Refused to do work that was paid for. Owner likes to kick the can along the road and NEVER do what he says he will.
Mr. Ken RIvera came to my home and introducing me to their service. He was very polite and answered all my questions. I have to say it was the best decision I have ever made. The job was done within two months. My roof is beautiful . Im one happy customer. Thank you Advance Home Solutions and Ken Rivera.
Do not trust this company PLEASE do your research. This company convinces you to sign a contract that they represent you, they take your insurance money and then dont show up for work. They have had my parents prisoners for 7 months. They dont return phone calls, they dont show up to work. Then they come and start a job and leave and never return. If you hire this company they will leave you waiting for the work to be complete for years. This company is the most disgusting group of people I have ever encountered. I will be spreading the word. They dont even deserve 1 star.
My parents had roof damage after the storm, their neighbor had their roof taken off, repairs made and new roof put on in one day. We spoke to Ken Rivera at that time he was very informative, professional and familiar with the process. After shopping around we went with Advance Home Solutions and all work was complete in one day with complete satisfaction.
Months later still waiting. Can never get a hold of Matt our project manager. They have all our money including insurance money. Silence. Nothing to let us know when the job will be complete. We call constantly. We need a new roof, from irma. Still waiting.
I was very happy with my services both exterior and interior, this company was prompt and fast when it came to the emergency services in having me tree removal due to the hurrican. I do feel as if my claim would not have been covered if we did not hire Advanced Home Solutions for their services, I must admit I was a little scared at first but was quickly relaxed by there communication and guidance throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for home repairs
Renee Kennard is one of the most amazing, ambitious & professional young ladies I have come across. She is always on time, does what she says plus goes over & above the call of duty for her clients. If everyone had her work ethics it would be a better world!!! YOU ROCK RENEE!!!

Your Company wants to profit from work they did not perform. The arrangement was that the company only replaced the roof. The owners would arrange for all other repairs including lightning rods,garage screen door, lamppost, electrician consultation/Repair and all interior repairs and paint.Mr.TY H. Wants to get paid for the roof and for all the other repairs that they did not perform.Hes threatening us to put a lien on the house for $14,000 +40% interest.We need help in this matter. we already paid over 50% of Insurance Company roof payment .Sincerely,Rocco Bruno

This company did exactly what they said they would do when they first step foot on my property to perform the initial inspection (free). Im not the biggest fan of door knockers but the project manager earn my trust which ultimately lead to me receiving a brand new roof through my insurance company and i only paid my deductible.The repair workmanship was wonderful, thanks guys and i hope you received my thank you cookies :-)-Ocoee Homeowner-
I recently had my new roof installed with AHS. I was so pleased with the roof and I also was Blessed to receive four new skylights as part of the job. Ty is a wonderful young business man who is very ethical in all his doings.I did have problems with the workers, because they refused to stop work on my roof when it became nightfall. However, I contacted Ty and he immediately call the foreman and the work did subside shortly after I complained to Ty.AHS is a wonderful company for all home repairs!
These are not good people, do not so business here, honestly just read the other reviews says enough.
DO RESEARCHBEFORE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY!!! They call you all the time until you make the mistake of signing the contract, then you will be doing the tracking down for information. Of course after signing the contract, they have their name on the insurance check. I gave them the insurance check on July 25th, was told at the time it would be approximately 4-6 weeks for install. Tomorrow makes 6 weeks and when I talk to the salesman Wednesday, I was told 5-6 weeks but nothing firm yet. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me and nothing. Now that they have the money it appears that they could care less about you. Again, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
I am not big on giving a poor review but after being in one of the most challenging positions concerning my home and roof services--I am going to post a review. Initially, I was very pleased with AHS when the older gentlemen came to my home to offer a free roof estimate after his company had just provided services for my neighbor. This all began in January 2015...I will never forget how personable he was and the way he explained what his experience has been with home insurance companies and working to assure homeowners had the services they pay for delivered. My home insurance denied my claim for wind damage on my roof, but there was water damage in my front room that had mold behind the wall--the insurance paid for the water and mold restoration. The kind man (whose name I am not mentioning because he is no longer employed with the company) assured me that AHS would have their attorneys go on my behalf and sue my home insurance company, reluctant at first, but eventually I adhered in agreement. A few weeks later, the kind man called to let me know he was leaving the company and referred me to another representative, a nice lady (who in the next few weeks, also left the company). I am now a little concerning with the value of the company since people were leaving, but I stayed as they were continuing to communicate with me, although I did have a few weeks of staggered contact. The attorney that represented AHS was very helpful with explaining the process, that took a couple years, and finally in January of this year (2018). Now that my home insurance has paid my roof claim in January, I AM STILL WAITING with NO ROOF yet -- very disappointed
This company is a complete scam, avoid at all cost!! Hired them to do our roof & only our roof. Notified them on multiple occasions they were only hired for our roof. Agents repeatedly called & put us on recorded line asking us to give them authorization for all damages. We always stated NO! Our claim is processed, we notify AHS to schedule roof. AHS notifies insurance they are taking legal action, they have authority for entire claim. We had already Paid for repairs, claim stopped due to AHS threat. Tried contacting owner of AHS, Ty. No response. Contact our representative from AHS., Mariela, she gives us the run a round. Contact field manager Ben. Ben writes Ty & cc’s us on follow up request. No response still! . Call again & again, email again & again. AHS finally admits that they were only hired for roof. Claims reissued. We notify AHS agent Mariela we incurred significant financial losses as a result of their fraudulent actions. She states she’ll forward it to management; we get no response. Several weeks go by with no response from AHS management or ownership.We then receive notice from our insurance provider stating that AHS has contacted them demanding reissue of roofing claim made payable to AHS only. AHS is now claiming we have been unresponsive! We contact AHS rep Mariela, only to be notified she is no longer with AHS. We contact field manager Ben, only to be told he is also no longer with AHS. We are told our contract has been reassigned to a new representative. Finally contact new representative, notify her of what has transpired. She stated she’ll forward everything to management. Four months to the date we first contacted Ty, the owner; we finally get a response. Ty states it was a communication error on part of AHS. But he’ll take care of it. It has now been over a month, no resolution. Have made several more attempts to contact, of course no response.
Still 1 Star and if I could, I would give them much less! We finally had a group of workers show up and work on our roof however, we have leaks on 3 different parts of our house now, rust stains o the pool from the workers not cleaning up after themselves, the satellite cable was yanked from our roof and has yet to be fixed and our job was completed July 11th!! The papers are still taped to my door as we are still waiting on repairs and final inspection, but that will only happen if someone from AHS would call us back! Ever since July 11th, my husband and I have made daily calls and texts and have not heard back from them.BEWARE!!! Do your homework before calling them!!!!————————————————————————Do your homework thoroughly before contacting AHS!!!! My husband and I have been dealing with them since March. In the beginning, they were very attentive, but it only lasted until they collected payment. Our build date was supposed to be in May. 2 days before our build date, we received a phone call saying that our representative no longer works for them and he had misplaced our file. We had to re-do all of the paperwork and moved our build date to June 18th. It’s been a hassle to get in touch with them. We leave numerous messages in the office and no one gets back to us. We finally were able to get in touch with the Manager Mike, who now no longer works in that department. Andrew, the new Manager finally called us saying there were having issues getting the material and that was the hold up with our roof. Guess what.... our material was delivered a week and a half ago and we still have not heard back from Andrew or Orlando, our new representative. We’ve called, left messages, and texted but have not received a response. Do your homework before signing with them!!!
I am not even the direct customer to his company, but I feel that the customer service was inexcusable. I am the neighbor of a couple that is just now having roof repair from the Hurricane Matthew last year. I am not sure of their details. What I have experienced and seen and been communicated with about this company is this. My neighbor in Ocoee has a roof project begin on Monday. It is now Thursday evening. Tuesday evening, a young man working on the actual roof came knocking on my door. He “asked” if it was okay to leave a huge pile of the removed roof-garbage on a blue tarp, which was one the side of the house I share with said neighbor. He stated that the tractor that was to pull the pile away for removal had lost a tire and wasn’t going to be repaired Tuesday night. He again, asked me, if it was okay to leave the mess overnight. I was happy that he took the time to explain the situation and I understand things happen. I am a reasonable person. So, I left town until Wednesday evening and returned to still see the pile of roof garbage on a large blue tarp laying across my neighbor’s yard and onto mine, as well. A day which was explained is no big deal, but with no rain I became concerned about the grass underneath my entire side of the house. I take pride and care for the lawn to look nice. Many have trouble growing grass in the Florida sand/dirt. This Thursday evening I am out tending to my lawn and flowers etc. when I overhear the roofers who placed their ladder next to the Direct TV dish attached to the roof. The neighbors husband came outside to draw attention to the workers. The nice gentleman was unable to fix the the dish to have contact and provide it’s purpose. Apparently the boss of the crew, forewoman maybe, came out to oversee and explain he could not get it to work and hat was that. While they were taking. I went over and asked what the situation was with removing the large tarp covering my side lawn with shingles/nails/garbage from roof removal. A Terry Turner, female employee was pointed at with regard to me speaking to someone regarding the removal of the grass killing tarp with trash on it. I can only imagine she was frustrated with the cable stuff, but that is not my problem. My concern, as I explained to Ms. Turner, who gave me her last name when I asked and then lied about the companies name to me. She said it was Easy or EZ Home Solutions. A quick google search of Orlando showed this company and also goes by home repairs and roofing contracting. Same address and phone number etc.. This seemed strange to me. Anyway, back to the rudeness. I simply asked when and how the trash pile on MY grass was going to be removed? She came back at me with a very irritated tone saying we have no choice but to leave this tarp on your property. Instead of, “oh I am sorry, we are getting this taken care of via X Y and Z tomorrow.” It was a defensive attitude of I don’t care about your lawn and the way we have been unable to keep our promise dog removal tomorrow and tomorrow and... tomorrow. This company has issues I see from the other ratings. I would beware. My neighbor is had her A/C stop working and her DISH connection undone and by the roofer and now he doesn’t know how to put it back the way he found it? 3 major issues. She and I are over it. Oh, and Ms. Turner, Terry, I wish you luck and karma with regards to your customer service skills. They suck!Sincerely,A pissed off neighbor😡😡😡
I was very suprised to see any negative reviews about this company. I have had nothing but excellent service from the owners and Matthew, their r epresentative.Due to a problem caused by a previous company who tried to double the price, knowing I did not live in the USA I was left in a positipn where I nearly couldnt get insurance for my house. Matthew and the team replaced my roof at a particularly difficult time weather wise and finished it in one day, because they knew of the problem I was facing. They bought in two teams and worked a 12 hour day, getting the roof replaced in one day.They wer professional and helpful throughout, especially Matthew, and I know my management company are giving them more contracts as a result of their dilligence.Thank you Matthew and AHS.
I am editing my review on 8/11/18. I am giving this company a 0 star. I understand why the previous reviews were rated as 1 or no stars. I have called the production managers Mark Rodwell and David Revelle for 5 consecutive days. Starting 8/1/18,Wednesday; Thursday 8/2/18, Friday, 8/3/18, Monday 8/9/18, Tuesday, 8/10/18. Each time I have left a message with the answering service. Neither manager has returned my called to date. I am currently calling twice day now; no response.The company recieved 60% of the claim money on July 2nd totaling $10,000. The production managers are not meeting communication expectations. The owner(s)of this company needs to address this issue with these two employees. I am requesting a start date on the repair.My experience prior to 8/1/18: I would say 5 stars. Please read below...I have to admit that it has been a long slow process. I began working with them in September of 2017. My mothers roof started leaking after Hurricane Irma. I worked with a very nice gentleman, who left the company. He communicated with me regularly and updated me on the process. Once he left, the person I was assigned to next was unprofessional and lacked communication skills. Then, I met Alexandria via phone. She is definitely an asset to this company. She worked with me through the entire process with the insurance company who initially denied my mothers claim and closed it. Whatever, process AHS uses, it works, the insurance company called me requesting to settle the claim. My mom is getting an entire reroof, not just a repair.THANKS Alexandria!!! I recently called the office to report that the tarp on my moms roof was torn. Andrew G. was very responsive and had someone take care of it the same day. We are now at the replacement phase. Once the re roof is completed. I will update everyone with that part of the service.
Lack of communication and Never finished the job. So much more. Took all our money from insurance and wanted more. Total nightmare!

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are out for your money and your money only praying on victims of the hurricane. They refuse to give estimates, tell you one thing and do another, and have terrible communication skills. Save yourself the headache.
