I made an appointment on their site, paid for the deposit; I showed up and the guy isnt here. What kind of business is this?

I am working on obtaining pharmacist licensure in multiple states and was unsure if Astute would be able to help me. I sent an email via their website and received a response in less than one business day. Their scheduling tool was amazing and I was able to obtain a same-day appointment. Mr. Rivera listened to my needs and concerns and was able to use digital fingerprinting instead of the old, messy ink pads. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. I have already recommended Astute Fingerprinting to my colleagues and will definitely use this service in the future.

The office is in a brand new first class building. Great receptionist with a very comfortable waiting room that I didnt have go wait in long. It was a very streamlined process and I was out of there with exactly what I needed and more with in 20 minutes. Highly recommended. I am positive you have the same experience as I did.

8/1/2018- I had to get my fingerprints done for the pre-employment process for a government job. Judith Rivera was very professional and actually exceeded my expectations. I went to my scheduled appointment unprepared. I did not bring my special fingerprints cards that I needed to bring and she happen to have some in stock. I highly recommend this office for fingerprints. Hassle free for me.
