When an upstairs unit in our condominium complex suffered a disastrous sprinkler system leak, BMS Cat was here within the hour. BMS Cat got equipment in and had our unit dried out within the week. (Three weeks later other owners were still dealing with water issues.) Allstate accepted and reimbursed all BMS charges. Then came the repair part of the process, which took almost 5 months. Delays were caused by insurance approval, owner illness, getting together the necessary parts, etc. Nonetheless, the work was high quality.

They were great at being on scene. Stayed with me and helped with my initial process. Couldnt have asked for better services. I recommend them 100-percent.

I was a caregiver for a wonderful 97-year-old woman who had recently broken her back. The neighbors at her condo called me at midnight because a pipe had burst a few floors above and they wanted to check to see if her unit was flooding like her neighbors were. I let them in and we found water coming through the walls at the floor in several of the rooms.The previous year she and a couple of her neighbors were ripped off by another local company after a different flood. When I arrived to let condo representatives in, guess who was there trying to gobble up all the business and possibly rip off more people? The same guys who were there last year. I was worried we were going to have to move her and I refuse to let that company step foot in her door. Luckily, I saw truck truck in the parking lot with BMS CAT on the side. I had never heard of them before but I went down and talked to Karl. He came up and accessed the situation, told us it was okay to stay there and assured us he would be back at 8 in the morning with a crew. I have to say we were both worried after what happened last year but BMS CAT was amazing. The crew came in, they even had a woman on the team who really was extra excellent with the woman I was caring for, she worked it so she was in the room with us and the guys worked in the other rooms. That made her feel so much more comfortable.Long story short...they all did an excellent job. They were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of the situation.They had the latest equipment and knew what they were doing! 😀If you have flooding or water issues, I highly recommend BMS CAT! You won’t be disappointed.

Shane, Mason, Todd and their team did more than just repair our foundation crack, which was causing musty smell in bathroom cabinet, and they did more than just repair the rodent hole into the master bedroom.....they gave us peace of mind and restful nights sleep now that we know everything was repaired and we have our home back together. It is very stressful not knowing what is causing a musty smell in your house and they made the process very easy. Everyone involved really cared about helping us and fixing the problem with care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them with high marks!!

We had the unfortunate experience of a fire in our rental house in February 2019. BMS Cat was on the scene the night of the fire and professionally handed us a business card. We called them and found them prompt, professional and so easy to work with. BMS Cat coordinated everything from meeting with our insurance adjuster to working with them to quote the whole restoration which included just about a total rebuild. Our BMS Cat project construction manager, Angel Hurtado, handled everything and settled for nothing but the best from his contractors ..including the challenges that presented themselves along the way with a house built in the 50s. Angel made sure that we were informed of everything being done in the home and allowed us to make decisions well with the information provided. BMS Cat kept our insurance company informed the entire project. In October, we re-rented the like brand new house and could not be happier with the work. We had never been through anything so devastating and can not say enough good things about how BMS Cat took care of us and our home. Our family business, Beefy King, was victim to an arson fire in the middle of the night recently. BMS CAT was on the scene within minutes of the fire department. This was an amazing accomplishment in the eyes of the community and our family. We recently closed out the last items of the project and claim.
