These guys are unbelievable. I watched management handle the airport parking exit computers going down like they had never dealt with a problem ever. The supervisor ( Edward ) had all lines backed up with no plan to correct it. He walked around and cursed at everyone in their cars for not pulling into the correct lane even though he had ALL LANES lit green and open. He ended up charging us 3 times for our parking. $67.00 x3 and it overdrew my account and cost me a ton. I told him that they had triple charged me and I wanted them to refund the extra charges and he said Leave Now Sir!! I am now in a paper dispute over the whole thing.I wish people would just work with people. Why is everyone so mean spirited. We needed a little assistance from an airport we spend a lot of money at but instead were shown the door.
I have never been so disrespected in all my life. The person that took me to my gate after I tipped them didn’t say thank you. Rather rolled her eyes in disgust because I gave her $5.00. I’m sorry I am handicapped living on a budget and my kids flew me out here to see the grand babies. I have never understood how people can be ungrateful! I would say ok if it was once but no, it every single time!
This company is a scam.These two incidents happened in the Orlando international airport.1. The person that was assigned to my grandmother for wheelchair services came up to use asking for money up front to take my grandmother into the airport in a wheel chair. She was traveling alone. This came as a shock to everyone because we have never been asked to give money for a service that is provided. They get paid by the hour + OPTIONAL tip. Asking for money up front is fraud and gives people the wrong idea, especially those that do not travel with cash or are vulnerable.2. As we left the airport the teller asked for $5 dollars for parking when it was only $4 (the sign said $6 change, we handed her a $10) meaning they are trying to pocket $1 from each person that pays in cash.Employees are taking advantage of travelers by trying to pocket money. This is a problem especially with integrity of the company hired by the airport.I will be contacting as many people as people to resolve this problem. Even the media.
