I recommend this location for superb service. Reco was AWESOME! He was patient and very professional as I asked multiple questions. He help my transition from Sprint/TMobile so much easier. His knowledge of phones and carrier services also help expedite the process. He also help me find the plan that was best for my family needs. If you go to this location ask for Reco. He is worth the trip.

Dont hand the AT&T representative at this store your phone if youre on a Prepaid phone plan... I went in to upgrade my plan to one with 5G and wanted to see if an AT&T representative could help me with getting the $50 unlimited plus plan with Auto-Pay($75 normal price). My prepaid plan I had was going to renew today and if it did, it would have charged my card $40 for my next month and even though I planned on switching to $75 plan the same day, I would lose the $40 it already paid. Luckily for me, I already made that mistake before, which is why I went into an AT&T store to get in person help. He asked me to sign into my prepaid account, asked for my phone, then without my permission changed my plan to the $75 one, by doing this it automatically disabled my cell service until I paid for a plan. Even though the AT&T website linked me to the $50 unlimited plus plan from my account, it is $65 for existing AT&T customers, which I am not willing to pay just to have 5G access. I only used 2GB the entire last month of my plan. Thank God they hadnt already charged me for my next month before he switched my plan, because I would have been screwed out of $40+... However I now had no cell service, which I NEED to communicate with my fiance who doesnt have a drivable car due to an accident she was in. Not to mention all my accounts and their two factor authentication that I need access to daily. I can tell he is probably the store manager, Jose I believe and he knows how the prepaid plans work. For him to change my plan, disabling cell service, etc without my permission was beyond shady and is exactly why big companies like AT&T lose customers. I had to use the store wifi to pay for my plan and left. My fiance and I are going to be getting a phone plan together next month, her and her family have been with AT&T for 20+ years, u-verse, wireless, HBO, tablets with data and I have been with AT&T for past 4-5 years. This interaction is going to be heavily taken into consideration when we get our plan together. She had already been wanted to get her grandparents switch off AT&T/U-Verse because they have done shady things to her elderly grandfather multiple times as well. Her grandfather served in the Air Force for 20 years and has a heart of gold, a truly kindred spirit. Taking advantage of him is beyond wrong. If I had been in Melbourne when that happened... They only care about commissions and I care about integrity. Even with the Monopoly on wireless/internet, there are other options... Like T-Mobile. Thank God for the Sprint merger. This companies morals are absolutely dreadful. Never again...The only thing I can say in the representatives defense is that OPUS, the in store account services portal was down. He may have been able to help work out the plan at the promotional price if their system wasnt down, but it is still NOT okay to change someone elses plan with legal permission to do so. Its not okay to have their service turned off so they cant call or text unless they pay for a new plan. I had all day to figure it out, but he took away my choice and now I have to wait another month of service to change anything. Plenty of time to weigh options....

I had the opportunity to Visit this A T & T store. My New Mobile cell phone, needed the Data Card switched to the New phone, so that My information from my old phone, could be properly installed in the New AT&T mobile phone. It was handled right away by the highly skilled Service person, who Greeted me as soon as I walked in. I even bought a new case, afterwards. This Service was Seconded to None, and I will definitely be back to do business here, even though I lived 20 minutes away from this Store. I was Treated with Professionalism and Respect here.

Went in to add my phone to an existing AT&T plan, the guy figured it out in no time at all and ended up not getting my account flagged and not locking my phone on my account. When I called customer service they said they had every idea whats going on. Only go here if you enjoy smiles. While I was there I watched an employee try for 10 minutes to figure out how to lower another customers bill... I mean come on how great can this get.

Been living in the area for 20+ years and I just noticed this store the other day. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. I went in with a SIM card issue, and they did a great job fixing my phone and getting everything working again!

Had a person from ATT Corporate come to home with service personnel doing upgrades for existing internet service. Although he sold my elderly Mom on a special promotion for 55+ He turned in for the highest plan plus added more than what was explained that she offered. Until we went to the store at Metro West we got all the run around. Store employees Igor and Johnathan reallly seemed to be up front and with a willingness to offer solutions for my Mother. I really appreciate their wisdom and professionalism. And had to write 5 STARS
