Well, I really cant even review this place in totality, but what I will tell you is that I attempted to set my daughter up with counseling, and they left me on hold for 8 minutes. Not a good first impression. Disappointing because this location is the most convenient. Ill keep trying and/or wait for the other counseling services to return my call.

The worst case management. Absolutely horrible. I have been through 5+ case managers all have been horrible, and lazy. Never answer the phone. Never call you back when you leave messages. Go somewhere else please for the love of God.

Good service staff does not have you waiting. Only problem which is a major problem is that there is no handicapped ramp for wheelchairs only stairs!!!

THE WORSTTTT Jessica the case manager is THE WORST CASE MANAGER YOU CAN EVER HAVE. These people don’t care about you or your best interest they don’t care about the kids !!!!!

My children have been going to Devereux for about a year-and-a-half now and it seems like they never have their medications right they always e-script the wrong medications then when you call you can never get nobody on the phone is only one person that answers the phone for all the clients never answer the phone then they over booked appointments you sit there for up to two to three hours after your appointment time because theyre always running behind they have one doctor and one nurse practitioner and thats it to see all the clients at the Devereux at Westgate I wish that there was somebody I could talk to to make a grievance do not take your children here horrible horrible horrible worse than the health department worse than Lakeside
