The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The Doctor was very professional and helped me find the correct hearing aids for my needs. He took the time to kindly, and thoroughly, explain and demonstrate how to use, and clean, my hearing aids. Overall, a great experience.

My husband used Beltone for his hearing aid needs, and I must say he is very happy with the service. The workers are great at their jobs and very knowledgeable as well as assistance as needed. Thank you all very much.

I have had some stumbling blocks with my hearing aids but Les at Betone has been exceedingly patient with me and has gone above and beyond to try and help me. I would recommend Belltone at Dr Phillips in Orlando to all my friends.I would also like to say that the quality of my hearing aid blew my mind! I can even get phone calls on them and I can actually hear!Hopefully I will be able to manage to keep them as I am having some problems still but will persevere until there is nothing left to try

Had to go into Beltone to have a hearing aid for my mom looked at. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and was greeted quickly, had my temperature taken and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. I was seen, the hearing aid was repaired and I was out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and polite and the office was clean and following CDC protocols

Today I stopped by the Dr Phillips location to see if they could check my mom’s hearing aids. The wonderful women named Silvia (I hope I got the name right) was quick to help and proceeded to clean and troubleshoot the problem. She then went to the hearing aid practitioner (Les) to make sure she gave me the correct information regarding mom’s hearing aids. I truly believe the heart of a successful business is whether they practice excellent customer service. I witnessed that today from this Beltone office.

I transferred my mothers account to the Dr Phillips location. I was very impressed with the caring and thorough Staff. Both Les Thomas and Sylvia went out of their way to make sure my 93 year old mom was comfortable and understood how to use and take care of her hearing aids. Glad we switched.

Handicap parking, first floor business. Sylvia is warm and knowledgeable. Gentleman who takes you through what is needed for hearing aids really know all you need. Will pick up my hearing aids before month end.

Left a message on the answering machine received a call back soon after and was invited to drop off a hearing aid Immediately.. Sylvia took great care of me.... Did the diagnostics In no time... what a pleasure and what a treasure!

Of all the various hearing care centers I have been to the past 25 years, the Beltone facility with Les Thomas located on Dr. Philips Blvd. Orlando is by far the best. I will be relocating out of state and Les will be sorely missed.

Will never try to use them again! They cancelled my appointment twice. The second time was 1 hour before my appointment. I last attempt to use them, no thanks.

Normally don’t write many reviews but after visiting the Beltone Orlando Dr. Phillips office, I just had to let everyone know just how great the staff was there. New in town, I was in dire need to have one of my hearing aids serviced. I was greeted by Silvia, who kindly listened to my issue. She made me feel right at home, offering water and coffee. Within ten minutes she had my hearing aids up and running as well as sounding even better than before I brought them in! If you are in need of hearing aids, servicing or any help with improving the quality of your life through better hearing, I highly recommend the folks at Beltone Orlando Dr. Phillips. Thanks guys!!!

Dr Lester is awesome and knows what he is doing. Wonderful personality and the office is squeaky clean.

My right ear hearing aid quit working a few days ago and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I took it to Les Thomas at Beltone ‘s only remaining office in the Orlando area. He cleaned both aids and determined what caused the malfunction. He then recalibrated both aids. I have known Les since he started with Beltone a few years ago. He’d good With people, knows his product line and knows how to keep customers. I look forward to buying my next upgrade of hearing aids from him in the future.

I’m really upset because I needed to get my hearing Aids fixed. I called and scheduled an appointment. Had to drive all the way across town. And when I got there they were closed. Who ever scheduled me didn’t know what they were doing. Very poor service!!!
