Do not worst your time on this timeshare. We were not able to travel with everything going on. They will not extend our vouchers. Spoke with a Jessica and i was told that I just needed to use my 3 weeks before November. Now mind me I get 1 week vacation. Her respond was well try to use all 3 before November and call us back to see if we can extend the vouchers. Im no rocket scientist but if you didnt extend them now. What makes you think you will in November. Never again will I do this timeshare again. Its a waste of money.

This is a 100% a scam. Stay away from RCI and their boiler room sales schemes. Not worth a $200 visa gift card. Lost half my Saturday there with a sales person who did not speak proper English and refused to accept my many attempts of telling her I was not interested. They held us for 2 hours (it was supposed to be a 90 min presentation) and we literally had to scream at them so that they would let us go.

Minus 1 stars. They have been calling me (unsolicited) to help me use my $400 in travel credits. Never heard of them before they called. Its obviously a scam or unethical business practices. Please use those travel credit funds to feed the homeless or something else worthwhile. My phone is on the federal do not call list (they obviously just ignore that federal law). I hope they get shutdown and the entire staff gets fined and thrown into jail (and please throw away the key). The maggots should crawl back under their rock.

The worst company they have been throwing me and my girl around for months which is so in notes they offered 700 vacation cash that was a lie Im about half done paying package and I wish I could just get a refund but of course not bcus there scammers and never have dates available by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced I do not recommend this package to anybody they might leave you on hold for two hours this company is a joke seriously you want to deal with bad business then this is your choice RCI never again u live and u learn by far one of the worst experiences of my life theres nothing better than good business these people are far from that
