Very bad place the employees are bad the truck drivers are nothing but steering wheel holders. As shown in this picture he purposefully went around other drivers and blocked traffic while an otr driver was trying to get docked in a very tight and obsolete dock. Other Coca Cola drivers wouldnt get out and help sight him in. I got out and directed traffic while this excuse of a driver sat in his truck.

Dont know why everyone is crying about this place. I showed up 30min early. Checked in with guard at back gate. Went to shipping, got put straight in the door. Did I mention on-site restrooms in shipping office.

Horrible place why even schedule appt if they make you wait more then 4 hours to get unloaded. The customer service here is so darn rude and they are plain nasty. They need to change how they work here first and last time we do any Coca Cola loads its not worth all this hassle and no respect for drivers.

Yeah its a little tight. Just a little. Only 4 stars because there is no rest room. Everyone has been super nice. Will help with a good attitude. After check in and you dont have a dock you will have to go to the waiting area. 3220 Vera Ave. A little tight getting in and out of there. But hey, we are professional drivers. We get paid for doing this. When checking in go to the court yard on Mercy Industrial Court and turn around. Drive back up to the 1st gate park on the left curb and walk to the security guard. She/he will tell you what to do. Its a little tight backing in but you have plenty of room to do it. Dont forget to slide your tandems. Also recommend to get there at 8am when they open up. It is fcfs. In the morning avg waiting time to unload is between 1-2 hours. Do not try to check in at the coca cola entrance, 2nd gate. Turn around in the court yard.Update. There is a restroom. In the shipping office.

They let me check in 7hrs before my app time, good things ended here . Now, 5hrs later I am still Waiting for a door on their drop lot . Do not come early with delivery, you ll stuck here.

Not a good company to work for. I worked for 2 years as a sales. They dont care about employees doesnt matter how hard you work. Find something better and move on.

Slow at best .drop yard and wait is 1.5miles away and if you miss your call they move to the next drivers

Horrible place to deliver… they gave me a address 6min away to go park and wait for them to call when they have a dock available that took 4hr and 37min then when I finally got there they took another 2hrs to get unloaded….. never coming bk to this place

The worst place a truck driver can get to for a pu or delivery! Total disgrace for the industry! The staff are unprecedentedly incompetent and rude to everybdriver gets there! This will result of more and more companies rejecting every of their loads! Beware carriers, do not get to that place!

Got there at 01:30 delivery appointment was for 09:00. Guard told me to go ahead and check in, got a dock door. Dropped trailer and parked out on the street, empty at 05:00. Asked if there was place to park, guard sent me to 3220 Vera Ave, which was 1.5 miles away. Big parking lot for drivers to park and finish getting there 10 hr break.

Very slow unloading. They will force you move to another place without restroom and waiting. Appointment means nothing.Dont come here! They do not apreciate your time and you loosing money.After been in few coca cola locations I will stop buying their products

Not made for otr. The driving logistics to check in and dock are ludicrous. Staging area is 1½ miles away. If youre out of time, youll have to drive illegal on city streets. The people I dealt with were courteous enough, but it took them 4 hours to figure out how to off load a pinwheel load.... Really?I deliver to coca cola all up and down the East coast... Orlando is by far the worst. Will only do it if theres nothing else on the load board. Guaranteed 10 hour break with no facilities.

Due to multiple accidents on i4 I had to reroute and was 7 Minutes late. Was delayed 7 hours and refused detention because I was 7 minutes late. No appreciation or consideration on behalf of customer for outside carriers and customer sales rep was careless toward my issue. Seems like they like using and abusing their authority of people who are at their mercy to leave leave such a place. Avoid at all cost.

The receiving service department at Coca-Cola Beverage Florida is absolutely horrible! Shame on you for scheduling appointments and have the Drivers wait from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm to get off loaded. Dont you even take in consideration that those Drivers drove from all over the country to be in time for the appointment? Dont you even consider that these Drivers needs to pick up another load so they can get home to spend time with their families? Dont you even consider that these Drivers might not get a load at 10:00 pm at night, because they have to be empty before they can except another load and have to sit in a truck stop somewhere till Monday waiting for a load? These are real questions, what do you really take in consideration when it comes to the OTR Truck Drivers? Its time that someone stands up for our Truckers. Make companies like these pay the Drives for lost of time while waiting and also the lost of that load that was supposed to take him home!
