Posted 9/29/2021Sara was very helpful once we were able to connect. Paul and Mikey was sent to my house this morning to assess. These guys were great personable and very good at client relations. If the owner reads this all three of these people made trust bath fitters again. So they get 10 stars on customer service.. They looked and saw that this was and issue and damage to my door trim. We spoke to Sara on the spot and came up with a game plan. We were able to complete the job today. My bathtub is complete and I will be able to use it tomorrow. To the owner I thank your team these three people did great. Also Autumn the sales lady was trying to help too. Because of these 4 great employees I might try this company again. Hopefully it will be 5 stars next time.Posted 9/27/2021 gave 2 stars.Apologies for the light. The issues were not showing well in my picture and yes this is the claimed finished job for almost 5grand. Feel like I have been had ☹ and I am extremely upset with my install that happened today. My spouse was here but was told not to take a shower or do anything to the tub. I am not sure if that was to hide the defects and where it was not sealed properly? I have damage on my doors the front and two bathrooms. Plus my bathroom wall corner has been hit by something heavey. I was told there would be 2 guys and only one showed up. So I believe that is why I have damage throught the house. The shower shelf is not fully sealed, deep scratches on the handle bar, the faucet is loose, the shower head is not fully secure, the top edges are not sealed at all against the wall. But wait it gets better. They sealed the shower wall insert to the bathroom closest door frame causing the wall to have a huge gap and not be flush with the green board. So it is NOT sealed to the wall. Oh yes and they sealed it to my DOOR FRAME about 1/2 inch on top of the frame. What damage is that going to cause the frame. Plus replacing the doors was on my list of improvements. How am I to do that without hurting my warranty? Who knows what other issues are wrong underneath with all the short cuts I can see. I called and of course everyone is gone after 430pm and the person I get is reception saying nothing she can do. We will wait and see if they are response. Autumn the sales lady was very nice that is why the recieved 2 stars. We will see how they do. I have pictures but this will not let me post them.

This is the second shower install we have had them do. Their staff is professional and show up on time. The work they do is great and to get it all done in one day is amazing. Both showers look great and are more functional than they were before. The staff is very friendly and really seem like they care about getting the job done right. Dan S., our salesman was very nice and went through all our options. Our installer Daniel A. did a great job.

Dishonest pricing and unnecessary pressure into accepting offer. They provided a quote and offered to extend the mothers day sale as a courtesy which would give me a 500 discount but I had to accept the offer by the end of the day. I decided not to go with them as the price was high and I dont like being pressured into a decision. Two weeks later they call and offer an even bigger discount but I already lost trust in them so I passed. They would get more business if they were up front and honest with their pricing.

Mike & Daniel came out to install the tub & wall covering in 2 bathrooms. They arrived at 8am, on time, professional & courteous. Very satisfied with the work, the bathrooms look great. Would highly recommend.

Extremely expensive and no interest free financing options. They will give you 10% off ONLY if you take the deal right on the spot. The price is still high and I dont deal well with high pressure sales tactics. NO DEAL!

Do not use this service. Get your bathroom actually fixed not covered up. I made costly mistake using Bathfitters instead of trying to remodel my shower. A life time warranty is scam. Service department is unresponsive and does not solve issues that they created. Im now left with a shower I am very unsatisfied with.

I had bath fitter do my bath room a few years ago it came out great however I had a problem with it cracking around the drain I spoke with Brian h who works at the Altamonte mall location about my problem Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained to me the process of what I needed to do to get it fixed Brian is a great asset to your company

This is a scam. All bathrooms are standard size. If not they vary by a few inches. I asked for an approximate prize. They wont give you a price unless someone goes to the house. Well no approximate price no appointment. Why waste our time?

Bath Fitter would have been a great option for our master bathroom had I been willing to give up an arm and a leg.The salesman (and I mean SALESMAN) was on time for our appointment and friendly. However, I couldnt figure out why everything was being promoted with a used car salesman vibe. When the price was revealed, I now understand why.I was expecting the cost of redoing our average size tub/shower to be about $1500-2000. Instead the estimate came in at about $5,500 with no extra features requested. Heck, if I wanted to add a glass shower door it would have cost an extra $1,000! Insane! When I asked if they would consider only covering the shower walls and not the tub, the salesman said I wouldnt recommend it. Nevermind then.Bath Fitter seems like it would be a good option for those with tons of disposable income. I might as well tear out the tile and replace it with acrylic for a quarter of that price.

Beware - when speaking with the designing consultant (a salesman), he told me I would get exactly what I wanted and he even put it in the contract. However, the installer seemed to be clueless on what I wanted. The basic shower and tub wrap were installed and now I wait 4 weeks for the glass install. The installer installed the glass shower door and frame exactly as it was - NOT as I was told I would get and what was written in the contract - MAXIMUM FRAMELESS with buttress panel. NO - I got the all the same chrome frame as before. If I had known I was going to get what I already had - I would not have spent the amount of money they charged me! So, just because the salesman tells you what you want to hear does not mean you are going to get what you want. When I asked the salesman about it, he replied that is as frameless as possible, that they can produce. That would have been nice to know before I signed a contract with this company.

In April, my wife and I ordered a new shower from Bath Fitters and we were told our shower would be installed in 2 weeks with a new shower door installed 2 weeks later.Our shower was installed 4 weeks after ordering and the installers had to rebuild the entry step to the shower in the process. They then put the material over top the new step, but the step is sloped the wrong way (there should be a slight slope towards the inside of the shower, but mine is now slopped towards the outside.) and the side of the entry is not plumb (straight up and down) or square with the shower ledge. Due to this we cannot install a shower door until this is fixed.In regards to the shower door they were going to install, 4 weeks after we had the actual shower installed we find out that the shower door had to be reordered because the glass didnt fit correctly into the frame. We had to call to actually find this out as communication has been nonexistent.Then in the beginning of July, I call again to ask when the shower door can be installed only to find out it isnt even in yet. We decided to cancel the door after that as we do not know what it looks like and cannot trust the quality.Ive now been calling to have Bath Fitters correct the installation mistakes but have been unable to schedule an appointment or get a call back when I leave a message.its now been 3 months and patience has run out. We still do not have an operational shower. We could have had a nicer, tile shower installed for less and Bath Fitters is feeling more and more like a scam.UPDATE: One of Bath Fitters managers came out to inspect the issues and has assured me that the issues will be fixed.

We had a bath installed several months ago. Already a towel bar needs repair but that wasn’t a problem for us., it happens it took some time to schedule appt for repair (not all their fault) scheduling is difficult so when we make an appt, it’s cast in stone since our daughters schedule isn’t flexibleThey have called me (co-owner of home but I don’t live in the area) for installation, etc too many times to count ... I’ always say same thing - delete my # and ONLY call our daughter Every time they say ... no problem we’ll update our recordsToday I the repair appt was scheduled between 3-5 pm, I’m in meetings all return today (and BTW this was all before 3;00 pm - the quoted earliest part of the window!!) when daughter spoke to a rude woman who says she’d have to get bank to reschedule because she wasn’t in the office ??????Their customer service is horrendous ! It’s hard to believe a phone # - after 20+ calls - can’t be updated and wreck such havocWe got quotes in the other 2 bathr

I had the shower put in instead of the tub, with a glass panel instead of the shower doors. After the installation, I saw that the shower head was too low and I would have to duck down to use it. The installer said that he could not install it higher, but that he would bring me a new attachment that would raise the shower head higher, and he would bring it by another day. The shower glass panel had been damaged on one edge. He said he would take a photo and send to his manager. After a month there was no response from the company about either problem. I called the company and told the woman the issues that I had. She said the glass would have to be reordered. Another month went by and no word from the company. This is the worst Customer Service of any company I have worked with. The installation cost over $5,000, and I would expect at least some communication from the company.

They never answer their phone or voice mail. The insert is done sloppily, the tub flexes when you stand in it, and the doors are awkward. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We just had our shower done, had a short wall put in to accommodate the back of shower, the wall is not finished. The salesman Garth said all you have to do is paint the finished wall, everything else is done. For 6500.00 we agreed.when the payment was to be paid I askedthe builder when the wall was to be done and taped.oops no english. I called the office and talked to the installation dept. Oh no she said that wasnt figured in. Youll need to talk to the salesman Garth . He wont return my calls. But text me ohHE made a mistake. Go hire a local contactor and pay it to be done. Now the shower head is leaking. Corner shelf was put on the wrong place. I did talk to Tammy about the leak she did say that Would be taken care of.

They sent a man to my home for consultation and this man stole out my house. I am a disabled veteran with vision impairment and hemiparalysis this man would rather steal a $200 phone then be paid for remodeling my bathroom. The world is a scary place.

On Monday April 15th I had bathfitter come out to install my new shower, the Installer was very nice and proceeded to install the shower when it came time to cut out the window section to my shower wall he informed me he was not going to be able to cut it out because its a block window and he could not see to trace it out when he called this problem into the office they did not have a solution to this problem, so I told Shane to cover the window . Mind you the sales man Garth Mathers told me this would not be an issue they do this all the time. That was just one of many issues including not having the right measurements for the rod and ordering the wrong arm bar. He told me someone would be out the following day to install the rod and arm bar. Shane came back the next day with the arm bar and the rod and it was still the wrong size rod. He assured me that they would order the right size and that someone would call me with a date to come out and install the rod. When the guy did come out he still had the wrong size rod. At this point Im a very patient person but seriously how hard is it to order a 72 in rod??? Today I got a phone call that the rod that came in was the wrong one again. I talked to the manager and she tried to get me to keep the order and assured me the right one would be on order. I told her No! At this point Im totally not happy and I want a refund for the rod. She said she would turn it over to accounting and I should hear from them . Im sorry but my bathroom now looks like a hotel bathroom because of the window issue. No one in the wearhouse can seem to order the right size rod! They need to strive for better customer service and communication between the sales men and the installers. I only hope that bathfitter says they will refund my money for the rod and I dont have to deal with this company anymore. Sincerely Dawn Hutcheson

Both of the showers I have had done leak badly . They sent some out to do some caulking but nothing happened. I called again and was told that they are too busy to send someone out and that was several weeks ago. In the mean time every day we have to mop up the floors after showering.. they had no problem taking my money---- not too busy for that!
