Tim Osborne arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem with my aging leaky filter backwash valve. He explained the drawbacks to my current DE filter system and recommended a cartridge filter replacement that was more efficient, easier to maintain and less prone to failure. It took a few weeks for the new filter to arrive but Tim returned and installed it in no time - no leaks - and the pool circulation is dramatically improved.Tim also gave advice on how to repair an in floor cleaning system in the pool - saving me $$ on another service call.I was referred to All Pool by another 5-star pool repair service that could not meet my timeline for repair. I am very happy with the recommendation and will call All Pool for my future pool repair needs.

Tim at All Pool is THE MAN when it comes to any pool issue. We have asked for Tim for the 8+ years weve lived in the area and will continue to do so. I could list several examples of the great jobs hes done over the years, but most recently saved us from replacing a pump motor than would not turn on. We had one guy (not Tim) test it and said it was bad. Called Tim, and I watched him get it running again with a screwdriver and can of WD-40. Saved us $400 on a new motor. He is the most knowledgeable and friendly tech weve had work at our home. Thank you Tim!

Tim just came my house to fix the flow switch and as always he did a great job! Tim has been coming to my house to repair my pool for over five years. Tim is the best! He is very knowledgable and experienced. I have never been disappointed in his work. When I call All Pools to schedule a repair, I ask for Tim because I can rely on him. He also has great stories to share.In addition, I have to say that all of the other employees are very nice and courteous. They are very responsive when I call to ask a question or set up a repair. I do not call any other pool company.

Pool resurface. I had All Pool resurface my pool, replace tile and replace the pool light. They started by coming out to measure my pool and discuss the new surface, tile options and replacing the pool light. The consultation was done by the owner of the business not a sales person. One of the reasons I selected them is the fact they are familiar with the fiberstar pool lighting system. They did a great job resurfacing the pool replacing the tile and replacing the fiber star system with a new LED light from fiber star. I will also post some before and after pictures. Everyone at this business including back office were very friendly and helpful.

Referred by a friend to get our pool redone and so glad we chose this company. Got a few estimates and AllPool had the best prices by far. The owner is the one who came out to do the estimate which I thought was very nice since we didnt have to deal with any sales pitches unlike all of the others. We have used this company for years and no complaints until now. For the past week, we have called, emailed and used live chat trying to contact someone for repair work on our spa. Tim was our go to person but no one knows him. Odd when several reviews mention his name. Very disappointing when service was great. It would be different if they reached out and said they were swamped, but nothing.

We had this company come and do an Olympic size pool in our backyards At Royal arms condominiums.The men were very polite and worked very hard.Michael J herr Was a great help. Any Situation that needed attention was addressed to him, And he promptly took care of whatever the situation was.It would be wonderful if all the service man that came to work at Royal arms were as polite courteous and adequate as this company is.They did a beautiful job of resurfacing the pool and the deck.They deserve 5 stars.

All Pool has been great for us. Klayton was our service tech. He replaced a sand filter with a new cartridge filter. At first i was against it, but now Im so glad we did it. He also found a leak around the valve and fixed that no charge while he was there. I would recommend this company. Thanks guys, the staff in the store is great too. Emily is always helpful.

My pool had rust spots and stains on the floor and walls. They acid washed the pool. Calvin came out and did a great job. The pool looks new again. And it took less than 4 hours. I will be calling them for some work on my pool control system.

I have had my pool since 2007 and have used All Pool for all service and most pool chemicals. They are great! Very knowledgeable when I go in to test the water and very helpful with all service requests. Usually they can come out in a day or two, although from time to time they get busy like everyone else. Tim Osborne is the best service person Ive ever met. I have learned so much from him about taking care of a pool properly. He should really be teaching pool care classes because his knowledge is so extensive. Everyone in the office is always incredibly helpful when I have any pool issues and Im so grateful that they are so close to me.

Tim was amazing! We always buy our pool supplies from All Pool Service and Supply, but this was the first time we needed a house visit for a leak in our pool pump! Tim quickly fixed the leak and was very knowledgeable and friendly. A few weeks later we thought the pump was leaking again. They sent over another contractor that same day to take a look. He tightened a few screws and said that’s all that was needed and didn’t even charge us for the 2nd visit! Great service, they definitely have a customer for life.

All Pool did not try to add onto what we wanted to do as other pool company estimates did. We wanted to refinish our pool of 34 years, we liked everything else about the design etc.. Steve discussed everything with us in detail and the time frame on when that could happen. We had to deal with the challenge of high ground water and so waited a year before it could be done safely. The team Steve sent out did a splendid job and it is wonderful see how great it looks and also enjoy using it! We recommend ALL POOL!

This company is great! We had taught ourselves how to use the pool equipment, because another big name company would not return our phone calls and come out. We did well for what we knew, but were missing some items we didn’t know we needed. It resulted in a clogged pipe. Tim Osborne came out and worked on my pool and showed me everything that would need to be fixed. He broke down what would be best for him to fix and what we could fix on our own to save money. It was never about dollar signs with him. He took pride in his work and wanting to teach me the same so I didn’t get screwed over in the future. Great job replacing the pump/motor

I recently hired All Pools to move and re-arrange my pool equipment and install a new gas heater. The tech who led the job was Tim Osborne. He and his team did an awesome job from the beginning. Other companies would not agree to do the entirety of the job and the few who did wanted way too much. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, helped me understand and contextualize the scope of work that I needed done with helpful advice and suggestions delivered in an honest non-pushy manner. He helped me plan the work I needed in phases to accommodate my budget and work towards a final goal without wasting effort or money. He delivered all of the specs of the equipment he suggested so that I could research them well before he asked for payment. On job day, they came prepared and finished in the time they said they would. Tim took extra time to label everything and take me through how all of it worked and what I needed to know to operate my equipment, old and new, effectively. He answered all the questions I had thoroughly, and left the job site clean and organized. I am very happy with the work and service and will definitely go with All Pools and Tim for my future needs.

Every time I have to hire a company to do repairs on my pool I want to pull my hair out...until this week. My in floor cleaning system stopped working and my pool guy was not familiar with how to repair the system which meant I had to hire someone else to take care of it. I did my research and came across All Pool Service & Supply. I scheduled an appointment and Tim Osborne was sent to save the day! Tim looked at my system and said it needed repair. I recently started working again after 7 months of unemployment and asked if we could hold off. Tim called me the next day to see if I was the original purchaser of the pool. Will definitely be doing more business with them and highly recommend the company for anyone thinking about upgrading equipment or needing any pool service. We will be resurfacing our pool in the near future and will use this company.Just met with Tim who gave us a repair estimate for our new home with an old pool. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. We havent had a pool in years, so had lots to learn. He will be back once we close on our home to install the new equipment. I highly recommend this company based on all of my interactions with them thus far. Will update once work has been done.

I got an estimate and then scheduled services to have a pool light fixture replaced. The technicians who arrived to do the job were not at my house very long before they figured out that the original estimate was based on one kind of light, but the kind of light they needed to install cost a lot more. They told me it would be about double what the first guy quoted. I voiced my discontent, but told them to go ahead anyhow. A manager called me and said they could install a plain white light instead of a color-changing light, which would knock a couple hundred bucks off the total cost. I reluctantly agreed. I suggested to the manager that they have the technician who ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK be the one to give the estimates. The manager said in that case, they would have to charge for an estimate. In my opinion, if you make a $600 mistake in your estimate, you either write off or deeply discount the difference. I feel like All Pool Service could have been more generous in their attempt to make this right with me. When all was said and done, I paid $400 more than the original estimate and got a plain white light instead of a color changing light, therefore, I am not a satisfied customer, and I do not recommend All Pool Service. To their credit, I will say All Pool Service people were friendly, and the boring but practical light that is installed there looks like it was installed correctly and works as it was designed to work.UPDATE 11/8/18: My ex-husband says that the light switch stopped working.

We just had All Pool refinish and install all new equipment on our existing pool. Everything turned out great and we couldnt be more pleased. Our pool was almost 35 years old and now it looks better than when it was new. Tim Osborne installed the equipment and showed us how to use it. He has always done our repairs and we dont trust anyone else. I would strongly recommend All Pool to anyone thinking about having anything done to their pool.

The guys who have been there for years are excellent. They can identify your pool problems very quickly. They cover all the warranty parts. They show up when they are scheduled. My only problem is with the newbie workers. They make mistakes and your time can be wasted.I take my water samples into them regularly and the girls behind the counter are super helpful and sweet. Called All Pool because my pool pump was not getting good flow. They came and within minutes had diagnosed the issue. They broke down my DE filter, which was clogged, and washed it piece by piece. He also worked real hard to fix my problem. Their prices were reasonable and they did not try to up sell me. I would use them again.

Service was fast and installer was nice.Workmanship with plumbing could use a bit of work. Labor fees are top notch. More than half the install. There is an excessive amount of pvc glue coming out of every fitting.Fittings are also leaking causing me to fill up the pool every 2 days... A call has been placed for service.Company came out today to take a look at the issue. New fittings have been installed. I will update this review in a few days, if that resolves the water leak.Very responsive and quick to assist!

I regularly call All Pool Service whenever my pool equipment needs repair. My dad has been using their service for over 30 years without any problems at all. Their prices are very fair, their customer service approach to clients is admirable to say the least. They are never in a hurry to complete and get out.They take the necessary time to explain whatever in detail. Today! just another example of their excellent service. The top part of my filter was cracked open and leaking. the tech - Dan Pacheco - advised me to replace just that top part instead of the whole unit, he saw that my filter was in need of a deep cleaning and took it apart and left it pristine (no charge!!!), he showed me how to better take the filter apart in the easiest way and cleaned up the whole area. No rush, no unanswered questions, fair pricing, always a friendly voice when calling and outstanding customer service. In a scale from 1 to 10 I give them 11.

I contacted All Pool to come out and complete an inspection on the pool at my potential new home. The pool was a pretty complex salt water system, with waterfall functions and a Hayward heater. Tim was our inspector. Tim was extremely knowledgeable on all ascepts of the system. He took the time to explain everything to me and identified a few issues I needed to work with the Seller on. Tim made me feel very comfortable with my new potential pool. I would highly recommend All Pool and Tim for your inspection needs!

Tim, Kalvin and the other gentleman (Daniel?) who came out to do the job were great.They pumped out remaining nasty water, unclogged the drains, brought drain covers to code, fixed a timer motor, replaced my skimmer weir, and refilled/treated the pool. They were quick to get the job done and everything looks good. I will say they missed one of the repairs, and had to come back to do it on an additional trip. Im just glad I asked about it because I was definitely charged the full amount. Once the oversight was recognized, they promptly got it done. I would recommend them.

Tim came out today for a service call. Was on time and very helpful. I cant believe how knowledgeable he is. He shared points that I didnt even know about my system. Very instructional putting facts and information into laymen s terms. Informed me that equipment was running great and I didnt need the new valves I thought were damaged. All Pool has been servicing our pool for the past 4 years and has been consistent and reliable. Ricky arrives on time every week and is great at communicating if and when our pool is in need of anything.This past week, Tim helped us convert our pool to saltwater as well as replace our pool heater. As usual, the process was smooth and Tim helped us to resolve the lack of gas pressure at our house that was resulting in error codes on our previous heater. Over the years we have lived in College Park, nobody has been more pleasant and helpful to work with than Tim. We found out about All Pool Service & Supply from a friend who recently had their pool redone. We were looking to refinsh, retile, and update our pool. Their prices are competitive and the work they did was amazing. We went to their shop to pick out tiles and finishes and it was nice to have such a huge selection to choose from. We loved how they helped us make our pool our own and how they were there to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

This is the second time weve had Tim out to fix our pump for suction issues, and each time I can always look forward to it being done professionally and on-time. We realized that there was a clog somewhere in the water lines from our pool. A neighbor recommended All Pool Service & Supply. Tim Osborne knew exactly what the problem was within one minute of looking at the water lines. He cut out the clogged suction check valve and replaced it with the correct pipe. Tim and I also discussed converting our pool from chlorine to salt, as well as installing a heater. A few weeks later, I called and specifically asked for Tim to do the conversion and install the heater. I am very happy with his work and appreciate all of his pool expertise. Thanks, Tim!

Meeting with Tim Osborne was like going to school -- in the best sense of the word. Believe the reviews, they are true. I have owned a pool for over 20 years and I do everything myself albeit not very good. I previously bought a rebuilt single speed motor and after two years it went bad. My other pool man died so I contacted All Pool Service & Supply. Tim explained that if I would move into the 21st Century with a variable speed pump, I would spend more money upfront, but I would have a better product, it would last longer, and reduce my energy costs. While he was here, he pointed out numerous things I was doing wrong, the hose was too long on my Polaris, I was often forgetting to put the screen back in the Polaris hose, I should vacuum my pool as opposed to relying on the Polaris to get the DE off the bottom and into the filter where it belongs. Great professional service.

These days it can be difficult to find responsive, professional people to service the needs of homeowners. Based on positive web reviews, I called All Pool. Tim Osborne, the Pool Whisperer came out to give me an estimate on installing a salt system, and fixing a bunch of items that were in need of attention. While here, he did troubleshooting on the light and resolved it immediately. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and it was almost $1000 less than another quoteI got a call 2 days ago saying that they would be here today. They showed up as promised. Tim, The Oracle showed up along with Kalvin and Daniel, both of whom were competent, professional and courteous. The work was accomplished in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old filter, pump, and other associated junk. Tim explained everything in great detail. His 40+ years in the business means he has seen it all, and it shows.

Tim has come to our home on several occasions. He is extremely knowledgeable. He has excellent communication and is trustworthy. I know when Tim comes out the job will be done right! Thanks, All Pool!!

Tim was incredibly knowledgeable! He gave us several options to solve our pool pump motor issue. Installation was quick and easy.

After having them for over a year,I was forced to drop them. I found that their new hire wasnt cleaning the pool properly and wasnt following their protocols. All pool technicians have a card in the control box that lets the owner know that the pool has been serviced. When I let them know, they sads that they have GPS run on the techs. If you have a policy that ensures that your quality,why allow the techs to ignore it. I lost faith in the direction that the company was going. Also after shopping for replacement I was able to drop the cost by fifty dollars with a new company that does the same service.

Very reliable company. I found their staff to be knowledgeable and professional. I like they are bigger than some but not so huge that they have lost touch. They perform repairs and provide service and maintenance. I recommend them for all of your pool needs!

Great service. The guy that I had, Tim, cared enough to give me a 101 lesson after addressing my pump issue. Thoroughly enjoyed it as I am a first time pool owner. They got a lifetime customer out of me.

I cannot speak to this company for pool maintenance services, but in terms of repair services, they are excellent. I dealt with Tim Osborne, who has been repairing pools in Central Florida for over 40 years. If you have a Hayward system, you definitely want Tim. He’s the guy Hayward calls when they need someone to try to break their equipment that’s in development, as he knows pretty much everything there is to know about Hayward systems. Having dealt with numerous home vendors over the years, I was concerned when they asked for the service call payment upfront, as I anticipated a quick visit by a repair man, with him punching a few commands into the control panel, quickly declaring that everything was fine and making a fast exit. Instead, Tim spent a considerable amount of time with me at our rental property, going through his diagnostic checks, going over some intricacies of the pool system, and discussing items of potential interest and suggested fixes for common issues with my system. While he made recommendations when I asked about automation options, not once did I feel that he was trying to push a sale on something. In short, I will not hesitate to call Tim Osborne at All Pool in the future.

Tried fixing my pool housing leak myself and it went bad.. Tim came out and gave me a fair estimate, you can tell hes a true pro. He came back out today and did an amazing job. All the leaks are fixed. I wont use anyone else from her on out. Thanks again.

My pool was a Green Mess!! They did a Great Job turning it back blue and keeping it that way. The have the best prices in town and Great Customer Service.

All Pool was able to come out to our home quickly, assess the situation and explain the issues, and fixed our pool motor in a matter of about an hour. Great, great service! We will definitely be using them for any future problems. :)

We recently contracted with All Pools for our pool renovation and we couldnt be more pleased. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and everyday the workers showed up at the appointed time. And the workers came to work. There was no BSing and blah-blah...they immediately started working and didnt quit until the job was done. The workers were friendly, hard working and respectful and highly competent. The owner came by several times during the renovation to check in with us to see if everything was going OK. I will not hesitate to recommend All Pools to friends and neighbors. Great job!

Tim Osborne with Allpool came to take care of my pool equipment this past week. He was right on time and got to the issues immediately. Needless to say, he fixed the problem, but he also provided me with education on how everything works. Not only is my pool equipment fixed, I also feel better prepared to do preventive maintenance to minimize repairs in the future. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When we moved here a year ago I had no idea who to use for pool resurfacing or repair! All-pool was the first company who responded back to me so I went with them...what a mistake! A process that should have taken a few weeks..turned into 4 1/2 months! The owner Steve was never available and kept delaying the start date...I should have taken that as a clue right away!! The resurfacing took forever and did not come out very well! There are still blotches and marks all over in the bottom of the NEWLY resurfaced pool! The guys that did the stone work left equipment all over and never cleaned up after themselves! They left my hose running after they were done working and flooded my side yard!! The price was $$$ over the top and I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!
