This was the 2nd time they claimed the truck broke down on the day of delivery for 2 separate deliveries, one time was months ago. I called Ashley Homestore (where I purchased from) and they said that I need to call back tomorrow when the truckload is returned to the warehouse. She stated that they dont know how long it will take for the truck to be fixed and they cant get another truck to deliver the items. I asked if it was being returned to the warehouse then obviously theyll need a truck to get it back to the warehouse. 🙄🤔 I called Commercial Express dispatch directly. They were extremely rude, and unsympathetic that I took a day off from work to be home. I never leave negative reviews, but this was a horrible experience 2 TIMES! If I ever purchase from Ashley again (which Im now debating.....), Ill ask them to use a different delivery method or pick it up myself.

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE COMPANY! IF YOU CAN AVOIDE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, WITH THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!My cabinets were delivered to them on Thursday Nov 29. I was promised that my cabinets would be delivered to my home. Nope. Then, I was promised that my cabinets would be delivered between 8 am and 11am on Monday Dec 3. Another lie. Phone calls after phone calls.. no answer. No return of voicemail. Finally reached someone named Rudy around 3pm who said he would check in ut and call us right back. Nope. So more hours of ignored calls pass by (all the while my installer has been stopping by the house to install cabinets. Said that if cabinets are not at the house by 8 am Tuesday, he had to move on to another job). Finally, close to 7pm dec 3 rolls around and Rudy states all trucks still out. But promised that cabinets would be delivered by 8 am, Tues dec 4.That was a lie too! I started calling them at 715 am yo find out if truck had left. As per their pattern, no one answered phone. But- sent another text message stating my cabinets were being loaded. Then at 9 something.. after more unanswered phone calls.. received another text message that they had a 4 hr window. To which I responded was unacceptable, as they promised 8am. Now it it 1238 PM, no cabinets.. but some woman called to tell me that there was still 2 hours of unloading to do before my cabinets could be loaded. Really, your text told me they were being loaded at 730 this morning!Now, I have lost my installer until his other jobs are done- because like me, people need their cabinets installed. I have also lost my window to have my granite counter tops installed because they can come do the final template tomorrow. No kitchen in my house, I am moving from out of state to my new house, and have yo leave here Dec 15.We are 3 weeks from Christmas, moving to a new state, and wont have a kitchen until AFTER the new year. Great. What will this company do to compensate me? Nothing. Do you know what it is going to cost me to feed a family of 8, for 3 weeks, 3 meals a day? A lot!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Completely unprofessional staff the deliver men cursed left and right, threw my boxes around my house, and completely destroyed my dining room table with their careless efforts. I will never ever use this delivery method again! Terrible.
They gave me a delivery time of 12 - 4 and its 630 and still hasnt arrived. When I called the lady Wanda that answered the phone was rude as well.
