Save yourself the headache!! After 2 cancellations along with lack of returning communication and completely not showing up to an appointment with no apologies or dis reguards with the first counselor, I asked to be transferred to another counselor which didnt respond properly to our communication then cancelled on my child as well. My child has been let down more by these counselors and its simply not ok to do with children. Please dont waste your time. P.s. after 6 days after contacting the director I am still waiting for her call as well.

My initial assessment was supposed to happen two weeks ago. My caseworker, Jaime, cancelled on me and rescheduled for today at 12:30. She showed up at my home at 12 and starting texting me asking where I am. At 12:20 I texted her that I was almost there. She said she already left because she has a tight schedule and an appointment in Edgewater at 1:30. So, she left my home before my appointment time and when I spoke with her on the phone 5 minutes before our appointment time, she was already on the highway to Edgewater! I stopped going to my other mental health facility because my caseworker recommended Chrysalis, because they do home visits. So now, at this point, I dont even have a counselor. Thanks, Jaime. I dont wish ill will towards anyone, but your rude attitude towards me for your irresponsibility in scheduling leads me to pray that you are made to find a job more suited for someone like you. McDonalds is always hiring.

TCMs/counseling interns need more psychology training and the mgr of TCMs/counseling interns desperately needs an ADA adherence course.
