Most of the agents are great. Celia (x103) and Digger (x125) are fantastic! They are the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Harriam(x108) is completely useless. He almost lost the company my business. Good rates, for the most part very helpful and professional staff. Just be careful who you talk to.

I wouldnt use them again. Once the cruise is booked there is no response from them. They just want ur money and get u out of there. There r many better agencies with good customer service. Carlos Brignoni was the agent we used. Stay clear.

A great place to buy a cruise.

SUSAN CARR is the most incompetent travel agent ever and this company should remove her employment at the service. She doesnt return phone calls or emails, and all I wanted to do was pay her. It was so bad that another rep had to take my payments. Never do business with this company
