I made my daughters 2nd birthday, July 14th,2021 and it was just wonderful! Maria did the decoration and I was in love with everything, it was much better than I had asked for! thank you very much for everything! I also want to thank Marcos and Ana who were helping us all night with the children, there was free juice and soda, pizza, and all the guests loved everything! my friends told me theyre going to have their kids party with you guys too! thank you for everything! The place is huge and with lots of toys! the children didnt want to leave anymore, everything was wonderful, the decoration was perfect! I loved everything!

Daddy daughter date here on a Saturday afternoon and it was a BLAST. It was another kids birthday party so lots of music and other kids playing. My 3 year old little girl had so much fun. We’ll be coming back for sure. Reasonably priced too!

I took my daughter here on her 1st bday Tuesday Sept 21st and on Sat sept 25th she woke up at 7 am with a fever of 104 that wouldn’t go down all day and ended up in the hospital that night yet again super lethargic and extremely Ill with a fever still of 104 !! They said she contracted some type of a virus and the next day Sunday the 26th she started to develop a rash all over her tiny body stomach legs arms and ended up in the hospital yet again as the rash started to blister .. she has been so sick from this place .. the staff was not cleaning with sprays or wiping anything down only putting things back where they go … I tried calling them and left a message and no one called me back, I had to pretend I wanted a reservation to reach anyone and the manager completely over talked me and tried to excuse the issue. I will now be contacting a lawyer so they can handle this issue !! We went to the one in Orlando and don’t recommend it to anyone !!! I truly regret bringing her there especially with the staff response to my concern. The place needs to be cleaned and sanitized I truly fear for other children and them getting as sick as my little one.. please think twice before bringing your babies here. It may look fun but it’s not worth your child’s health .. I have alot of pictures but they are to graphic to post just look up hand foot mouth disease and you will see what my poor baby has been dealing with

Clean and so many activities to choose from! Kids had a blast!

The idea is great, but the way it’s managed very bad. Play kitchen and grocery store doesn’t have accessories and play food, broken doors. Everything that has batteries are not working. Everything is dirty. Looks like employees placing toys to the right place but not sanitizing or clean them.

VERY cool spot for kids. My one year old loved it, and the facility is essentially a giant closed off space for kids, and they can touch EVERYTHING with out injury or problem. I’d say the customer service is why I gave this location 3 stars. They weren’t very warm, and if Spanish wasn’t a second language, I’d be an imposition by a long shot.

I love the place but it needs a little bit water and soap ! Very dirty, the floor and toys!

I brought my daughter here for a mommy daughter date, and she had a lot of fun. The indoor playground was nice, but it could definitely use some updating. The little grocery section had no food for the kids to play with. A lot of the toys didnt have batteries. There are a few couches and random chairs for parents to sit, but they are all in the middle of the playground instead of next to where the kids play.The facility also didnt seem very clean. I know some other indoor playgrounds have employees actively clean throughout the day, and I didnt see the workers clean at all in the hour and a half we were there. The bathrooms werent clean either.I noticed there were some reviews about them requiring masks. I wore one, but I was the only parent who was (there were at least 15 other parents there).Overall, I dont think we will be back because of the cleanliness of the facility and the cost. $18 for 2 pairs of socks and admission for 2 hours is a bit steep if the facilities arent clean and most of the rooms dont have working toys (or any toys at all in the grocery area).

First time going here. My daughter had a blast. Except that I got sick after coming here. I did notice that nothing was being cleaned or sterilized throughout the 2 hours I was there. I picked up a virus and Im on day 4 of being sick and had to miss 2 days of work. It would be better if they kept it cleaner, Im glad my daughter didnt get sick. The price we pay for our childrens happiness.

Used to love it here but it seems to have gone down some or maybe needs updating. Masks were hardly worn by staff or patrons. I saw no one going around cleaning. Kids had toys in their mouths. They shouldnt mix birthday parties with general crowd. Needs more employee involvement to ensure order and cleanliness.

I will rate it a 4 as my toddler enjoys it here. Staff seems apathetic at times. Very few toys have batteries, the air hockey game did not work, no accessories in the grocery store play area, and 2 of the 3 arcade games didn’t work. Good variety of toys, and a fun bubble time where they turn up the music and play Baby Shark along with utilize a smoke machine. It is more expensive than other indoor playgrounds at $11.99 plus tax, along with a strict 2 hour time limit. There is a nice toddler area for kids under 18 months with soft play as well.

Great indoor playground for kids as little as 2 during hot days of spring and summer. My son enjoyed it very much. You can have birthday parties too.

My daughter is 16 months and had a blast! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it definitely could’ve been a bit cleaner and the staff wasn’t that friendly. But my family and I had a great time regardless. Definitely recommend to others.

A very nice place to bring the little ones. They have different types of entertainment for everyone. We had a reservation to celebrate a birthday and it was fun. What if it is not very pleasant is the customer service. We had to leave around 9:00 pm and at 8:45 pm they were already picking up everything. They cut the cake without anyone knowing, they removed all the decoration ahead of time, they made us feel like we were in a hurry, a very bad time. They all had faces of not wanting to be working or offering the service.

Its a great place to take your children, especially in Florida where it rains often! It a nice Indoor park for younger kids. The only thing is they need to fix or replace a few things! Other than that my daughter had a good time!

Great... we celebrated my babys birthday!

My 1 1/2 son loved it, he was running around all over the place. They have two private rooms for parties. Only thing was they need to update a few things that have just worn out and ripped. The kids play house aren’t secure to the wall nor floor which I found odd and a safety issue. I only say this because my son likes to pull and climb so that could have been bad. For $11.99 it’s not a bad deal and that includes 2 adults. Remember to bring your socks!

Wonderful place to take your children! My son is a year and a half and he had an absolute blast. Very bright, clean, cheerful and colorful. There was so much to do he never slowed down! Thank you for an amazing visit! 10/10 for sure!

This place used to be so much fun for my kids. Went today with my kids and it was so dirty, some toys were broken, air hockey table was non functional and it had drinks stains all over it, something smelled rancid/sour in there, batteries were dead on all the toys, there was an open soda can in the baby area, workers watched two kids get into a fight and they laughed instead of taking action. Needless to say never coming back.

Nice playground! My 4 year old niece loved it! There is a main area with trampoline and several play stuff and also different rooms like Art room, Barbie room, Party room etc. There is also games for bigger kids 😊 The entrance is $9.99 plus tax for one kid and two adults are free! Parking area is big; please consider that re-entry to the playground is not possible! If you go outside with your kid(s), you need to pay again for them to come in! Restroom is clean and unisex! Give it a try!

This place was my kids favorite place since they were babies, and i had birthday parties twice there, it was fun and the kids loved it, i see that everything was great with the old management till everything changed after the pandemic and the lock down. before we could spend 3-4h there now its limited to only 2h plus they raisedthe price. and they charge you extra if you pass the time, the stuff are not friendly at all they dont even smile at your face. Thats why i started trying other indoor playgrounds in town

Very clean and fun for babies and toddlers

OMG!! Where have you been hiding!!! I am in uttermost love with this place!!! My grandson is 14 months old and has lived his whole in a sheltered Covid environment.I have looked high and low for something like this to get him socialized and out of the house.I debated even writing a review for this place because I want to keep it all to myself.The couple of times I have been it has had about 10 children between the ages of 1 and 5 spaced throughout this huge play area.Thankful for this place, more now than I ever would have been had Covid not hit.

This place is a toddlers dream, but is extremely dirty!!! There is visible dust on the play kitchens! The floors are dirty, I saw crumbs everywhere I looked. My son got extremely sick the next day and we are still all sick a week later! Do not take your kids here unless you want to get sick.

Im giving it a generous 3 stars because my son loves it. The people who work there are great.However, they dont fix broken things, they havent added anything different in years, and all their superhero costumes are completely falling apart. They need to step it up a bit to get people to come back!

We had a great time here. Very clean, staff was all over cleaning h picking up after the kids. Convenient & easy to find. Party rooms were great, well decorated, but a bit tiny for over 15 people or so. All play equipment was clean & in good working condition. A great place to bring the littles for a party or rainy day play time.

My kid loved the dress up character, bubbles, and fog effects along with the toys. Had a great time.

This place is amazing for birthdays! We celebrated my daughter’s bday here twice. Both times decorations and cakes were so beautiful! Staff is very helpful. There was some misunderstanding with princess timing, but we figured it out. Moana was great. My daughter was very shy but Moana did amazing job. She sings like an angle 🥺 I recommend this place to all my friends.

I had my sons birthday here and the decorations for the birthday had nothing to do with the theme. It was so ugly. I also had a hard time reaching them. When I was able to speak to the guy on the phone there was so much miscommunication. I gave it two stars because my son did have fun but I was very disappointed in the decorations. For the price you pay you expect something really nice. DO NOT have your child’s party here and don’t be fooled the prices are not as advertised. You’ll end up paying $450+ for decorations that are not even within the theme. Oh and they only provide one pizza pie for just the kids.

My kids love this place, we did my sons 3th Birthday here and everyone had a blast. The decoration was amazing and the kids did not stop playing. As a parent you could feel relax because your kids cant go anywhere out of the playground. The staff is really good and always looking forward to assist you with anything you need. The decorator took some ideas my wife and I wanted for the party and she made them better. Thank You for making my sons bday special!!!

Update:Giving 5star for great and quick response - my post below stated, that ball pit isnt good and they fixed it!! Thank you so much, my kid had a blast!!Absolutely perfect indoor playground for toddlers 0-5yo. Has little imperfections, like broken train table, deflated ball pit, outdated toys, and not very clean. But the staff is doing great job, constantly cleaning and sorting toys back. And believe me, with active kiddos its not that easy. Girls are very friendly and the owner is always present and willing to help. Only couple things I would recommend to upgrade the inventory of toys and activities, as the price for admission is not cheap $9,99 for each kid. Overall this is a good place to hide from heat or rain and get your kids entertained.

A decent facility but with poor customer service. Despite coming here multiple times, was randomly told one day that we have to wear masks. A look around showed that everyone was wearing their masks either around their chin or improperly. Despite this absurdity, I wanted my daughter to enjoy herself so I told them it would not be a problem. Then, to my shock and surprise, when I asked if they had masks to provide, they told me it would be a 1.50. I was further told that my daughter did not have to wear one but I did. Again, this makes no sense. This is a global pandemic and to profit over Coronavirus restrictions by charging for masks is abhorrent at best. Extremely disappointed.EDIT: The response from the owner speaks volumes - They require the masks but say they are not obliged to provide one. Good customer service doctrine dictates that you go above and beyond for your customers, not do the bare minimum. They have the audacity to charge an obscene price of $1.50 for the blue masks that Publix, Target and nearly all businesses give out for free and then say we are not profiting from the pandemic. You are literally charging money for masks when businesses all around give them out for free. If these were cloth masks or as you mentioned designer masks, that is a different story but I have never seen ANY business charge money for the free masks that are commonly handed out. If you think this is right, then that is your opinion. Customer Service 101. A business does not have to do a lot of things and you can say we are not profiting from the pandemic but always remember....Actions always speak louder than words. Good Customer Service is what makes the difference between a good business and a great one.Go above and beyond for your customers when you can, especially during a global pandemic: Dont charge people $1.50 for a mask that you can easily give away and it will not effect your bottom line. That is simply greedy.

The one that dates in Orlando is terrible bad organization the birthday cake was very bad the space is very small other people enter the birthday and were not invited but as the space is open. Everything is very fast until you get dumped. Cold pizza

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this place. I saw the reviews online and thought that this would be the perfect place for us to have my daughter’s 1st birthday party. We ended up booking the “Magical Package” with premium desserts and decorations. We also requested an extra pizza and a character(Mira Royal Detective) performance. We spent OVER one thousand dollars on this party and expected it to be a top notch experience. But it was so unorganized and just horrific! We had booked the event from 2:30pm-5:00pm and when we arrived at 2:45pm the workers were still setting up the party and didn’t even have a sign up for the guests arrival at my daughter’s party. So alot of the guest were wondering why the wrong name was printed on the party sign. On top of that, my “party helper” that’s supposed to be included in the package was of very little help. The popcorn machine that we had rented through them was not good at all and the pizza was an hour late. My very hungry guests were not pleased at all. To top it all off, the cake and premium desserts that we ordered through them were dry and did not taste good. The kids didn’t even want to eat the cake. This was a complete waste and I will not be returning! I hate that we wasted so much money! Would’ve been better off throwing our daughter a party at home. Maybe the Orlando location is better. But the Sanford location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Very disappointed and not happy!!

A very nice place for the whole family. I love taking my girl. Excellent service and the woman owner is very friendly and cordial. The only thing I have to admit is that the employees are not so friendly but they are always doing their job trying to keep everything in order. I love this place for my girl.

Lots of different play areas including a infant only area thats fenced in for their safety. $9.99 for ages 8mon-7yrsSome areas of play are:Multiple play houses with play food and dishes, food trucks, princess castle play garden.Lots of ride on cars of different sizes and theres a fun roadway for them to drive around on.Superhero room with multiple superhero costumes and games.Bounce house, foosball table, basketball hoops.Barbie/princess room with barbie houses and princess dresses up outfits.Lego/building room with toy tool benches and Lego tables.And more.We had fun and would definitely come back.My only negative feedback is that some of the toys were broken and or missing pieces. But overall its a great place to play.

Although the place is fun for kids I had made a reservation for my daughter’s birthday In the Orlando destination and when I called a week before to finish paying off the remaining balance I was told they had the wrong date scheduled. So last minute I had to change plans change the date call out of work talk to the cake lady to change date of order had to pay more for the cake because The only date available was in just 2 days not 5, only 5 kids were able to make it last minute and when I get there there’s really no decorations only balloons with a monsters inc backdrop nothing more so I paid more than $300 for balloons and a backdrop. That was definitely not worth it at all. I reserved in the Sanford location last year and the decorations where outstanding!!! The service was amazing worth every penny. I do not recommend the Orlando location, it was such a waste of money

We always have a wonderful time. 😁 My 2 year old son loves to play with everything. 🏃 The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have complimentary coffee. ☕ Only problem I have is with the table soccer (Foosball, as cool as it is) is a little dangerous when toddlers are running around.

Besides Monkey Joes, this is the only place to take your kids in Orlando. By far the best place overall.

My 3 years Old and I visited My Little Town indoor playground today. It was a blast! They had so many different games especially designed for the little ones, fun toys, well organized and clean. The staff was super sweet and helpful! I can’t rave enough about this place! For just $10 👍We will be back for sure, highly recommend ❤️

We did my sons second birthday party here. The staff was very helpful, the playground was very clean, and all of my guests *loved* it (parents and kids). I really love that small children can explore this area safely, as opposed to trying to celebrate birthdays at play areas where there are a lot of bigger kids. This was absolutely perfect for this age group and total bang for your buck.

I had my baby 1st birthday party here, we got the birthday package spent almost 500.00, called three times to pick up invitations and went to pick them up they never had any. When I asked if they can take it off my bill because I never received them, He said no sorry because it’s apart of the package already, also it would’ve been worth the money but the party packages time frame it very short 1-3. Soon as 3:00 came we had to leave, which was totally fine but I asked if we could stay in the play area, they said no we all have to leave, We had to open his gifts in the parking lot. but I was there months ago with my baby and we stayed until we was ready to leave. The package time frame is very short. Other then that we all had lots of fun.

This is a fun indoor playground for toddlers! They have music, bubbles, slides, bounce house, art room, princess room, kitchens, little houses, cars, trampoline and Im sure Im missing more. Its a great place to go to with your little one on a rainy or really hot summer day. They also host birthday parties!

Good place for kids. However, the policy states all day, your kid gets a band on their wrist, however, if you leave for lunch or anything, your kid needs to pay again. So is misleading. That is not an all day pass. It is a entry only pass.

Great kids playground at reasonable price. Brought my toddler nephew here and he had so much fun! The place was a tad small than anticipated based on the photos, but we had a great time. The play areas are clean, lots of varieties and the staffs were very engaged.

Kids just love it. Highly recommended. Come early though, it does get packed.

Had my Godsons 5th birthday party today. Need to say the experience was very pleasant. Excellent service and staff. We all had a very nice time. Especially my 5 year old godson. God Bless You all for your excellent service. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed taking my daughter to this playground, she has always loved it however, due to the pandemic, I stopped taking her for about 10 months, 3 days ago I went after all this time and unfortunately many things changed for the worse. 1) The price of the ticket now went up to $ 10.99 and before it was to $ 9 but that is not so much the problem but also 2) Now they limit the time to 2 hours that you can be there (before you paid the entrance and could stay the whole day) and 3) The attraction that my daughter enjoyed the most in the park was the trampoline, they no longer have it and I asked a boy from the staff and very rudely he replied that it broke and turned around and continued talking to another employee. If they raised the price of the ticket they should invest in a new one.

It was amazingly fun. My daughter was overjoyed. They had a bubble show and music and i even danced a bit. I would recommend it! Bring socks lol

In coronavirus time and no soap in the bathroom

My daughter loved My Little Town Kids. She is 20 months old and there were plenty of different activities that kept her engaged for 2 hours. It wasn’t crowded when we arrived on a Friday at 4:30pm.

Fun place and nice staff. But most of the toys were broken and dirty, clothing was extra dirty. Only 1 hand sanitizer was available, the rest were either broken or not filled.

Went for a Birthday party i have 3 kids from 6 to 2 years old they had a blast even i started playing around & running with them it really feels like you are in an imaginary town they even had bubble machine running it made it awesome if you have kids around that age is a great place to take them they where constantly cleaning and have sanitizing stations for every entrance mask are required at all times except when you are eating and there are tables for that so go and enjoy with the fam
