They refinished a bathtub. The nonskid floor they put in didn’t look good, but they didn’t hesitate in redoing it to my liking. Very careful in not getting overspray on other parts of the bathroom.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! We live in an older home (circa 1950s) and our guest bathroom had the original green and yellow tile. Besides the color, there wasnt anything wrong with the tile. Miracle Method worked their magic, making our bathroom an impeccable white and making it look BRAND NEW. Mike (our tech) was kind, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Miracle Method resurfaced a 50 year old baby blue cast iron tub into a brand new, bright white beautiful tub. Jacoi, inataller, was very professional, explained everything that was to be accomplished in the two day process. I can say everyone I have spoken to via phone or in person, from the office staff, the estimator, and resurface pro, have all been courteous, professional, and willing to explain the entire process. Exceptionally happy.

Sales person, Justin, is a non-professional person, to say the least. Very sloppy. Quote he gave us has an incorrect phone number on it. How do we reach the owner?Avoid this company at all costs!

Originally was going to do all 3 bathrooms, ultimately decided to go with just 1. Attempted to get an earlier appointment with no success, was confirmed with a date and got a call from the office stating they needed to push my appointment. I, of course got irritated, decided to cancel the job when the so called GM got on the phone...nasty attitude will never recommend them or use them.

Damaged my drywall and took $50 off. Coating is already damaged and nobody tells you beforehand how delicate the coating is and that it needs special cleaning. Workers did not wear masks during COVID pandemic or mention the damage they caused. Could not get in touch with company unless they called me.

Yesterday, I had an old claw foot tub refinished by Chris at Miracle Method. I have to say, I was very pleased with the work he did and the knowledge he has about this type of work. Had our tub refinished by the MM, the tub looked night and days difference, but then the drain kit promised to finish the new look by then sales team did not work and now there appears to be no options where the company can make a nasty drain new again. Sales people exceeded abilities of the techs to deliver on promises. In addition the tech struggled to fix where the tub faucet was dripping on the finish during the refinish and used a old water bottle, straw and painters tape to redirect water into drain. I wish I could post pictures.

In our business, weve used two other tub painters, but this one seems to be the highest quality because of the 5 coats and extra time taken to clean and buff

Gabriel did a wonderful job with refinishing our master/guest bath tiles, sinks, and vanity counter. The before and after pictures are drastic, especially our master bath which had lots of mildew and mold stains.

Project was just completed and Im so thankful someone recommended Miracle Method. My fab-50s pink bathroom tile is now a modern, clean white at a fraction of the cost of what would have been required for demolition. John was prompt and professional. I dont have anything negative to say about my experience. From the estimate to scheduling to service, everything about this project was a breeze. Ill definitely use the service again.

Im giving Miracle Method five stars for the simple fact that they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The General Manager, Gary Rall, took excellent care of my grandmother. She needed all kinds of renovations done to her bathroom. He walked her through the entire process and personally came to her home to help pick out colors. Its those kinds of gestures that can really make a difference. The product itself is great too! We were very pleased with the results.

After shopping around for a bathroom remodeling options I came across this company. I scheduled a visit for job evaluation which I beleive is the right thing to do. They told me what it was needed and I told them what I wanted. After coming to an agreement I still were a little skepticle but since the difference between doing it myself and a liner were moons appart I decided to give it a shot. To my surprise it was done in two days not bad for me. The finished looked incredible. After a couple weeks the bathtub showed some signs of rust but I do understand it was in a very uncomfortable spot. I contacted them and they set the appointment and got it corrected right away. Overall I am happy with the job and the price. Hope it last . Ill come back here after some time passes and let you know how it goes.

The ultimate product is fine. The quality of work received was not good. After having the manager look at the job, he had the workers come back a second time to redo. The finished project the second time is not that much better. The problem with redoing your counters, etc. with this product is that you cant really tell how smooth it is until it is allowed to dry completely. By then, you have already paid for the project. And the mess it makes is awful, which is why I have not had them come back the third time around. I had originally discussed having the bathrooms done too, but have since changed my mind. My suggestion is to spend the extra money for replacement.

My experience with Miracle Method is nothing less than perfect. After 20 years, my bathroom vanities needed a little facelife. There were a couple of wear blemishes on the Formica tops and they were also getting dated. As there were just a few marks on the top, replacing the whole counter was something I was hesitate to do. I wanted to repurpose what I had since the top was structurally sound so I kept putting off any improvement. I then saw an ad from Miracle Method in the Orlando Sentinel and was able to see examples of what they actually do. From start to finish, the process was easy and very non-evasive. When I called, Jamille immediately answered and an appointment was scheduled to show me samples. Chris, their representative, came out to my house within a few days. He was very informative, easy to work with and very patient while I was trying to pick out colors 😊. We were still undecided on the color so my husband and I went to their showroom to look at samples and colors again and spoke directly with Jamille. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We scheduled a date and time and Jamille said our technician would be Gabriel. Gabe arrived on time and was extremely efficient. He went out of his way to make the process easier for me and took great pains in ensuring that there would be no damage to anything else around the countertops. It was definitely a pleasure working with him. Lastly, I wanted to say that my husband was a little skeptical about how the finished product would look so he wanted me to add his comment to this review …. “Wow, I am extremely pleased with the results”.I would very much recommend Miracle Method for any resurfacing needs and will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Customer service was amazing. Gary Sold me when he showed me pictures of his lead technician, Johns work . I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The product is very durable and looks beautiful. Again i could not be more pleased.

The work was substandard. There are wholes in the surface just days afyer it being done. Gouges that I was promised would be filled were not. Waited for 3 weeks for Chris to come back to redo the countertops and when he came he refused. He said i should have told him before he left. Well. Except that i was told to stay out of my house for 48 hours!!!! I have contacted corporate and am attaching photos here. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!!
