My experience with Dish was a good one until I cancelled services. I returned their equipment as instructed and was told someone would come to remove the satellite from my roof. Almost a year later the satellite is still here. I called again to find out when they were coming to remove it and was told they do not remove the dish. I would have to pay someone to remove theìr dish. Not a good customer relationship but you want me to resign up again. Deuces

Dish network care more about money then there own Customers a local channel that want channel 27 in Orlando Florida. This way I will use my fire stick or steam my video.. dish is Just garbage dIRECTV and spectrum to you paid too much for garbage content They just want to ram it down your throat

WARNING : Don’t fall for their “sign up” offers you’ll never get it. I called in several times over the past 19 months ... that’s right 19 months. Wondering why I never was sent my special promotion In the mail. I opened up several tickets, sent texts, and called into their support line. Finally I was able to get a ticket number which was never “submitted” per my conversation with the last specialists. This time I called in to see the outcome of the ticket and was told I no longer qualified for the offer even though I had Inquired about it for the past year and a half??It’s definitely a bait and switch move. My overall service is great, but this left a terrible taste in my mouth. Due to their poor business etiquette I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

@dishnetwork mislead me into getting a bundle deal internet and tv (not enough internet not provided in my area) but still ddnt mention it. Mind you I told her all I wanted was internet!! Told me I was going to get $100 gift card for the bundle and $10 cheaper with tv. I called after I found out I ddnt have Internet then found out no bundle deal existed 🤷🏻‍♀️ (both my hubby and I unemployed trying to make better choice for the unforeseen future). The customer service said I see how you got mislead but it’s still not a violation. So your contract is still valid. I got lied to again and again but yet it’s not a valid reason to cancel with out a fee of almost $600#freud #2020crimes #dishnetwork #crimalsPlease share to help me get justice!!!

Bad company to deal with. The installer will use the Internet cable to install their tv and will leave you without Internet. They will hung up the phone when you try to complain about it. They will ask you to call the Internet company to solve the problem they caused. They will take the competitors dish and leave it on the street in front of your house. They will make holes on your walls without care and necessity and they will not fix it. AVOID THEN AT ANY COST. BAD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do NOT Join! BEWARE!! There is a charge for everything! Ive had their services for 1 year and joined into a 2 yr contract for just basic cable. I lose connection EVERY SINGLE DAY. Doesnt matter the weather or if clouds are visible or not. I lose connection multiple times a day if not being without cable the remainder of the day. Its useless to call and complain. You will be told you were misinformed by a previous Representative. They tell you that they dont keep your credit/debit card information but they MOST DEFINITELY DO!! They will charge a previously used card whether yours or not. Dish just wants to scam you in any way possible. Listen carefully as they read disclosures extremely fast. Which that should have been a big indicator for me as scammers read things just as fast as well. Lesson learned. Hope dish network goes out of business! Save yourself the stress and aggravation. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY EVER!!

This review is about Dish as a whole. Although my husband and I have been customers since 2012, its easier sometimes to just pay the price than deal with the hassle of having the equipment returned, etc. Recently, our receiver quit working, and we had to wait a week before we received a replacement in the mail. You would think the company would have extra replacements on hand. We had another issue which couldnt be resolved unless we upgraded to Hopper, or ran more cable in the attic to the second tv. Also, in case youre not aware, the program guide has inaccurate descriptions of the content of some news programs, as well as listing shows as NEW, when in fact theyre reruns. I have brought this to the companys attention, but the errors still remain.

Ive had dish now for almost a year and Ive had nothing but problems with it. Any inclement weather, forget about watching tv. I had dish 20 years ago and I dont think it was this bad on losing signal. My latest problem appears to be a software download that went terribly wrong. I dont see how dish says they have the highest customer satisfaction ratings; its a horrible provider

Loses signal with any clouds at all. Failed to carry new acc network. This is a greedy company. Cant recommend
