I was admittedly terrified the first time that I went in for my appointment. Id never had any type of laser hair removal but I really needed to get rid of some unwanted facial hair so I figured Id give it a shot. Diane is super friendly and understanding. She is communicative and really does her best to make me feel at ease with minimal to no pain. Diane thoroughly explained the process and to date, everything that she has informed me of has been spot on. I definitely recommend her-especially if you are new to laser hair removal or looking for a change. Ill continue to go to her for my hair removal needs.

Ive had an excellent experience with Diane. As a Black woman, I was scared of possible scarring with electrolysis. Thankfully, I havent experienced any. Diane was extremely patient with answering ALL of my questions about the process, use of sterilized equipment, pricing, etc.

I have had a couple treatments now with Miss Diane and she is amazing! Ive never thought I could get rid of the hair. She answered all my questions, areas of concerned and made me feel at ease about the process. I cant thank her enough for the encouragement to start the process. Everyone is different but for me... within 1 treatment there was a total change in my skin where my treatment was done. My treatments are practically painless and very short where Im in and out in about 15-20 mins. And still have the whole day to do whatever I need to.The facilities are very clean, calm, relaxing and they take all precautions necessary for me to feel safe and very comfortable. I recommend this to EVERYONE that has that issue of stubborn hair that you want to get rid of anywhere on your body no matter how small or large of any area.
