The waiting area concept is totally different from any other shop Ive visited across 7 states in the U.S. It truly has a comfort level for clients unlike any Ive ever seen! Its the back of the shop with a common area/living room style waiting where they provide conveniences for clients never before considered!The entire design of the shop is clever because it incorporates objects many shops try to hide into the design as if they are part of the interior decor itself! It is a very unique classic apothecary meets steampunk look with an elitist industrial feel.Now - as for the customer service: there is MORE THAN ENOUGH REASON why I give it five stars! I will be honest though, at first I was concerned with a female barber - ONLY because Ive had bad experiences in the past with female barbers. This time, not only did my beautiful, highly professional, talented, gifted, and amazing barber provide customer service worthy of a superior rating, she OUTDID and OUTPERFORMED many male barbers Ive had including one shop I regularly visited for three years. The manager of this shop also took outstanding pride in this shop by maintaining it during her downtime. I tyoically dont see this in some shops. (i.e. hair falls on the floor and they leave it there until someone else comes to clean it.) Not this shop manager!!! She made sure that this shop was clean even if she cleaned an area that did not belong to her. That spoke volumes to me because it says priority one: Sanitization and priority two: TeamworkThe owner of this shop better keep these beautiful barbers if he expects to continue to stay in business period! With all these positive reviews I am sad to say I must have gone on a bad day.. I will say it is a professional looking and clean environment and for that I was grateful.. That being said first impression is everything and these are the 5 reasons I would struggle to step foot back in this particular location;#1 I was not greeted upon entering the establishment. Minutes went by before someone asked if I was being seen and then continued to apologize for not greeting me#2 My stylist/barber didnt even ask my name, just walked up and asked what are we doing today#3 The other stylists were friendlier and more welcoming than my own#4 She smelled of smoke#5 Lastly I didnt get the cut I asked for. It was a beautiful cut that later received compliments but it was not what I wanted or asked for

I’ve been getting my skin fade with Amber for nearly two years now. She’s absolutely incredible at what she does. Every time I walk into this location I am greeted by everyone and treated to excellent customer service. If there’s a wait time, you’ll be offered a drink while you wait while surrounded by pleasant company. This is my go-to barber and will remain as such for the foreseeable future.

Its been nearly two years and since then Amber moved to this shop. Although its further away for me and more costly than her previous shop, Classic Man Cuts is more worthy of her talent. Amber is still the barber whom I trust more than any to provide thoughtful and detailed service.Being used to bottom shelf college kid haircut prices, at first I was skeptical of the price list here. Now I realize that the price is a bargain for the caliber of service they provide. The basic cut is still very accessible and very much worth the price.If you are concerned about the shop hours, dont be. Some barbers may be available at extra times if you become a regular customer.Give this place a try; you wont regret it.

Classic Man Cuts is one of my main go-to barbershops in Orlando. Jorge always has a great staff and barbers that pay attention to detail. Theres also always something nice to drink while you wait or are getting your cut...which is always nice!Anna is my go-to barber here and I recommend her to ANYBODY! Shes super detail-oriented, is very good at giving advice and/or ideas if you wanna make a change but want some ideas, and she is ALWAYS a fun conversation.

Amber has been my long time hair stylist and is awesome. I have been going to her now for almost 3 years and no matter where I end up, she’s always worth making the drive. She is very meticulous with my individual hair style and takes extra time to make sure the cut is just the way I want it. Has also given me haircuts to help me pick up chicks! She is an absolute perfectionist with a warm personality that will take the upmost pride and detail to your hair, she will make sure it is the way you want it to look.Before Anna, the barbers I encountered in the Orlando area just saw me as a college kid who they were going to cut for 15 mins and say “see ya later”, assuming I would either stiff or tip them 5%. Because of how well Anna cuts my hair, I tip her 40% every single time, I don’t even have to think about it because the results are that great every single cut.Overall a fantastic woman and great barber. About 4 months ago, I started getting my haircut by Amber at the SODO location and haven’t switched barbers since (and don’t plan to anytime soon). She does an absolutely spectacular job with my cut every time I go in. She’s great about accommodating to my personal style and even recommending changes if I want to switch it up. Appointments are always on time, the environment is super friendly, and they even have complimentary water/coffee/alcohol.I plan on being a long term patron of CMC.

This place is a great barbershop! They can do any style you would like. My wife gets an undercut and Anna does the best designs! She really takes her time and uses a straight razor. She can freestyle the design and every line is perfect. I have been getting my haircut by Anna for over a year and she is the best barber I have ever had. However I have seen all the barbers in action and they are all very experienced and every cut comes out looking perfect. If you want a top notch cut look no further. Classic Man Cuts is the first barber shope Ive been to and enjoyed. I usually just go to one of the franchise salons and hope for the best. The atmosphere is clean, calm, friendly, and professional. Moses was my barber yesterday and dude hooked me up. I dont usually know how to describe what I want in a haircut, but he figured that out pretty quick and updated my look for me. He spent quite a bit of time on cleaning up my cut for me and I appreciate that.
