I literally just left the office and had to pull over my car to write this review. I had an amazing experience at Safe Sky: it was fast, efficient, and easy! The office is clean and beautiful, the employees are friendly and efficient, and it was just such a smooth easy process. All of my questions were answered and I really liked the overall experience. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this place for fingerprinting and notary services. Im so glad that this business exists!

Rick was so kind. He was also training a young guy named Michael who was a sweetheart. In spite of having to train someone and monitor the phones, I received the best customer service and plan on coming here for my notary needs etc.

Scheduled an appointment online for ink fingerprints, quick and easy. Took about 10 minutes and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I happened to have a test afterwards and forgot to print out something, and since I dont live in the area I asked if they would be able to do it for me and they agreed (though I ended up not needing them!). Super accommodating would recommend.

Great experience! I needed to get fingerprinted and didn’t have the proper form. They called, determined what form I needed, and had it emailed to them. Phenomenal experience! The operator couldn’t have been nicer (Rick?)! He did a good job of planning ahead and spacing people physically during Wuhan COVID-19. Place was fresh and clean looking. Outdoor signage should be upgraded,but operator gave good directions. Also, not sure if the fingerprint machine could have been disinfected between uses? Recommend this place highly!

Carlos from Safesky helped me get my passport photo taken so I could upload to renew my CCW. Fred help me get in contact with The Department of Agriculture since I did not know how to get the tracking number for the renewal. 9 days after submitting my new CCW arrived in the mail. They are always willing to help and great customer service. Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out.

Everything was done in 18 minutes. Rick answers the emails quickly and Ryan is great at customer service and making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything.The office is very easy to find, there is a covered parking garage and its located in a big office thats shared with many other businesses so there is always someone around. I went for my fingerprinting appointment yesterday with Marisol and my experience was unexpectedly wonderful. I was running a few minutes late, she called me right on time to make sure I wasnt lost, and when I told her I was just parking she told me not to worry, that she would take the next client and take me right after. Once I got into her office I realized there was a piece of information I was missing, Marisol was exceedingly patient while I called three different people track it down. Honestly, the customer service I experienced blew me away. Ive been through fingerprinting many times due to my line of work and this was by far the best experience. If I didnt know better I would have felt that my appointment was Marisols only task that day and completing it successfully was her only concern. I will definitely use SAFEsky again and would recommend them to anyone!
