the work I needed done will save me worries and money too. Thank you once again.

A leak was detected deep in the foundation. It could not be repaired so we had to repipe the house. It took four days to repipe three full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, outdoor porch sink, three outdoor spigots, a total of seventeen new connections.The plumber, Pedro Lopez, was terrific. He explained what he was doing, was efficient and personable, and kept the mess cleaned up.

We went a whole weekend without our bathroom plumbing. Your company and service men were very efficient,pleasant and explained everything they were doing. They had everything back in working order in about a half hour. Kevin was well informed in his profession and both my husband and I couldnt praise and thank him enough. The technician Kevin (#7622) was phenomal. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and informative. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what our problem was and how he and his fellow technician Juan was going to fix it. We have been using a plumber to clear our drains, but he never did as thorough a job as Roto Rooter. They cleared the drain line with a snake and checked the line with a camera to see if there was any further damage. They also gave us a drain cleaner to flush out pipe sludge from the line. Our tech was Rodolfo. He was very professional and thorough.

$475 quote if it took 30 min or 2 hrs. Now I know why an appointment was at my choosing and they weren’t backed up. I’m sure not very many people want to spend that much money. I’ll make sure I call other places for something reasonably priced.

Amazing company that really helps out. I had a wonderful experience with them from calling in and how helpful and courteous they were. They even called back to confirm we still needed their help. They come out to help you so quickly and they told me 2:30 - 3:00 they would be at my house and our plumber, Kevin, was here at 2:25. Kevin was very knowledgeable and courteous and he really helped us out. He even went above and beyond for us giving us tips to keep the pipes clean afterwards and answered all our questions. We thought our toilet was clogged. When they came it ended up being a much bigger issue. Everyone in the plaza was clogged. They were fast, on time and extremely professional. Would use them in the future for sure

They were able to come out same day and fix an issue with our French drain gutter system that I thought was going to be impossible to fix. Our French drains were so backed up and causing serious flooding around our foundation. Our tech Jacob Anderson did an excellent job of clearing these out and also uncovering the exit points for the drains (which were hidden away for years from the previous homeowners) and explaining how our entire system is tied in and works. Would highly recommend roto rooter for any clogs and especially anyone having issues with their French drain system!

The crew who repaired the leak from a copper pipe under my slab foundation did a great job. They were courteous, professional, worked hard to narrow down the leaks location, kept everything clean while doing their work and got the job done. The leak detection service was another matter, as that person directed them to two locations where there was no leak. They drilled two holes through my floor looking for the leak in the wrong place because the leak detection person either had faulty equipment or he wasnt as careful as the repair team was. When the 2 places he told them to look for the leak came up dry, they searched on their own, without his leak detection equipment & were quickly able to narrow down where the leak was coming from. So, while the repair team would warrant a 5-star rating, I have to take into account the leak detection work (which cost $499) & that wasnt even worth a 2-star rating. But the repair team was excellent.

Kevin was great! Dealing with a condo is challenging and he knew the fastest most efficient way to fix the problem! Kudos and I will definitely request him again if I ever need their services again.

The team was great; heard my issue - understood my attempts to resolve ahead of their arrival. Knew exactly how to solve my issue. Very pleased and would use them again.

The serviceman’s explained what he was going to do & the cost. When he was unable to open the toilet drain, he explained that he would have to remove the toilet & work from there to try & free the clog. He also explained the price difference. He was able to free the clog in a minimal amount of time, & put everything back in working order. We found him to be efficient and informative.

Kevin arrived to our home quickly after being called on a Saturday afternoon after our showers and toilets had become clogged. He was very professional and fixed the issue (roots in the plumbing) promptly. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend Roto-Rooter and Kevin to anyone.
