Reason was instrumental in achieving that goal.Our kickoff meeting was quick and effective. The Reason team digested our medical content and mocked up a design in a week. The communication with the Reason team was seamless, and they provided very helpful recommendations for both front-end and back-end designs. Handling SSL, email, CRM, and analytics was extremely easy with Reason, they got you covered.We would definitely refer Reason to anyone that wants a responsive, accountable, professional, and very knowledgeable agency. Hired for an email segmentation job. Very inexperienced with tool they recommended (Klaviyo). Required a lot of follow up and project managing. Average response time to an email while on project: 1 - 2 days. Unfamiliar with e-commerce industry best practices (abandoned cart, post purchase, etc). Had to do all the creative edits myself after I learning that no edits were included in job/quote. Once final payment made, loose ends were not tied up, and I never heard back on all my inquiries. They may be better at other types of marketing, but not very good with email marketing/segmentation and flows with Klaviyo tool.
