SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I AM PLANNING MY WEDDING AND I CALLED THIS PLACE ASKING FOR PRICES, AFTER TELLING HER THAT I HAVING 50 GUESTS SHE JUST SAID THAT MY WEDDING IS TO SMALL FOR HER BUSINESS AND SHE CAN´T WORK WITH THAT. (AFTER MAKING A LOT OF QUESTIONS) SO IF YOU HAVE A SMALL EVENT DON´T CALL THIS PLACE BECAUSE I THINK SHE DOESN´T CARE OR WANT HAVING MORE CUSTOMERS!!!

I met with this lady for linen rentals... 1st red flag, she doesn’t have a building. She uses the flower shop address and then sits down with you in a Subway and pulls linen samples out of her purse. I looked over it thinking maybe she just started her business. 2nd red flag, when I was ready to pay the deposit, she told me cash only which was weird because most rental company’s prefer credit cards. So I paid the the deposit and was told she would meet me on Thursday to pick up the items (50 seat covers/50 sashes totaling $125). Thursday came and I was running a little late so I called her to tell her I was late and some man that I had never spoken to answered and said “oh she’s waiting for you”... he gave me her cell # that she never answered. I waited for 45mins and call repeatedly while waiting. She never answered and never came back. And it’s been a week now and she keeps hanging up on me about returning my money!!! I know other places may cost a bit more but they’re reliable so I would go to them, not this scammer!
