Awful. They drug you up. Ignore you. Laugh and joke while the patients need help. Extremely rude.

The most horrific experience I’ve ever had to go through. My loved one came out worse than the condition that he came in. The environment was dirty and disgusting the service is unbelievably unprofessional, everyone puts you to the side.They don’t disclose information to their patients. I am in complete shock that a place like this is allowed to be run. That a place like this is supposed to make people feel better.

The worst company, they give you absolutely no direction, no information, you get transferred every time you call over and over again. They don’t tell you when your family is being transfer or discharge. They have no considerion to the family or the individual in the holding

That place is horriable !!!!! The staff are so rude dont have any answers they talked rude on the phone also my poor wife who has diabetes was getting her medication..also had her sleeping in a wheel chair no beds Mattresses on the floor no food PLEASE AVOUD THIS PLACE THEY CAN KILL YOUR LOVE ONES ......

Terrible Place. Lied to, hung up on, Dr wont speak to parents. My son was starving and sleeping in a hallway and not in a room. We had to call for 2 straight days to get my son transferred to another facility. It was finally done, but only after reaching someone thru facebook. Staff there was completely unhelpful, not compassionate and rude.

Nah bro spent 3 days there food sucks, cold all day, tv broken, cheap, doesnt care about patients I was claimed to be doing extacy and Ive never done an kind on drugs horrible tell fox news about these people.

People working here are great, helping others qith big issues,awesome

I stayed there for almost 6 months and it was ok

This place is a horrible they are rude I will call channel 9 and make this public because it’s unexceptable when they chose the job and act like the hate it how can you care for some one and no love your job

Was told to come and pick up someone at a certain time and was impossible to get a straight answer was put on hold or so they thought and staff using extreme profanity about me if this a place for help it needs to be evaluated I will be writing to my Congress on trying to see what goes on here
