They charged you $5 for the exchange which is always a least 10 cents under the right price of you currencie.

I brought my foreign currency in and they were able to exchange it into US dollars very quickly. It was a very easy process and all I needed was my photo ID.

I called to order Peruvian Sol on a Friday and the lady name Nadia said that I should be able to receive it by Wednesday and that someone would give me a call. I went on Wednesday night and found out that not only did they not called once, but they even ordered late. I spoke with the manager and he didnt even seem one least apologetic at all. They were completely unprofessional and I had the worst experience with them out of all the currency exchange places that Ive been to. I wasted my time going back and forth. I will not be exchanging money here again.

Great team. Professional and curteous. I first spoke with the currency manager, Frank (my only reason for not 5 stars). He seemed completely disinterested and seemed to lack confidence and training for a manager. Fortunately, he did not process the transaction. A young girl (Nikki I think) took his spot and Frank ran off as excited as a school girl. Nikki and Anne Marie took the time to educate my wife and I about exchange rates. I will defintely return just for these girls great guest service skills. Hopefully Frank will be replaced by one of them!

Worst experience ever!! Went there to buy Euro. After taking my money and having me waiting for an hour, she ask for my ID. I left my ID at home and she informed me that she was unable to do the exchange without an ID; which is fine however she should have ask for my ID since the beginning instead of having me waiting for over an hour and taking the money. Worst customer service experiences ever!!

Website is misleading they only buy foreign money. Have to order foreign currency
