I came in looking for SD card and met the best boost mobile store. Instead of selling me a product, the Rep educated me on how to free up memory on my phone into cloud. He actually helped me through the process and saved me a lot of memory space. To top it, he didnt charge me a penny. I will recommend this store highly for anyone looking for the best customer service store.

This is the worst store for customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner of the store refused to give me my account number unless I paid him $25. When I refused he called the police on me and lied to them saying I was aggressive. I will be reporting to the FCC. Do not use Boost service they are terrible!!

I desperately needed a new phone, and only had $100 to spend. This store was the closest to where I was. I called before I came in to find out what phone they had for for my budget. I walked out with a awesome new phone at a great price. And as a bonus my activation fees were waived and got a new case for it free!. The woman who helped me today was very helpful and friendly. This is one of the best boost mobile stores in Central Florida. 5 stars all day long!

Alice was wonderful at replacing my screen protector. She cleaned it with a wipe and put the protector on carefully so it wouldnt make bubbles and it looked like a new phone! I was so pleased with my visit!
