I have had a handful of electrolysis appointments with Claudia now. I am receiving treatment on my entire face for hair growth due to hormonal imbalances. Claudia is very skilled & knowledgable. She explains the treatment process, and how she uses new sterilized equipment with every individual. I was very nervous before my first appointment and she took the time to answer all my questions over the phone. She is both honest and encouraging in regards to the patience it takes to endure the process of electrolysis. I have very sensitive skin, and I experience the expected break-outs post treatment, but with proper post-treatment care, it always clears within a couple of days. If I feel like my skin was too sensitive in certain areas, she will adjust accordingly and reduce the heat used in that area for my next treatment. I have not had any scarring or long-lasting skin damage. I am already seeing results after a few months. (I go roughly every other week). Though this process will take a while, my hair is definitely growing back a bit thinner now. Claudia has a lot of experience in this field, and I believe she is a trusted electrolysis technician.

I had electrolysis done and I ended up with scars on my chin. I do not recommend. She over treated the area and it scabbed then turned into a huge scar.
