This company has poor customer care. Ordered a piece of laminate and was told it would come in in 7-10 days. Just a couple days before we should have received it, they cancelled my order because it was backordered. I was told they would order again but if I would order a larger piece for more money, it was in stock and they would overnight it. My contractor had to leave my job unfinished to do other work. So I paid more for a size I didnt need so we would get it overnight. I waited 5 days for it to come in.Thanks Wisonart. On top of that they dont take returns. Way to put the customer first. Poor communication through this whole thing
