I was impressed, Tyler and his team made an extraordinary work. When three different glass shop in town said they couldnt make the glass that I needed for my German wall unit, I was loosing hope. C&B was my last stop and they delivered! They treated me like a family and Tyler told he was able to make the glass for me without any hesitation. We had a broken bedroom window in the middle of the night on memorial weekend. All other glass/window repairs were not available towards the end of the following week. My bedroom window glass had just been broken. I called three other glass repair companies before I found C&B Glass and Mirror. The other companies were ridiculously expensive, had me measure for them, and expected me to wait 5-7days for the right glass.This all happened during the pandemic so I knew my chances of getting my problem solved were slim to none. However, once I contacted C&B, they were not only caring and professional, they were available for a same day service! Tyler was punctual, friendly, and very professional. I was surprised by this amazing service. Their price was affordable, their customer service was amazing, and Tylers work was impeccable. I will definitely contact them again.

I contacted C&B at 8:45 am and they were at my house by 10 am to replace a pane of glass that was chipped. They cut the glass on site to size and completed the service in less than 30 minutes. Excellent response, service delivery, and price.

Impressive customer service! My center patio door glass cracked last month on its own. of course I was not happy but I had to get it replaced. I called around a couple of places and they told me they could not do such a large door. I decided to try one last time so I googled glass repair places again and this company came up. It had great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Within minutes of making the call I had the answer I was looking for and at half the price. C&B found a glass for my door and replaced my patio door glass week of July 16th. Glass was replaced in a little over an hour. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Great customer service. Same day window glass replacement. I called about 2pm, they arrived just before 4pm and were done in just a few minutes. Cleaned up after they finished. Very professional. Only downside, a bit pricey for just 1 piece of glass. 😮 Although, as quick as they came, I guess that was the premium.

Due to some emergency repairs the company had they showed after hours but Tyler made quick work of our repair. Nice guy, knew his stuff and fixed our window in the rain. Pricing more than fair and they work late if they tell you theyre coming theyll be there or they will call.

Extremely disappointed with there service! I called in for an emergency with a broken window at my house, explained my situation they stated they would assist and provided me a same day appointment, but never showed. i called several times to confirm they would come and never came to repair the window. waisted all day waiting for them to come and at 7pm they rescheduled for the next day @9am and never showed or called to follow up with me! What kind of customer service is this!!! Never again asking for assistance with any repair service nor recommending them to my neighbor/friends!!!!!

So my son broke the window in our home I called this company up very friendly and great customer service told the owner what I had he gave me a price I told him let me call and get some other quotes I did hands down this company blows all the rest out of the water by far I called back spoke with his son the young man says to me I can come and help right now it was 8:30 at night he came and did an outstanding job I am recommending this company to everyone I know great job guys hands down wowowowowo
