I really wanted to like these guys, I really did. I had a good convo with one of the owners. The other one try to bully me with a lawyer and took 0 ACCOUNTABILITY. They did more harm then good. A 2600 job at first turned into a 3300 job. The lawn is wrecked from a bobcat thing they have, shredded my tenants cord that was sitting next to the house somehow and my driveway was already slightly cracked but made it 2 times worse with that thing. On top of all that my tenants said they heard thumping on my roof like branches and trunks were falling on there. I KNOW my roof was in good condition because I walk up there all the time to clean it (im the landlord and maintenance guy) I have to go check on it now. Honestly Im really upset. I should get a lawyer myself or bring them to court but, I feel like it wouldnt be worth the time.

Michael and his team did an excellent job trimming my palm trees. I highly recommend him. He arrived on time, his team worked diligently and cleaned up before leaving. My trees were in dire need of trimming and Michael made sure they were trimmed to perfection. I am very happy with his service.

You did not complete the job, left a big mess on my front yard and the street. You damaged my roof and you are not willing to provide your insurance for it.Update: Owner just responded I had no money, which is utter nonsense. If that is true, I wont be staying where I am plus there are better ways of getting paid than leaving a mess, which really doesnt make sense. I do not typically give poor reviews but this is one exception. Just beware, everyone!

A to Z did a SUPER job at my home in Winter Park. Michel (the owner) and his team are true SUPERHEROES! I had two big oaks that needed a lot of trimming and had a very short window to get it done. Michel rearranged their schedule to get the job done within 48 hrs. They worked on their day off, in the pouring rain and until late in the evening! The whole team was super nice, polite, and hard working. The climber who works with them is very knowledgeable and made some important recommendations. They went above and beyond, and Michel was on site the entire time working nonstop with his crew (and it was his birthday and his family was waiting for him to celebrate). Most importantly they worked very carefully around my home, and my neighbors, and made sure not to damage anything at all, not even some small trees and bushes that were in the way, as they brought down heavy limbs. It was a big job, but they cleaned up everything at my house and my neighbors’ properties. Before contracting A to Z, I had about 6 other companies come out and give me estimates on the big trimming job and got a crazy range of prices and highly suspicious sales pitches. I was shocked with a couple of incredibly dishonest estimates I received from some companies who told me I needed to remove my healthy trees and sent me insanely inflated quotes! Talk about trying to take advantage and price gouging! This was not my first time hiring a company to trim back big oak trees in the area, so I already had an idea of the budget for this job. My decision to hire A to Z was not solely based on price, although their rate was very fair and highly competitive; but I hired them because of the personalized approach from the owner of the company, his straight forward honesty, experience and of course because they provided all the standard paperwork and insurances. Michel and his team were TRUE to their word and fully delivered. I am so grateful to them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service to everyone who needs tree trimming and or removal. Next time I need similar service I won’t waste any time calling anyone else and will contract A to Z again.

They are fast workers and very particular about cleaning up afterwards.They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied before they left here, and the price was very reasonable. Showed up late, left a lot of debris behind, damaged pavers, left oil stains on driveway and pavers, damaged plants and other foliage, promised to call to discuss and didnt. A significant mess left for owners to clean up, and additional costs to repair damages. Update: In an attempt to speak with the owner, he was not only rude but used unnecessary profane language. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they do not stand behind their work when they cause unnecessary damage to property.
