This was such a great experience for my friend birthday. We had so much fun. Our dance instructor Lynette was amazing, and so nice. She really push us to get out of our comfort zone and just have fun with it. I will definitely be coming here again.

I started taking classes in March and I’ve been coming back multiple times a week ever since. All the instructors are friendly, professional, and have unique, motivating, and original teaching techniques. Each class is teeming with fun personality (even the hard ones!). Every time I go, I accomplish something I never thought I could do. Other students are always kind and supportive. What an impactful and positive change coming here has made in my life. Thank you to all instructors and staff.

It all started with a phone call & Michelle was so sweet and personable I didn’t hesitate to book the class.Now the class: my teacher was Emmy & trust me she’s amazing !She was so patient and took her time to make sure we were doing the moves right!This was my first, but won’t be the last class & I made a few new friends!

Love love LOVE this studio!!! I have been going here for about a year now for Lyra and pole classes. I have explored other studios and this one is by far the best. My lyra instructor, Colleen is constantly pushing me to do my best and I have grown so much. The pole classes are super fun and the instructors/other classmates make me feel so fierce. First of, I am extremely out of shape. I managed to tough it out after the warm up. This is definitely for anyone, they work at your pace. I dont know what I doing, but they helped me build my confidence to keep coming back!

I bought a Groupon back in June and started classes ASAP. It was easy to book and everyone is so friendly!! The vibes at Vixen give me life and the classes built up my confidence!!! After my Groupon passes finished I signed up for an unlimited monthly membership and I’m renewing in august! I’ve taken classes with almost all the instructors and they are all amazing!!! My faves are Shanequa, Yvona, Sophie and Michelle!!! They offer Lyra, Pole, Dance and private parties and lessons!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

My line sisters and I came here for a private pole dancing class and it was EVERYTHING we expected plus more. The owner of the studio instructed our class and she was AMAZING! Vixen Fitness made everything special. The music was perfect. The choreo was fun, sexy and challenging. She taught us how to spin and climb! This was the best studio for my first experience pole dancing. We will definitely be back!

When I called interested in taking Pole dance classes she took her time and explained the different classes and pricing. She also informed me of the different memberships they offer. Just recently one of my instructors was out sick and Lynette came in and taught our class so we wouldn’t have to miss it how awesome is that! Not only was she my instructor for that class but she even stayed late helping me learn a spin I was having trouble with during class.I can’t go without mentioning my other 2 instructors because they are awesome too:Shenequa- She’s very nice and patient and takes her time to make sure you’re not missing anything!!! It was really fun. It was very clean and smelled good. The instructor even stayed late with us after we missed our 6 o’clock class. We ended up going at 9:15 and had a blast! I would recommend if you are in Orlando. Definitely coming back again.

My sister in law had her birthday party here march 2020 and we were very happy with our services.We did the 2 hour party plan with lounge room, the space was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. Pole required more work than what I expected, but we had a great time. I will be back!

Belly dancing here is so much fun! It had a mix of cardio and Latin feel. The instructor was very energetic and welcoming to beginners. We started with drills and at the end we learned some choreography. We were smiling and sweating the whole time! I also appreciate that this is offered though class pass. Worth the credits and will definitely be back!

Great Zumba class, the instructor Jackie was very interactive and kept the class engaged. I would love to take it again, but It is not always offered on Wednesday.I will definitely sign up again when it will be available on Wednesdays.

We booked a spot this past weekend for my sisters bacherlotte weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time. The instructor took her time and made sure we knew how to do each dance she taught us. We did a class similar to this in Miami two years ago and that company didnt have anything on Vixen Fitness. Love love love this place.

Well I adored my instructor Shanequa ! She was friendly and professional and made pole concepts easy. The reason I cannot give this facility a higher rating is because the dark haired lady at the front desk was extremely rude for no reason. I created an account and paid for 6 individual classes for my friends and I. I was trying to explain that to the woman (wish I had gotten her name) and she tells me that I only booked two classes and I was wrong and that we needed to pay. She was so dismissive and gave me an attitude for no reason because I wasn’t hostile or looking for a fight in any type of way. I was just eager to get into the class. She kept cutting me off and using a condescending tone as though I were slow. I showed her my bank account where vixen fitness had taken $160.50 from me and she STILL insisted that I only paid for two classes (each class is $25 so that math isn’t adding up) and she “couldn’t refund what she didn’t have, and that I should contact my bank .” I never asked for a refund, never even had a slight attitude. It’s like she was waiting on me to snap so she could kick us all out. I asked her to check a specific account of mine and when she reluctantly did all of my tickets popped up. Why is it that I know how to work your system better than you? She didn’t even apologize, just still tried to make it seem like it was my fault. She needs better people skills because she was FAKE through the whole visit. I felt unwanted and will be continuing my pole classes at Lotus Fitness.

Ashley Matos Latin Fusion Dance class was incredibly easy to follow and she gives excellent instruction to beginners. Ashley also pays special attention to moves that are more difficult for the class and spends extra individualized time so you can get the most effective workout possible. Super high energy classes and an amazing studio! Cant wait to take Ashleys Sexy Chair Dance class!

Five start location!! Extremely friendly staff. I have taken a Stilt walking class, aerial silks, lyra, pole, salsa and even ballroom. They offer a variety of classes! I have brought a few friends and they love it. The front desk, managers and teachers are so encouraging and helpful.

Did a party here on May 18, 2019 and it was so much fun our instructor was amazing and very patient. We had some great laughs and it was a night to remember.

Ive taken four classes here. Intro to pole 2 times, Aerial Silks, and the Jingle Bell Rock dance from Mean Girls. Its fantastic! The three instructors were all very fun to work with and did a superb job of meeting everyones needs and levels of experience. Its so much fun and such a great way to get a killer workout.

Ive been taking pole and aerial silks at Vixen since they moved to the new location. Ive come so far. I love the staff they are positive vibes all the way, good energy & very supportive. They never cancel my classes & the instructors are patient. I love the lounge its my fav place in the studio. They also have different sales I cant pass up Ive gotten some super cute tops there. Id recommend Vixen.

Orlando location is in a nice complex, BEAUTIFUL Decor on the inside. You get a little tour of the building if youre new. Very glamorous & sexy! Bathrooms were very clean & smelt good as well. The intro pole class has a workout in the beginning to stretch out your body & muscles, then you learn a few spins, walks, & just how to be sexy all in one!! I didnt buy the pole grip, but my hands werent too sweaty b/c you wipe your pole down with rubbing alcohol. I went barefoot which, is cool. They have a little fridge in the front w/water Idk how much. Just bring your own!! Good playlist! Mischa was my instructor!!! She is excellent. Didnt give it a 5 b/c I felt like the members who go there regularly got more attention at times. But the instructor did help us individually at the end & we got to dance to one song that we wanted:) (I had a small class)

We started our bachelorette party here. Samantha was our host. She was wonderful!! She was very accommodating to our needs as we had a wide range of comfort levels and body types in our group. We did pole dancing, chair dancing and even attempted aerial fitness (per our request). Trust me, this was a blast! Every skill level can participate and you will all have a lot of laughs. The studio is beautiful. They have a lot of other classes to offer as well. The clothes are adorable too. We all left with a little something. The big comfy bed and long couch are great for taking group pics. The bathrooms have showers, lockers and large bathrooms. The entire studio is decorated in black and pink. Think Victorias Secret meets Womens Gym. The best part is it is WOMEN ONLY so you can let go and have fun without worrying if some creep is watching you. We all loved this place and the employees. Check it out!

Took my friends there for a pole exercise class and had an absolute blast! We all felt sexy and empowered. They were very accommodating to our needs and the instructor was so encouraging and friendly. I will be back again for my next event!

Linette was our instructor for the Netflix and chill class and she was super good. She made sure we got all the moves and was perfect with working everyone in the group no matter how advanced you are or not. She even let us have a turn up session at the end lol.. Perfect for a girls night out or birthday event. Deff ask for her if you’re booking!

I came from out of town with a group of girlfriends and we decided to take a beginners pole dancing class here. The studio itself was nice and the class itself Seemed fun but I wouldn’t really know bc the lady overbooked us and I out of my group of friends ended up not having a pole as promised to do the class on . After sitting and watching everyone else the instructor offered me to go get a glass of a $5 bottle of wine . I literally sat and did nothing the entire hour . I paid $27 for the class plus money for my lyft to get there . All I got was a glass of wine ..... at the end of the class the instructor didn’t even offer to refund my money knowing I didn’t participate. I would not recommend

We surprised our friend with a bachelorette party there it was amazing!!! The staff was all smiles the moment we walked it they were so nice to everyone they new Britneys name (the bride) they allowed us to bring snacks plus after our pole class they let us stay shower and get ready to go out. The party was a blast our instructor was sweet even offered to take our pictures. They then offered us a two week special and most of the girls are now taking classes 😍 its amazing

My husband and I went to Vixen for our first first Xochiquong Chi class. The staff up front was wonderful with getting us checked in. Making sure we was comfortable until our class started. The instructor was AWESOME, so caring for our well being. Full of knowledge about this class, I learned a lot from her teaching this class. I have never felt so relax and stress free like this in for never.If you are stress and need to relax or get yourself ready for the rest of the week this is the class to take. I felt all my pain leave, unbelievable. I am glad my husband called to make our appointment. We are definitely are coming back and bring my dad next time. Life changing I tell you.

This place is a god send. I have taken a few pole and aerial classes before but vixen is the first place I have found competent teachers that cater to all skill levels. The teachers really know their stuff! I recommend trying a few classes with different instructors to see whos method bets fits your learning style and skill level. All of the instructors bring their own unique spin to the class (pun intended). There are also general fitness classes and kickboxing. I never even considered taking a kickboxing class before I started coming here and it turns out I love it! Unfortunately for the fellas its a ladies only gym. I did see some co ed classes posted but that was a few months ago. They may not offer them any more. The only thing I wish is that they would bring back spinning classes. Other then that this gym has every thing you need to get fit while having a blast. Its a really body positive atmosphere as well. No one is going to make you feel like you need to look any different then you already do. The best part is they offer unlimited class packages which you can really get your moneys worth out of. They even offer 2 week trial that costs less then 2 classes at another gym. If you have never taken a pole or aerial class DO IT! your obviously thinking about it youre reading this review. Seriously! Especially if your thinking I would but I dont have the upper body strength COMING TO POLE AND AERIAL CLASES WILL GIVE YOU UPPER BODY STRENGTH!!! Just give it a good solid try you wont regret it. If you feel like you cant do it then it just means you gave up too soon.

She refunded us our money and gave us a class on a different day. The class was a blast and our instructor was very accommodating to all our requests! I would recommend coming here.

I feel that Vixen is going under! First of all Asia is not there anymore which is bad enough! Yes her classes were hard and kicked butt but I saw a significant weight loss after taking her classes. Her classes were very fun & upbeat and she will be hard to replace! I have taken other instructors classes and they werent even half the intensity, except for Donna, she is awesome. Other than those 2 you can forget it! Of course you can go there and do little cute dance moves and giggle the whole time, but do not expect a good sweaty workout!! They also used to serve wine on Friday evenings before class and they dont do that anymore! There was a time when this place had a variety of classes and was more fun but now it is going downhill and they are becoming money hungry!! The place is already small with limited space and now that the small space will not be filled with UPBEAT Asia I dont know what will happen!!!

Very nice studio . All spinning poles but we weren’t allowed to do any fun moves. Everything on the ground. In Jacksonville it’s wayyyyy better and you can do more.I also didn’t like having to pre-tip. Let people tip more or less based on experience.Staff was friendly. BEWARE SPINNING POLES!Took two pole classes here. I had done pole in the past at another studio for a few years in a different state before moving to Orlando and decided to get back into it. If you learned to pole on stationary poles, beware you might hate this its very different. I didnt see this posted on any part of their site. In my second class there was a girl who had poled before and she actually left halfway through the class she got so dizzy. Both classes I took were overbooked and some people had to share poles. The instructor was also heavily pushing grip, which they sell at the front desk for a hefty price. All you need is a spray bottle with some IPA and a wash cloth for a few bucks to clean the pole. This studio seems more about the sexy part of pole than the exercise focus from my old studio. I also get the feeling that they cater more to bachlorette parties that think its cute to try a pole class, rather than it being a serious pole studio for regulars.Pros: nice tall poles, good pole spacing, pretty studioCons: spinning poles, overbooked classes, pushing expensive products that arent neededNot a fan of the spinning poles, will not be back.

A great place to take your girlfriends for a fun night! I had my birthday there and we had a great time! The staff make your special day their priority. The decor is everything a girl could ask for! Glitter & Sparkle!! I live out of the Orlando area so I cant go to all the great classes they have, if I lived near by I would absolutely have a membership! I plan to host a friendss bachelorette party there soon!Also I loved the shirts I bought in their shop by the front entrance. I get so many complements at my gym on where I got my cute workout gear!

Went for my first pole class yesterday, and will absolutely go again! Will do my first aerial silks class tomorrow, pluss mean girls dance class as well. The only drawback I have is that we had to share poles, I wish we had one each. And I wish I knew about dry hands before I had my lesson yesterday, it really helps a whole lot with my hands sliding on the pole.

The dancers were great but management sucked. We had a 2 hr party this weekend, and they were very unprofessional. The class was less than 2 hrs. I had a discount and they failed to honor it and then tried to over charge us. Will not be going back. Their excuse was, we just changed management this past month. Who cares? Been in business for along time now. They definitely dont care about the customer.
