Great gym equipment and really supportive community. Plenty of space as well, so theres no congested areas or clusters of patrons.

With forty years bodybuilding, I have memberships with some of the best gyms in the USA including the famous Mecca of bodybuilding golds gym in Venice California. I would say that the iron religion gym in Orlando Florida is as good as the mecca. It has an excellent energy. The staff are courteous and the weightlifters are serious about their health and fitness. Best part is it is a woman-owned business. God bless the ladies! I highly recommend this gym when visiting Orlando

Im visiting from out of town and wanted to go to a good gym for a good workout and Iron Religion made the grade. Easy sign up, great prices for the week, but also all levels of memberships. Great equipment, nice layout, clean facilities and serious fitness and physique enthusiasts. I will come here everytime Im in town.

Nice gym for weight lifters and weight trainers. Lots of equipment good condition, nice people behind the counter. I was visiting from out of town on vacation in Orlando and I was pleased they had daily and weekly passes. If I lived in Orlando Id probably make it my home gym

The best gym for pro athletes 💪 you find everything you need

The gym was very good with a lot of high-quality equipment, good music, high energy, good looking people, nice staff members, good lockers, and much space, but I can list some negatives.First, time-consuming to find small weight plates like 2.5 lb. weight plates at the gym.Second, the gym was lacking a bench with a 15 degree incline setting, but, on a positive note, the gym had a lot of benches, including adjustable benches.Third, the website didn’t advertise that 5 extra dollars are charged in addition to the 25 dollars for a week pass. Stealth.I’m glad I went there, though, and I hope it improves.I suggest organizing weight plates so weight plates are easier to find and revealing the 5 dollar fee on the website.I rate the gym a 4.49 on a 5 point scale, an 89.8% and a B+.

Incredibly clean, stuffed with massive amounts of equipment to utilize, and most importantly everyone there was bonded as a community to better themselves (thats what it is all about). The gym owner is professional and shares a mission of community and growth.

Hotel didn’t have a gym but was able to get a workout here even on a late Saturday night. I got in on that weekly special deal. Definitely a spot I’d go back while on vacation.

Best place to workout, friendly stuff and atmosphere! No matter if you are novice at the gym thing or you a pro,you will fit right in this place. Lots of different equipment to choose from. Doesnt matter if you are into bodybuilding,cross fit,strongman or armwrestling,this place covers it all!Brand new equipment,clean bathrooms and huge area! Have been going here for about 4 years now,and place have been just getting better and better. Even with a lot of people in it there are still enough machines for everybody so you dont have to wait to finish your workout

For the same amount I am paying monthly, I am getting a better service in another GYM than this one. This GYM have great potential to stay the best GYM in orlando.But I spend more time looking for weights than me lifting them. Some of their equipments are falling apart. Their class room space have tables upside down. For some reason, one of their weights rooms the floor seems to be uneven.Some of their staff need to learn about costumer services (exception of two males that work at night. Since they don’t wear name tags, I can’t tell who they’re but they have great costumer services).

The gym is very open. Which I look for in a gym. I dont exactly like tight spaced gyms. They offer every time of gym stations you can think of. The gym is very big. Recommend for day passes (which I got). The place needs a bit more organization of the gym equipment (ie. gym balls, ropes, etc..) hence the 4 stars. Basically a corner has been assigned the pile everything here corner. Do recommend and will go back when in town.

I work out severa times a week but was not prepared for this complete body workout. The encouragement and amazing experience will have me going back again for sure.

The greatest gym we’ve ever been! Lots of different equipment and free weights! And this is real judgement free zone unlike the others gyms, Also they have Jujitsu and Muay Thai classes!

What a great gym! Went here on a rainy day in Orlando. It is huge! They have everything from traditional gym equipment to strongman implements (yoke, farmers, sand bag, log). The posing room is cool too!

Great gym, has all the equipment needed to conduct most any workout. The mornings around 0600 are pretty quiet but it is the holidays right now. Only issue is people lack the initiative to put away their weights.

Worst gym Ive ever been to,Equipment everywhere, machines full of plates. Ppl dont pick up after themselves NOT EVEN THE TRAINERS. And full of trainers that hate to see DO better than them.Front desk has no knowledge of any gym stuff.Dirty and ppl are just not friendly.

Nothing better than having a gym that has every piece of equipment you can think of. Super clean and big so even when its busy you have room and options. My husband and i both attend and we travel a lot so its nice not being bound to a contract and can pay by the month. Great place to sweat!

Really cool gym. There is a lot of equipment and good machines. But it’s very messy, no one re-racks their weights despite the many “Re-rack your weights” signs. Workers do not enforce the rule. Plates and dumbbells are very unorganized because of this.

GreatOnly thing is shirts and sweaters are basically to sing price.But its cool 😎

Great gym. Have a ton of equipment, rogue power/deadlift bars and rogue plates. Unique machines, perfect if traveling which I was. Rogue bars can handle and fit 600lb+, would highly recommend if on vacation/business travel!

This is really a great gym and has everything for people who want to lift weights, crossfit, etc. They have plenty of plates for everyone and for the most part, people put plates back where they got them.The price is very reasonable for anyone looking to join for a few weeks on vacation.

This gym is by far the best place in Orlando. The trainers are some of the most selfless and qualified athletes out there. Whatever your fitness goals are they have it all in one place for you. My life has personally been impacted for the better as I go through my own life medical journey. Everyone here from the nutrition team at Max Muscle to their boot camps has put me on the path of success to reach my medical and fitness goals all at the same time!!! More than just a gym:-)

Me and my gf were on vacation and needed to get our lifting in. Amazing atmosphere, had that old school hardcore vibe. The setup was awesome! We like to visit different gyms when traveling and this is by far our favorite!

If you are serious about fitness in your life, this is THE gym to attend in Orlando. I am only mad I didnt discover them before. My highlights are...1. Equipment is Tier 1. Specifically Prime Fitness, MAG bars and Foreman machines.2. Even at its busiest hours it doesnt feel crammed. There is almost at least 2 of everything or similar.3. A great place to gain knowledge as fellow members are all friendly and always wanting to help or just talk fitness.4. They carry great supplements and personal equipment at great prices. Their apparel is also on point.5. They have a refrigerator! And a microwave!

This gym is only a few miles from the hotels at universal. Its a welcome relief from the terrible hotel gyms. I visited while in town for a conference. The week pass price is extremely reasonable, and there are many dining options a short walk from the gym. Money saved on dinner easily covered the cost of getting over there.The gym itself is awesome. Just about anything you could be looking for - trap bar, football bar, yoke, dog sled, tire, log, chains, bumpers, etc. Coming from a globo gym, I could see how having fantastic equipment everywhere might feel overwhelming, but thats what a great gym looks like.Theres this one plate loaded rowing machine with three loading pins on each arm, so you can change the strength curve of the lift based on how you want the row to feel. How cool is that? Clearly each piece of equipment has been carefully selected by someone with a passion for training.Members were very friendly. I had more positive interactions over two days visiting than I had in my last year at LA fitness.My only suggestion would be to add a safety squat bar.If I ever had to move to Orlando, Id train here.

Came to Orlando for the Europa show decided to try iron religion looked like a decent place to train. Wow I was blown away tons of great equipment for the serious lifter, amazing apparel and great staff! Highly recommended!

Good equipment, easy parking, open 24/7 except for a few holidays. Great place for early morning workouts. Emphasis is on strength training/body building, with less equipment for cardio, etc.

Great gym and my trainer Maria is the best. I dont like working out, but I have to do it to keep in shape. Maria makes my workouts easy and fun, and I dont even notice when the time passes by. I drive across town (28 mi) 3 times a week and pay tolls to get there, just because of Marias professional expertise. If you have big goals, Maria is the trainer I would recommend.

This gym is incredible. Awesome, CLEAN atmosphere with encouraging members and staff. They offer everything from free weights to tire flipping. The showers are also really nice for post workout. If we ever find ourselves in Orlando again, we’ll be sure to go back!

I️ have never been consistent with any workouts until I️ joined this gym! I️ decided to take it a step further and hire a personal trainer! Best decision I️ made! Maria is phenomenal, and the best personal trainer I️ could have ever asked for! She is passionate and super knowledgeable in what she does, and it has made all the difference in my training and development! Been coming since July, and the results really show! Maria actually cares about your development opposed to other personal trainers I had in the past! She also offered me meal prep plans based on my goals and needs, which was exceptionally helpful for me!

Great gym! Went in tonight (Nov 18th) to sign up for one week as I am just visiting from out of state. Sign up took about 3 minutes with no hidden fees or wasted time. Young man working the desk, Jovan, was competent and friendly.

I really like this gym, they have everything I need and its very spacious. Everyone here is friendly and theres alot of beginners that go here as well.My biggest complaint is they dont seem to enforce racking your weights. I think if they are not going to enforce the rule then maybe they could hire someone to just go around racking weights and wiping down equipment, this would go a long way toward customer satisfaction I am pretty sure.If we can get the weights racked its an easy 5 out of 5.

I haven’t been in Orlando that long and I’ve been looking for a good gym and this was the best decision I’ve made, they have a track inside up front to run and push sleds, there’s ropes, different dumbbell rooms, and so much stuff that’s hard to find in normal gyms, the best part is they’re open 24/7 so I love to come late overnight !

Ive been here for almost 6 months and have only great things to say! The equipment is awesome... Ive been to tons of gyms and the variety of equipment is incredible... you can do rope climbs, clean & jerk, wallballs, kettle bells, tire flips, so much more than your regular gym. The showers are clean, the locker rooms spacious and the staff is friendly. All for a really reasonable price. I love that it is 24 hours, most gyms arent open at 430 am when I liked to go. I highly recommend!

Ive been a member for over a year...hurt my shoulder and been back for 4 months now...everything is true on the atmosphere...seriousness...encouraging...cool equipment...friendliness and most importantly motivation..it pushes you to want more and better results.....I only have one knock and that is the t.vs...this place is mostly athletic people or people who love sports...t.vs should be changed more when sporting events are on like march madness basketball...or any kind of playoffs..college footballor the masters etc...other than that all good...and also its true the weights can get a lil messy but not a big deal..just think of it as more exercise like I do. Good luck and enjoy its worth it.

Im fairly new to the gym world but I think this gym was absolutely perfect for me, theres a wide range of equipment and they all have instructions on the side to help you out if you need it. The staff is great, helpful and answer pretty much any question you have. I love it!

The positive energy is at a whole other level! I felt amazing and plan on going back as often as possible.

Probably the best gym I’ve been to since I started training. You don’t get to see many gyms like this and I’m glad I’ve stumbled upon it. Clean and secluded

So overall the place was pretty cool. But I don’t think a single person there cared about keeping it clean. There were weights everywhere, it was impossible to keep things moving fast. Bathrooms were disgusting. The front desk staff was super nice, but it would have been a totally better experience if they cared about the gym. Telling people to clean up after themselves and making sure they do isn’t hard at all but the guys working up front would rather sit there with their headphones on texting instead. Not that I want this whole review to be bad, I just want to point out the issues. The did have some cool equipment which I have not seen anywhere else. If you’re serious about bodybuilding this may not be the spot for you, you’ll most likely get as frustrated as I did about how scattered every weight was!

This is THE BEST gym youll EVER go to. PERIOD. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is great and bathrooms are clean. I recommend to everyone, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.
