The Crystal Ballroom made our wedding memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was unforgettable. Our day of event coordinator Catherine Berger made our day so special. She was always there for me and reminded me it was my day making it special for us. She and the staff that worked that night did a great job making sure everything fell into place. The pandemic was hard enough on me planning, but the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda was caring and understanding. They communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable in every way. Lets not for get my tables and decorations and going above and beyond to make sure I liked them. Thank you for a great wedding.

Great venue to hold your special occasion for a small to moderate sized group. Covid guidelines are practiced there as well. But a safe and happy memory filled time was had in the Ballroom.

My husband and I cannot say enough with how pleased we are with having our destination wedding at Crystal Ballroom. They are truly an all-inclusive venue that gives you peace of mind while also allowing the use of outside vendors so you can tailor your wedding to your vision. Willie was amazing and did a great job working with our event planner and is a true professional. Our wedding party and guests had an wonderful time and felt safe to enjoy themselves! Again cant say enough with how happy we are that we chose Crystal Ballroom at Veranda to host our wedding!

I just want to say how much I loved this venue. Our coordinator, Willie was the best and was very accommodating and allowed my husband and I to be stress free. We did the dance lessons and we loved that, definitely tried something new and I have no regrets. This was our dream wedding and the staff made it a reality. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! All my guests enjoyed themselves and loved the decor provided by the venue.Highly, highly, highly recommend:)

My husband and I decided to go through The Crystal Ballroom here in Metrowest for our wedding ceremony for November 6th, 2019. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Ceremony area and reception all in the same place! Clean, close to home and AMAZING staff to help prepare and plan for my big day, Im super excited!!

We had our wedding at Crystal Ballroom at Veranda last month and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. They made the experience so easy! We had the full package that came with everything like the candy bar, dance lessons, day of coordinator. We originally had our wedding date set for March but due to COVID, we had to reschedule our wedding to August. Crystal Ballroom did a great job with following CDC and state guidelines such as wearing masks, checking guests temperature at the door and they also passed out masks to our guests that I gave them. It was such a great day. Willie was our day of coordinator and he did such an awesome job!! My whole family was giving him such praises with how good of a job he did, how on point he was with everything. Thank you to everyone at Crystal Ballroom for making our day so special!

Absolutely blown away by everything the Crystal Ballroom provided for our wedding! When I walked into the venue the morning of my wedding I was brought to tears by how perfect everything turned out. Michelle was an amazing coordinator, not one thing went wrong and I felt very confident that she was capable of handling every situation. I felt that I got an amazing deal with their all inclusive decor policy, they allow you to choose as much (or as little) as you want with no additional charge. I was skeptical that they would add in hidden fees but we had NO issues with them at all. They were extremely organized, polite, and quick to respond to any questions. Couldnt recommend this venue enough

She made sure to stay on schedule while making sure we’re having a great time. She picked up all the cues and my facial expressions. She was so sweet and professional. We loved it!! I absolutely adore the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda. The staff was accommodating and so helpful when we had to change our wedding date from June to August. The staff is so professional and attentive. They helped us with absolutely everything and offered amazing suggestions to make our special day perfect. Our Event Coordinator Cat was amazing and on top of everything. When she left for the night I was a little nervous because she was just so helpful and took so much off of my plate on our wedding night. I do not know what we would have done with out her. She ran interference for us so that none of the drama touched us and we were able to enjoy each other and our family and friends.Michelle and Mom were absolutely amazing with the décor and the dance lessons. I cannot say enough good things about this location and the staff. Michelle, Mom, and Cat, thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart for providing everyone with an amazing experience and making our wedding a beautiful and amazing experience. I just had a wedding on the 22nd of May and i must say it turned out amazing! Everything that i dreamed of it came to life!! Every guest that attended was in a aww of how great the venue looked!! This venue is amazing with a group of amazing people! Willie was my DOEC and he did a great job of keeping everything in order and on point! Cat was also a great help too.. at one point i was so stressed about finding dresses for my bridesmaids and she helped me out with no problem!!! I would say i can’t wait to book with them again but this was a once in a lifetime thing lol! This one is a winner!Whenever asked, I always suggest an indoor space for your ceremony. Its Florida! Weather is unpredictable. Have your ceremony inside, then if the weather happens to be nice, go out for photos.Ask for a tour!

Its a very nice place to host events like weddings etc. The food is quite good, and receptionist quite pleasant. The decorations were fantastic.

Crystal Ballroom Metro West has been phenomenal. From the very beginning when we took our tour with Cat we were sold. Placed our deposit and got the back rolling. The communication from the venue has been amazing, there wasn’t a time where we didn’t know what was going on. Our dance instructor was amazing as well and helped us to execute a beautiful first dance. All the way up to our wedding day Cat made sure there was no stress upon myself or my wife. I couldn’t have imagined anything greater than what we’ve experienced.

We had the worst experience with the owners. First they scheduled another wedding on the same day. They gave themselves an hour and a half to change the decor so it it wasn’t done well, a number of things left out. Food just disappeared. They didn’t bring in new staff by the time our wedding started their staff was exhausted and frankly didn’t care. The old lady went on and on about how their goal was to make this the couple’s best day of their lives. Once they had our money that promise went out the window. The bathrooms were dirty, glasses weren’t clean. They served dinner two hours late. They never served the food and drinks that were purchased as people were arriving. Not sure what happened to all the food or alcohol that was purchased. Guests complained about the staff. Forced us to have security at the last minute. Also increased the deposit day of. They were difficult to work with. They made what should of been a beautiful day a nightmare. So many beautiful venues in Orlando, go somewhere else so they don’t ruin the most important day if your life. How these people are still in business is beyond me. They use fake flowers in arrangements they were dusty and dirty. I think you get my point. I plan to report them to the better business bureau. We paid 50,000 for our wedding and were so disappointed. The venue is everything! Unfortunately I wish someone had warned us about the Crystal Ballroom at Veranda Park.

I was a guest at a wedding at this venue! Omg it was a nightmare. The staff was exhausted because they had a wedding two hours prior to the wedding I was a guest at. The staff was exhausted. They didnt finish decorating because of the lack of time. The floor was sticky and the glasses and silverware were dirty. So many of the guest were complaining not that the staff or management cared. The bride was in tears the groom was distraught. It was so sad to see how upset the family was. The owner Michelle didnt seem to care. This couple had family that flew in from all over the US. And international. The food was served late and it was cold. The family was asking where all the food that was brought in was everything was given in very small portions. The drinks were watered down which the family didnt understand because they had purchased the alcohol. I was heartbroken for the family but mostly for the bride. They ruined this wedding. I am getting married in an year I wouldnt think of having my wedding there even if they gave it to me for free. Dont let them ruin your special day. I asked who was the manager and found out it was family owned by Michelle and her mother. They are crooks and I can say that because I was at the event that was total chaos. Everyone there was heartbroken that they ruined this young couples wedding. Dont let their venue ruin your wedding.

We have four people in the hospital and are not emotionally ok right now. We do not want to celebrate a wedding during these circumstances. TRUST ME DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE. THAT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU MAKE.

We had our wedding here! Beautiful place! Their decor and organization is amazing. All my guests loved the ceremony and reception space. Guests were so amazed with the decor that they still talk about how amazing the wedding was and how much fun they had. I Will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Best way to do your wedding or event. Having them provide the decor takes a big weight of the shoulders.

Well.......... MY WEDDING WAS THE BEST!!!!!! I was just married on the 5th of June; and I say that with everything going on with COVID-19... the Crystal Ballroom staff was on point. They made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Shout out to Willie he is awesome God bless him!! He was on point made sure everything was perfect! He was there from start to finish. He went above and beyond my expectations. You literally just show up at your wedding!!!!!☺️😍

We had a destination wedding at the Crystal Ballroom and everything was fantastic. People are still complementing us on how beautiful everything was!!! Cat, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely awesome!!!! She was very calm and handled everything with ease and professionalism. We gave her items to set up for the wedding, and they all did such an excellent job!!!! No problem was too big for Cat and the staff. Did I also mention how absolutely amazing the venue looked?!!! Thank you Cat and the Crystal Ballroom @ Veranda for an amazing day!! We will be talking about this for years to come.

When you are planning for a wedding, typically you worry about the catering, the flowers and decorations and the family members attending or not. My experience was the exact opposite with the Crystal Ballroom. Everything with outside vendors was fine and great but the venue blackmailed me and my wife for paying extra that was out of nowhere or they cancel our event. And I looked into it and found that other couples paid WAY LESS THAN WE DID. On top of it all the utensils were dirty half the food went missing because they gave it to the wedding before us which they decided to have it the same day as mine after we were promised that day to ourselves and they starved my guests for no reason at all. The owners are manipulative and horrible. I’m not in the least bit surprised they’re ripping people off during covid. DON’T HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE they’re rip off artists and if it weren’t for the lawyer fees I would’ve sued their butts.

Due to covid-19 my nieces wedding had to be postponed our whole entire family lived in NY and NJ and they have contracted the virus. They are not able to come down and we are all so sad that we cant this year. This venue has not been helpful and are extremely rude. They should refund her the money or pick a better date for her.

Be aware that when you are signing the contract, you are signing a contract that will not cover you for pandemic and neither will the insurance that they encourage you to purchase. They gave me and my fiancé the options of postponing the date for next year with an additional cost of 1600 (we already spent 5100), postponing the date later this year for free or cancelling it without a refund. I just feel that it is unfair to give people such limited options during a time like this.

I don’t even know where to start. This venue was amazing from start to finish. I can honestly say my whole wedding process was not stressful at all because of how organized and professional they are. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting married.

These people do not care about the pandemic and are forcing couples to get married during these unfortunate times. It is a shame that they are taking advantage of these people. They should be able to arrange a better date and time for next year.

I will update this after my wedding but so far so great. I love the staff at crystal ballroom verdana. Mainly Michelle. She has been a huge help and seems genuine about everything she does. We are currently one of the weddings effected by covid 19 and she made accommodations for her brides in this stressful time . Being a business woman myself I know how hard it is for the wedding business right now but them being super understanding and accommodating their guest will make their business bloom in the long haul. They are truly awesome . I originally had Silvana as a coordinator which unfortunately is no longer with them but she was amazing as well and was the reason I went with them. I’m excited to meet my new coordinator and know she will be just as great as the rest of the staff.... can’t wait for my wedding day!

Perfect for weddings and other special occasions.

One of the best decisions made in selecting The Crystal Ballroom at Veranda Park for our daughter’s quinceañera. She was excited the moment we took our initial VIP tour all the way up to the day of the event. Willie helped us sooo much in answering any questions, followed up with us in a timely manner, and the entire staff of room attendants, bartenders, and decorators were all helpful in making this day a dream come true for our daughter’s big day. Everyone who attended was very impressed by the attention to detail and care that went into the event. Would highly recommend this venue!

My daughter and her fiance had an appointment today and they literally pulled an older lady who was tying ribbons on chairs to speak with them. Needless to say, this was a rushed speil, and a couple of swatches that were hastily presented, if you want to call it that. Very unprofessional presentation and a poor representation of this location . Definitely will find a more professional company that will appreciate our time and money.

What an amazing venue to have a wedding! Wedding planning is already stress full as it is! Crystal Ballroom takes care of decorations, linens, chairs, tables, ceremony etc. It was definitely a relief not having to worry about those additional things. “Mum” & Michelle were also incredible with the planning. The Crystal Ballroom also offers a day of event coordinator. Michelle was our day of event coordinator and I am so happy we choose her instead of an outside coordinator. She kept the event running smoothly and on time.

Aimee was absolutely amazing as served my table for a wedding last night. She accompanied so well and very professional. We loved her enthusiasm throughout the night and kept us extremely satisfied ♥️♥️♥️

We had our wedding at Crystal Ballroom at Veranda Park and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of atmosphere and overall experience. Cat was AMAZING. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and ON TIME. The rest of the staff were nothing but helpful and we couldnt praise them enough.As a wedding venue we couldnt find fault in anything.We used vendors recommended by the venue- everyone worked so well together and this made for a perfect day.Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful and elegant our wedding was. Highly recommend this venue! As a bride, having zero stress on my wedding day was not what I expected. Thank you Cat and Crystal ballroom for that!

Attended a wedding at The Crystal Ballroom. Not a bad place for a function. The ceremony was held upstairs and the reception downstairs. The weather was a bit cool but still forced outside before dinner time because of the very small entry area where Hors doeuvres were served. The reception area is long so you WILL have wedding guest complaints on seating.

They are not being fair during this pandemic, this is ridiculous my family has spent most of their saving on my cousins wedding. Most of the guest are international and are not able to attend. We will protest until this situation is fixed.

Parking lot is a problem if you arrive before 4pm. Bathrooms are stinky with no privacy. If you want to prepare a party you can find better options.

This was a really nice location to have a wedding. I attended as a guest and they set up the rooms very nicely. I love the draping fabrics and clean white looks that they played up with plenty of awesome colored lighting. The way they set up the wedding schedule was really great.

Great place . Beautiful venue and awesome event organizer. THE reason for a 4 is that the center pieces offered are dated and old style. How ever we managed to agree on the beautiful tree center pieces they have . Actually only choice left . I do recommend the place . But center pieces got to go . Reminded me of beauty and the beast movie.

We had our wedding here 2 days ago. It was wonderful! The coordinator handled all emergencies that popped up, the girls answered all our questions, it was perfect. It is a gorgeous venue. I definitely recommend this venue.

If you have a daughter getting married this is the only place I would recommend, from A-Z they took care of everything and made my daughter feel like a princess it was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever been to. The staff was wonderful I had to worry about nothing but giving my beautiful daughter away.

I arrived 1 minute late for the wedding service and they wouldnt let me go upstairs because the entrance would put you coming into the room right behind the bride. Who puts the entrance behind the bride.

This place will make you a verbal promise on the date you requested to hold it for you then sell it the very next day.

Apparently the bartender didnt show for the wedding we attended........beautifully decorated, however guests had to wait around for 30 mins of the cocktail hour waiting for the bar to be set up and dinner was half over before they could get the reception bar set up........like these people who work here have never done this before......and all this after the wedding started an hour late, due to half of the guests getting stuck in traffic. There should have been plenty of time to prepare the place. We had a great time anyway though!
