They tell me that my boxes will arrive in 8 to 9 days ... 2 weeks have already passed and nothing! Send 7 boxes to receive it in my country .. Im going to Florida without being able to receive the boxes .. very inresponsible !!! The first and last time I use that company .. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Al recoger en casa dos cajas, me dan una factura de 80 dolares dice el recogedor que subio el envio y Cuando voy a pagar personal pregunto cuanto es? dice la cajera 75 le comento y porque tengo 80 facturado? osea tenia 2 cajas 160 cuando solo debia pagar 150, pues dice que es 75 pero como en el papel esta asi debo pagarlos y que debia llamar y preguntarles a ellos, le digo pero es que como saber que el señor que trabaja para ustedes me queria engañar es parte de su compañia deben estar de acuerdo con sus estadares, pues me dice voy a llamar al dueño y lo llama y el señor dijo que no se puede corregir ese error de 10 dolares, sali muy indignada, entonces mi esposo dijo que hablaria con ellos, pues hablo con el dueño por telefono la cajera se lo puso, le dijo que es un robo y que no es el monto sino el abuso de confianza asi que le tuvo que devolver los 10 dolores y ya no enviamos nada por ahi, no es de confiar y el dueño de lo peor, un error debe investigarse solo eran 10 dolores otro dia podria ser mas tambien deberian disculparse con el cliente que es quien te da beneficios y no tratarlos mal.

Scam company. They opened the boxes and things entered where they were not and items were lost. The articles arrived after the advised date and incomplete. The prices are much higher than other places. For a much worse service.

These people will open the boxes and charge you for any electrical equipment that is inside the box. I do not recommend them.
