Great place to go and train for American Ninja Warrior, or just to have fun with some friends. Maybe both.

If you watch American Ninja Warrior and you get the inclination to try it out... this is the place. Even if youre an adult who spends more time sitting than exercising, its fun to try to make it as far as you can on the obstacles. The people here are wonderfully supportive and the coaches really know how to coach anyone from beginner to expert. As their tagline says: If youre not falling, youre not trying!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and organized. They have some quality Ninja equipment and obstacles. Definitely have to give them a try for open gym or classes!

Was there for my nephews birthday party. The coaches did a great job keeping the kids engaged to make sure they had a good time and even for the parents to feel like kids again and try the obstacles as well

My 8 yr old loves it. They are great with teaching the kids the proper techniques no matter how young they are.

If you have ever wanted to learn how to do the crazy stuff you see on American Ninja Warrior, this is a great place to start. For both kids and adults, it is lots of fun. Thick mats everywhere for safety and new obstacles every week.

Visited in 2019 while vacationing in Orlando. My kids are Ninja Warrior fans and loved the place. Received notice that by June 2021 they were moving to a larger facility.

Obstacle ninja academy is the perfect place for people who want to be more active and get a nice mix of parkour and upper body workout. While obstacle ninja academy isnt the biggest ninja gym out there, they have everything laid out with the tight space in mind so you can do basically anything those other bigger gyms have. ONA takes pride in their quality equipment and scaffolding to be as accurate to american ninja warrior as possible! Highly recommend for training or just a fun one off activity!

Awesome ninja place!I am a new adult master ninja (over 40 years old) and I came over for open gym. It was a lot of fun and I will definitely come again every time I am in Orlando!The gym is very nice, organized and clean.The owner and other coaches were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed.They had a birthday party and the kids and adults were super happy.Yes, they have adult classes as well as the kids classes!Great experience over all!

The coaches here are amazing. They set up obstacles, give you pointers, help you, and encourage you. The place has all kinds of challenges from rock walls to warp walls, balance obstacles to grip strength obstacles. Every inch is a challenge waiting to be explored with a coach ready to help. We love going during open gym and trying things.

Grandson had a birthday party there, all the boys in the one girl had a great time. It would be nice if they had. Food for sale maybe chips or Pizza that you can microwave.

Very nice and organized place, facility is kept clean and instructors and really friendly. The classes are great, and will challenge you; but you can also enjoy the open gym to go at your own pace. They have all the obstacles you need for a great workout; and periodically change things for variety. Love the flexibility of being able to pay per visit or join with no long term commitment. Nice to have somewhere indoor to beat the summer heat!

Absolutely amazing training facility and gym! ONA is a great place to get a great workout or just have a lot of fun. The coaches and staff are all exceptional at what they do and always welcome and challenge you. All of the obstacles are amazing quality and they are constantly changing up the gym so it never gets boring. I love this place!

Really cool place to train for my little ninja warriors haha. Had my kids try a class and they loved it. After my kids’ class, my kids were able to stick around and basically choose to do whatever obstacle they like which was neat for them to get practice. Chad made my kids feel welcome, very funny and friendly. My kids are willing to come back whenever we are in the area.

Great place to take the kiddos. Definitely something different. I have a 7 year old who absolutely loved it. Bring a water and some snacks if you plan to stay a while.

Ok. Little gym. Staff wasnt as interactive as they should have been especially since there was 3 total customers in the gym 🤷‍♀️ Ill get a membership else where.

The Obstacle Ninja Academy gym is great as we came to ONA as a family during open gym time. The kids loved trying out the amazing obstacles including the fly wheels, ring toss, warped walls, floating steps and balance obstacles. They have higher level obstacles like the salmon ladder, shelf grab and wing nuts for more advanced ninjas! Loved this Ninja Gym! Great for the whole family!

Cant beat this gym. RJ and Jason are just amazing folks, and the gym is very good too. If youre into ninja, or getting into ninja, you cant do any better than ONA.

ONA is an awesome time for literally anyone! They have obstacles for all skill levels so you could go with a group of friends and itll be a blast. Definitely going here again

Amazing ninja training spot, we visited here for a comp and it was very well run and organized!

Fun time for a reasonable price. My husband and i are 28 and 29 years old and enjoy obstacle course racing. This was a fun thing for us to do on a rainy day. We dont have kids but it is very kid friendly and the kids that were here were respectful and well behaved. We didnt have to wait for obstacles.

Such an awesome place has everything you need from wingnuts to flywheels and salmon ladder and they even have a warped wall! Really great coaches too, shoutout to Jason!
