I have used Sundance for a few projects that I have had and the products have been great. The service from Steve Kirchof has been 10000/10. Steve has been so helpful at every stage of the process. I would absolutely recommend and Steve!

We needed to produce a high-end 80 page art catalogue which could be sent to- and pass the critical review of- high end art galleries and collectors. This required: a) very high quality color reproduction; b) stitch binding so the catalog would lay flat; and c) a preview copy to make any adjustments prior to final.Although we are in California and there are plenty of printers here, in printing previous drafts, we had been disappointed with the quality of the color reproduction of the painting photos and the binding options (some printers cannot even do stitch binding, or execute it poorly) and that many printers charge a high additional fee just for a preview copy. We chose Sundance because of a) its reputation; b) it has a higher quality color printer than many commercial printers c) its website indicated experience with quality stitch binding; d) it offers a preview copy as part of their production package.I cannot overemphasize how pleased we were with the finished product, which was turned around in under a week. Not only was the color reproduction of the painting photos top notch, the paper selection great, and, best of all, the stitch binding was as attractive and strong as we could have hoped for. In addition, the laminate cover, suggested by Thomas Calvert, substantially enhanced the look of the catalog. Finally, at our request, Sundance made two adjustments to correct miscalculations we had made in the design and made the corrections perfectly. We were hoping for a catalog that could pass muster in any New York art gallery and that’s what we got. Finally, the price for such a top job was entirely reasonable.Both Mr. Calvert and Sharon Dyon who we dealt with were helpful, responsive, and entirely professional. As a result, we have decided to turn to Sundance for other printing needs in connection with art promotion in the future. We worked with Steve at Sundance for our Save the Dates and we are SO IMPRESSED!! The quality of the printing (we had them printed on magnets) is so clear and clean. The pricing was also more than reasonable, and the turnaround time was incredible - by the time we had paid our invoice, it took about three days (and that was even over a weekend!) before we could pick up the finished products. We will definitely be using Sundance again. Their professionalism, quick communicating, and beautiful product was such a relief. I highly recommend them!!

I am NOT easy to deal with and EVERYTHING about this print job went smooth. I mean perfect. I mean there was not one thing, with a complicated project, that the team did not walk the whole way with me! Unbelievable today to find such over the top customer service! Cause... drum roll, most, you are put on hold, you have to wait and ask over and over and ... you get it. Not with these folks. Every single person I dealt with was as we say in the Army, ON POINT!

Too big and too complicated and not personal

When I saw a wall wrap featured on the HGTV website in HGTVs 2016 Home of the Year, I was obsessed! I had to have it in my own home. The only problem? I was in California and SunDance, the company behind creating the stunning mural created from a vintage black and white surfing photo, was in Florida! Luckily, Brad Taylor came to the rescue! Not only did Brad refer me to Florida archives to obtain the image, but he also suggested finding a similar company to SunDance in my area. Brad took too many of my long distance phone calls to count (over the course of six months), helped the California printing company and me troubleshoot various issues. He was sweet, helpful and professional. And he didnt make a dime!) In the end, I got my wall wrap. It is so unique and cool. It covers an entire wall and draws great reactions when people walk in our family room. We couldnt have done it without Brad. I cant recommend SunDance enough.

Excellent customer service and production on our custom folder job. They sent us samples and were patient helping us select options and jumping through with my workplaces vendor hoops. We settled on a combo of soft touch lamination and 3D spot UV coating, which not all printers can do, and they also priced it competitively. This is not a local company for us, but it was worth working remotely due to the service they were able to provide. I also appreciated that they sent me a surprise hand sanitizer gift when COVID-19 was escalating and it wasnt available in stores - a really thoughtful and timely thank-you to customers. They also occasionally send some tips and samples by mail and email, and I appreciate that its pretty quality stuff and not very frequent. Its one of the few mass communications that I dont unsubscribe from because they are tasteful in providing inspiration and dont go overboard.

UPDATE in response to the manager Kandi: That is a BOLD FACE LIE.The printer was listed for $300 as either for parts or if someone has the TIME to fix it. I offered the girl $150. After calculating the worst case scenario of what it would cost to replace the tubing and the print heads thats really what the printer wouldve been worth!When we inquired about what needed to be fixed the girl selling it said it has been sitting so all the lines and possibly the print heads were clogged.This is a HUGE difference from Oh we dont have the waste ink bottle and EPSON discontinued it so there is nowhere in the world you will able to find it, hence rendering the printer unfixable.The employees shared that you guys purchased a 3.2 meter printer and had been using that one with no need for regular use on the EPSON anymore. How would I know this?As a manager, for you to respond about it only being $150 and it being a year ago shows your lack of ability to hold your employees accountable. It starts from the top down. A member of my staff COULD NEVER.As stated before its not about the money, $150 is incredibly trivial. The fact that your employees withheld the REAL information as to why it was being sold is UNETHICAL plain and simple. We were under the impression that a company of your size just wanted to perhaps bless someone who had time to rerun the lines and replace the print heads lol we didnt imagine it was just shady business lol like who does that? That what I get for expecting the best out of people lol . I had the time to fix it I actually find it therapeutic to restore machines. However, this wouldve been IMPOSSIBLE because the waste ink bottle was DISCONTINUED and you guys knew it.This is a coaching moment Kandi.A better approach wouldve been....Hey thanks for inquiring about purchasing this Epson printer. Please note we do not have the waste ink tube bottle and this is necessary to operate the printer. This chip installed bottle is discontinued by EPSON but you may have luck finding this after market if you have the time to search for it.What wouldve then happened is, I, the buyer wouldve been able to make a decision to move forward or not. I wouldve probably still bought it and above all else appreciated the HONESTY. This isnt justifiable your team lied and thats just that.Very unethical employees.This company listed an eco solvent printer for sale that they claimed to stop using as they had been using their much larger printer more frequently. This is totally understandable because these sort of printers need to be in use everyday or the heads and lines will clog.We went to pick it up and everything powered on ok. We didnt do a test print because as expected the print heads were clogged and we had no problem replacing the heads ($1000 each) if needed. It turns out the real reason they sold it is because EPSON discontinued the waist ink bottle and without it you cant bypass a particular message on the machine. They knew this and still sold it to us anyways. Very nasty business practice and even more nauseating employees. The girl who listed this, I believe her name was Jessica I could be wrong though. Its not so much the money but a company of the stature to allow this sort of shady business just really makes me think where else are they cutting corners or just flat out scamming.

I recently had a printing job for SunDance. And I am sure I am not the only one needing a rush on the printing of labels. Steve Kirchoff and Sharon Dyon did an excellent job of getting the job done. The problem was getting it to my co-packer in time for Mondays run of my BBQ sauce. Do to an error on my part, the labels were not shipped out on Friday. So they went the extra mile and got them out on Saturday, so my co-packer would have the labels on Monday, as originally scheduled. Sundance understands what needs to be done to make customers happy. I had a wonderful meeting with a sales rep at the office to discuss what I needed and she said she’d prepare a quote and email it to me... that was in August! Each week since then I’ve continued to follow up asking for my quote, and each week she responds telling me she’s get me that quote that day. I followed up AGAIN on Sept 30 and she replied Oct 2 saying she had the quote and would email it to me. Its oct 14 and I haven’t heard from anyone since... if it’s that hard to get a QUOTE why would I trust these people to get my order printed on time.

Everyone at SunDance is a consummate professional, namely Sandra. She was especially helpful in the printing of our corporate sales brochure. There were many times we needed to change the version Sandra had in her possession seconds from being sent to the printer and this was never a problem. We also had some Credit Card issues when it came to the payment process and they were very understanding about this and were particularly accommodating until a resolution. They also delivered our finished brochure to the hotel we were staying at which was icing on the cake.The service was not the only phenomenal aspect of SunDance, their printing products were great as well.
