Kiko did a fantastic job cutting my hair. This was my first barbershop experience in Orlando and I won’t be needing to look any further for a quality barber.

To anyone interested,I recently moved to the Lake Nona area from Texas. I found this Barbershop online and chose to make an appointment. Kiko did my hair and beard excellently and made his suggestions to go with my head shape. Besides the professionalism upheld by this individual he is warm and friendly. The environment is inviting and clean. I would certainly recommend this barbershop to anyone. In fact, I am on my way for my second haircut today and will be doing some professional photos for my portfolio. I trust their work ethic and experience.

I dont usually frequent barbers due to my lack of hair. But I was in serious need of a beard trim for a family function I was going to. This barber delivered wonderfully! Joseph gave me (my first ever) hot towel straight razor shave and beard trim. He did a spectacular job! Much better than I ever could. I will definitely be going back!

Had a great experience and one of my best cuts by Kiko. Wifey loved the look and I loved the upscale atmosphere. No loud music or unprofessional barbers here. Got lucky since someone canceled and I was able to get a cut the same day. Otherwise, you need to book an appointments a week in advance. This is the only bummer but it’s worth it :)

Made an appointment with Omar and he was ready and waiting for me when I got there. Omar understood how I wanted my haircut and gave me a great haircut. I decided last minute to have my beard trimmed up and he was able to squeeze that in too.

I came in, referred by a friend, for a quality cut. As soon as I entered, the owner of the business asked my name. As he tried to look me up in the appointment system, I quickly let him know that I didn’t have an appointment! He stated they are appointment only, but not to worry. He sad time to see me.Friendly and uplifting atmosphere. Clean, cool decor.He did a bang up job on my cut and threw in a shampoo as well. It was a great experience with a great price! I typically go in for a beard trim and haircut (actually more of a head shave) every couple weeks. I’ve been going to the man for a couple years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are awesome.

I grew up in NYC and I am a busy professional, so my fade has to be tight, but I dont have all day to wait around for my barber to be available. At this shop, you schedule your time by calling or booking online, and you never have to wait. When you go there, there is never anyone in the waiting area, but there is always someone in the barbers chair. Because its appointment only, the barbers are not stressed out with a million people waiting, and you dont spend any longer in the barber shop than is necessary for you to get your cut. I have my barber, but I have watched all of these guys give exceptional cuts and shaves. It might take some getting used to to plan ahead to go get your haircut, because you need to book two or three days in advance, especially if you want to go during peak hours. Once you get used to it and work it into your routine, youll see that it is completely worth it. I also love supporting small businesses in my area, so this is a bonus.

Wonderful experience! I took a risk getting a haircut during quarantine, but when I arrived to the salon, I waited a few minutes while the barbers were finishing previous customers. I have very fast growing hair so I’m in barbershops very often, and the amount of cleaning, sanitizing, and safety precautions all the barbers were taking was a huge weight off of my shoulders even before a single hair was cut. My barber, Francisco, did an excellent job, and I truly think this is my favorite haircut I’ve ever received in over 20 years! Everyone was very professional especially with all the new quarantine rules and procedures. 5/5 will absolutely be back.

Kiko, the owner of The Man Barbershop & Salon, And his staff, in my honest opinion, are among the top in their field in Orlando even central Florida at that. The shop is not only professional, clean and stocked with all that is needed, but the atmosphere..., like coming home. That’s important to me. Relaxed and welcoming. It’s like a quick recharge from the craziness of life. Besides the good vibes, they know what they are doing, even when you’re not sure. They take the time to get to know their customers and try there best to make sure you not only have a great “time out”, but also are 100% satisfied making it the place to go when your head (or face) needs a shape up, shave or whatever it is you need.

I tried this barber shop out many months ago and they are my favorite place to get my haircut. Recently moved to Orlando and was looking for a quality barber. Saw the reviews and thought Id give it a try. Booked with Kiko and had a great experience, amazing haircut with attention to detail and a fun lively conversation to go with it. Happy to have found this place and I will definitely be back for every haircut going forward!

I had a terrible experience here with Omar when I first arrived I explained the haircut and told him what it was. I also told him that I wanted a shave which would take no longer than 1-2 minutes knowing I have very little hair and it would be a quick shave I dont even have much hair on my beard area and my mustache area. He told me I was wasting his time and that since I did not specifically put in his booking app. He was putting stress on me and saying that I was wasting his time and he wouldnt be able to do the quick shave in which it would not even be long. He then told me that if I did want a shave it wouldnt be till 11:45 am take in note it was 9:45. He wanted me to wait 2 hours for a 2 minute thing. While he was telling me that take in note he was screaming at me in a rude tone while mentioning all of that to me. There are better barbers in the area for a much less price. 0/10 I would not recommend at all to anyone.

2nd time coming in after trying to find a good baber in orlando (trust me its hard to find) The Man Barbershop & Salon is by far the best baber shop in Orlando. Kiko took care of me with the best customer experience Ive ever had. He did an amazing job with my cut. The other gentleman do an amazing job as well. Pleasantly surprised. I have taken my son to different barbers in the area and we end up spending there close to 2 hours, between waiting and him seeing the barber. In this place, everything is by appointment. He was seen on time by Kiko, the owner. He listened to us and gave him a great haircut in a reasonable time. We will definitely be back. Like my son said, nice place, good music, it didnt take 2 hours and awesome service.

This isn’t your regular barber FYI. The Man Barbershop is a dapper place with style. I’ve been getting my fades with Omar for the last couple of months now and I could not be more pleased. Omar is an incredible barber and always on point with an awesome eye for detail. Along with the other barbers, this place is excellent. I’m very lucky I found this place and look forward to my visits.

This barbershop is not your typical salon. The service is exemplary. They are clean, well mannered and dressed. It is a place where you look forward to go, it becomes therapeutic.

I have attempted to get a haircut there 3 times and have been unsuccessful. 1st time I came in as a walk in and they were fully booked. I can completely understand that. They informed me for future reference that I need to go on to their Facebook page or online in order to schedule an appointment. I went on Facebook with specific instructions to call me or notify me to confirm. I didnt receive anything. My 3rd and last attempt, I went online and selected the day, time, and individual. I walk into the barber shop for my appt and they cannot find me in the system. He said that it may be for tomorrow but not today as they are fully booked. I have never had so much difficulty getting a haircut.

I was searching for a new hairstylist in the area when I came across this barber shop. Usually, Id avoid barbers and stick with going to a salon because of my longer hairstyle. Most barbers I know are very one-dimensional and stick to shorter hairstyles. Kiko on the other hand is very talented, and managed to cut my hair perfect the first time I walked into his shop. That by itself is incredibly rare, I commend him for showing me that there are still barbers out there who know how to use both the scissors and the clippers. If you are one of those guys with longer hair and usually stick to only salons, do not be afraid of giving this place a try. It is both a salon and barber shop. Its been a while since Ive walked out from a haircut feeling completely satisfied. This guy knows what hes doing, trust me. The shop itself has a great atmosphere and you are welcomed the moment you walk inside. I agree with the other review that said they would give this place more than 5 stars if it were possible, it was that great of an experience. Bottom line, come here and give this place a try. Im sure you will not be dissapointed.
