Ed was very prompt in providing me an estimate for removing a tree. Unfortunately when I called him back about a week later to schedule the work done (due to being out of town), he answered in an aggressive tone and cursed me out with some severe language. I have no idea what prompted this obscene outburst but it is no way to run a company. Dont let this guy onto your property or near your family. I will be calling the police if he so much as comes near my property and/or I will take steps to protect my family. Yeah, he seems that bad.
