Extremely unprofessional company. Management treats their employees horribly and abuse them. Their contract says to treat others with respect and no respect is given to their employees. Unclear directions when going to work. Some management will cross the line and speak and ask inappropriate things. Worst experience. If you have no choice of work I would never recommend this company to anyone just because of the people that are in charge.

I worked for Rugby for almost 3 years and had a very good experience. I recommend them as a company to work for in the nightly cleaning and floor cleaning jobs. They have different shifts available at different areas of Orlando. I worked in floor cleaning which most of the shifts available to us were in overnight hours.

I was employed at the YMCA at Dr Phillips an I can say that they are stealing money by charging the YMCA for staff they are not providing an not holding up on there contract thats the reason being that the facility is always never completeted they treat there staff like trash an have poor equipment..I wouldnt recommend them as a employer or as a cleaning company..an the area manager Christopher is a straight up asswhole....

I am extreamly sorry Maxie Roldan felt that way. Mr. Roldan Maxie, was escorted out of our office for his unprofessionalism, while I was trying to conduct an interview with him.
