My wife and I walked into Imperial Design Hall early on in our search for a wedding venue. We instantly fell in love but thought we should continue touring so that we didnt feel like we settled when it was all said and done. What a waste of time. We visited over a dozen venues after seeing Imperial Design Hall and every single time, we found ourselves comparing those venues to Imperial Design Hall. We decided that we should just book with them and Ive got to say, best decision we ever made. Christian, Luis, and their team were by far the most attentive people we met throughout our entire search. Not only that, their package was by far the best within a 150 mile radius. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, the food was INCREDIBLE, the staff was beyond PROFESSIONAL, and our wedding day/night was literally a dream come true. Words cant describe how grateful we are for such an amazing experience. The level of care, expertise, detail, and professionalism blew past our wildest expectations. To Christian, Luis, and the entire Imperial Design Hall team, my wife and I could never properly express our gratitude for what you did for us on our wedding night. I am ABSOLUTELY blown away at the amazing and impeccable service I received from Christian and his staff at Imperial Design. I held my wedding and reception at the Lake Destiny location and the price was reasonable and the service was on point. From the very first time I walked into that place, I knew I was in good hands. They are the sweetest family you will ever meet in weddings in Orlando. I kept changing my ideas for decor and Christian has stuck beside me every step of the way until I found the perfect look. Even so, Christian went above and beyond my standards on the day of the wedding and took such great care of us. I had nothing but great things to say about his staff. They were all so kind and did their jobs well. All of my guests loved every moment of the wedding and Im sure part of it is because we were at the best venue in town. I would highly recommend this venue to all brides (especially if you like intimate weddings) and I would always consider coming back if I have any future events. For all brides considering this venue or even the west colonial drive venue, rest assure you are in good hands! Also, this venue is very close to cranes roost which is great for photos after the ceremony.

If you are thinking about a venue, you no longer need to think. I had my wedding here 3 weeks ago and I still can’t get over my day! I want to go back and do it all over again. Everything was beyond perfect. We have family members and friends that will be booking after they witnessed my experience and how beautiful everything was. Being a bride is stressful, but Christian and his team took soo much stress away. This venue provides almost everything that you will need. You won’t have to worry about coordinating this person or the next. They make the day ALL about you. They don’t harass you for your payments. Packages are reasonable and includes so much! They have a huge selection of color variations. They made my dream wedding turn into a reality! You can call anytime and Christian always answers or gets back with you in a timely fashion. This venue definitely deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re thinking about booking, you better go ahead before it’s too late!

It is a beautiful and very elegant place for weddings. I was very impressed with the space and setup for the ceremony & reception. But most of all it was very clean, especially the restrooms. The food was really good and the staff was friendly and professional in serving the guests. It was an amazing experience!

Where do I even Begin. From the time I stepped into this venue I knew this was where I was gonna get married. 11/22/20 was indeed nothing but Perfect. Christian and Shy are not just coordinators but people who actually care about you and your vision. Normally you would find place that hounds you for payment or balances, they NEVER once stressed me out. I was the one hunting them down to pay them. They worked with every change, every update, every detail. They gave there inputs and suggestions in making my vision come to life. They are very professional to work with. I have emailed and texted may times and they all responded to me. Ive had many questions but Ive always gotten an answer. The day of my wedding ran smoothly. The staff was on point and made every moment memorable. I have nothing I would change, if I could do it again, I would. Ive had so many people say this was the best wedding they have been too for this year. From the decor to all the real flowers etc, this was so beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. Did I talk about the food yet? If not let me brag; it was absolutely amazingly delicious. I love love this place and although my wedding has now come and gone, Ive made friends at the Imperial design and will tell every bride to be go go go go!!! Never once have Christian who Ive worked with closely ever showed a sign of being annoyed or tired or exhausted. He really was so patient and so kind ALL OF THE TIME. Highly recommend. If I could give this place 5 stars I would.

Perfect size for big events. First and second floor can divide your evening between ceremony and your celebration party. Decoration was elegant.

I had my wedding here this month! They were amazing. So understanding with postponing my wedding from April to September due to Covid. This is an extremely stressful time and they made the entire process so easy. And dont get me started on the actual wedding day! It was the most amazing day of my life. I could not be more please with all the hard work Cristian and his team did to make my dream and vision come to life.thank you so much for all that you did!

I am way overdue for this review. We had our wedding in April of this year! Till this day people still talk about how amazing it was! Christian and his team did WONDERS!!! I stumbled on this venue online and had seen the package deals my husband and I are dual military and we were able to both be in Orlando at the same time to plan. When I said Christian just said tell us what you want to see and we got you!!!! They even searched and found the color I asked for which they didn’t have in stock “wisteria”. They do cater to military families! The food was amazing and they coordinated everything from walking down the aisle to the party . It was such a stress relief!!! Thank you for making my wedding everything I could imagine! Oh and the price!!! Totally reasonable!

I literally got married 2 days ago at Imperial Design and couldn’t wait to post a review so a future bride can feel as excellent as I do .... no regrets...from the beginning, Cristian was absolutely amazing to work with... he was so patient, caring, kind and always had my best interest in mind. I am super indecisive. I literally changed my itinerary up until the week of my wedding and yet, he was patient and always understanding. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the Imperial Design crew for literally making my day PERFECT from start to finish.. All of my requests were granted. They are extremely professional. I had no idea how a wedding should be coordinated but Cristian basically guided me through the entire process. My guests were happy. Everyone had a great time from start to finish. I received nothing but positive comments on the hall, both downstairs and upstairs and how beautiful and organized the evening was. The food was amazing, the music was amazing, the bar tender kept the drinks flowing, decor was lavish!! I felt like the luckiest girl in the world... marrying my best friend and we had the best venue to experience it in. Thank you again, Cristian and Imperial Design for making my wedding day perfect!! I wish you guys continued success because you deserve it!

Beautiful Venue!! The attention to detail is so surreal. We were the photographers of a wedding held as this venue and we treated so good. Very attentive to the timeline and made sure the Bride had everything she needed and more!! Highly recommend!

This venue is tucked neatly into a back area where it is located, could almost miss it, if not paying attention. The inside does more justice for the location. The event we attended was beautifully decorated. Food was great. Service was great. Would recommend.

Our wedding just ended. All I can say is this place is perfect. I would rate it 10 stars. Food was delicious. Staff was more then amazing!!! Theres not 1 thing bad I can say. Everything was perfect!!!!!

I have been to this facility once for a wedding and another time for a party. Let me start off by saying that the venue is beautiful. At the wedding I was a guest and was impressed by the place, it was clean and nicely decorated. The party I attended was a different story. While the venue was still beautiful, I got a behind the scenes view of the kitchen and what a nightmare. ROACH INFESTATION! I mean they were everywhere, on the glasses, silverware, plates (which they stored out in the open). Needless to say that left me disenchanted. Nonetheless if you are having an event here by all means do so, but use outside catering. They need to call an exterminator ASAP.

Had our daughters quinceanera here August 2019 and it was more than perfect! The venue is beautiful and competitively priced, the staff is accommodating and goes out of their way to help, the food was so good with many options included in the base package, I can’t say how pleased I was with the dj (included)!!! They answered every question and made our experience stress free! I highly, HIGHLY, H I G H L Y recommend Imperial design for your next event!!!!Side not we also got married August 2019 at a venue “similar” to this one and Imperial blew them out of the water!!! They are the only way to go!!

Everything was perfect! Through all our changes, (and there were many), the fact that we were so undisive about everything. They helped us plan the perfect day and they were all very patient and understanding. I am so grateful for the experience from choosing colors, design and food (tasted great) they were so professional and organized no matter what transpired the always maintained a calm cool and collective approach made our experience amazing! The Imperial team came to the Winter Park Farmers Market for our wedding and had everything setup perfectly! During the evening, everything went so smooth, anytime we needed something Christian was right there to help us, and the servers brought us our food right before they starting calling tables to get their food. The music the DJ played was amazing (he played to the crowd and made sure that he continued music people were dancing to); and the service was amazing too. Without Imperial, our day would not have gone smoothly and we are SO PLEASED with how everything came out, from the decorations, to the service, to the food (which was delicious). We got married at this location on 6/29/2019 and let me tell you that this was the absolute best decision that my Husband and I both made! Cristian and his staff came highly recommended and the minute we walked into the venue and met with Cristian we instantly knew this was the place to have our wedding! We had the ceremony and reception and the place was decorated beyond our expectations! To this day my guests are still calling me about how wonderful and exquisite the venue, the food, the music and their overall experience as a guest and overall wedding was just simply phenomenal!!! My husband wants to get married all over again just to have another celebration at this facility lol!

The decor is adequate for a nice production. Its very helpful that they offer multiple services by the one location. The DJ was a very bright spot to the event. The food was alright. The photographer did an excellent job. Overall a good experience.

I do not have the words to express how fantastic our experience was with Imperial Design. My husband had his heart set on a big wedding, and we were struggling to make it fit our budget. Not only did Imperial Design check all of our boxes for an affordable price, but they went above and beyond our expectations in every regard. People warn you to expect a few mishaps on your wedding day, but even my neurotic mind can’t come up with one. Things went off without a hitch. Cristian and Shi ran the wedding like a well-oiled machine. Everyone on staff did their jobs like pros. Everything was gorgeous. I thought I was the luckiest girl in the world to find a man I love as much as my husband, but finding a place to marry him as wonderful as Imperial Design Hall just confirms it. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a spectacular wedding!

These guys are outstanding. It was our daughters wedding the power went out, they was going to go get genenators. A party was planned and we was going to have the party. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the 4th year my company hosts our annual Christmas Party at the Imperial Design Hall. I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. The food is so good, the setup is perfect (We have around 85-90 people attend.) The Christmas decorations were BEAUTIFUL, and they are very attentive to my needs year after year. We had out wedding here. We are a military family who PCSed to Colorado 7 months ago. We are from Florida and wanted out wedding there.The staff at Imperial Designs was with us the entire time. Chrisitan worked with us and was there when we needed him; no matter the time difference!Wonderful staff, great wedding, and amazing wedding planner!

Imperial Design did a great job with our wedding this past May. They were very organized and professional. Their photography was beautiful, the set up of the reception was gorgeous, and they provided extra services with the set up of our beach wedding. The appetizers and food were great! The staff was amazing to work with and they worked really hard to make our day special. We cant thank them enough! We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Wow where to start! So first off, not only was my wedding at this venue, but my cousins was as well (held last year, but coincidentally booked the venue without realizing where hers was being held ). While they did most on their own, I was very impressed by the location, staff and just venue itself.I got married here on October 14, 2018 (100 people attending) & I can honestly say that looking back on the experience as a whole, I am not only pleased, but overjoyed and in love with how everything came together! I am 23 years old and I booked this venue back in early May of 2017. I did not have a wedding planner, as I took it on by myself (help of my mother too) which at times became very overwhelming. Christian is amazing and will answer any and all questions you have and tries to help you the most he can! He makes sure you choose what you want and never did anyone try to “push” things on me like I’ve heard other venues do to their clients.One of the perks in the package I received, included my engagement pictures as well as a photographer for the wedding & reception. It took longer than expected to get my engagement pictures back, which worried me at first, but they definitely made it right and explained to me why. After that it was smooth sailing the whole way. Any time I called they answered immediately and answered all of my questions. I never felt like a burden with my several questions or last minute changes and add ons! It was literally an amazing experience all around! Words cannot express my gratitude with Christian, Shy and the rest of the staff!!! The day of my wedding they had smiles on from start to finish and made us feel special. I truly believe they love their job and making people happy. I will forever recommend Imperial Design and will never forget the beautiful night they helped create!!! Thank you, thank you!!!

My daughter just had her quince it was BEAUTIFUL. It was more than i could of ever asked for. When i first say their package on line i was like how could they do all this for so little. That made me kinda worried. When i contacted them they were so nice. They made me feel like they really cared about what i wanted for my daughter. They went way beyond my expectations. They totally blew me away with all of their many options. How they just went out of their way to make her day wonderful. I cant say enough about how it looked. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. I couldnt of asked for anything better than what they gave me. I feel like they are my family now. They do way more for you then what you pay for. If you asked them to do something and they have it they would give it to you with no extra cost. They will work with you budget and make sure you are happy about what you are paying for and much more. I would totally 100% recommend Imperial Design. They were great! I got married 8/2014, I was worried because Im 3 hours away from them and I didnt know anybody who used their services before, however, they did show up on time and everyone loved the decor. They were professional, understanding and courteous. I wish I had more pictures with just me and my husband on our wedding day (i only have 1) thats the only part that Im not too fond of. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Imperial Design was of course like any bride outside of town, SKEPTICAL. We would constantly call them, and email them. but Camilo and his team was nothing but patient with us, but thanks to them my wedding was the most memorable experience of my life. The decor and flowers were WAY more beautiful and extravagant than I expected and his team were so helpful and kind. They put my worries and stress at ease and really really impressed my husband and I and also our guests. Theres no doubt in the world that I would recommend them to everyone!! The venue was very beautiful however it felt smaller than my initial expectations. Not only that but when I attended a wedding here the workers made sly remarks and faces throughout the reception. The food was bland and there is a severe lack of parking but I guess to each his own

Way too expensive, outrangeous. Very clean, nice atmosphere. Nice selections, just way over priced, but I guess they gotta charge an arm and a leg to make money.

Last weekend my husband and I had our wedding here,I January 27th. I found Imperial Design online and called the following morning. After speaking with Christian, I went to visit the venue in the afternoon and had my wedding booked with them within minutes. From engagement photos, to food, decorations, and everything else that makes a wedding beautiful, Imperial Design did a fabulous job on everything. Anthony did a great job on our engagement pictures and Kate was so detailed on our wedding day and made sure to capture great pictures of us. The videographer also did a great job and made sure to capture nice moments of us with our wedding guests. I cant wait to see all the pictures and video! Our DJ Luis also was great and played music that eveyone enjoyed. Our food was delicious and all our guest were very impressed. Daniella was also so wonderful. She answered every question I had with detail and made me sure that everything would turn out great. I am so happy we chose Imperial Design and I cant thank everyone who helped make our wedding perfect. You cant go wrong with choosing Imperial Design to make your day one to remember.

I absolutely cannot even begin to explain how amazing this company has been with my whole process. Camilo was the main point of contact and was able to help with any minor questions and difficulties I had. They were extremely flexible with anything we wanted to alter or add. The bar tenders were phenomenal and barely ever had a line despite having over 100 wedding guests, many of whom are avid drinkers. The DJ was amazing! We had a Russian and American wedding, and the way in which he integrated the music together was unbelievable. The photographer and videographers were able to capture the unforgetable moments, which we cannot wait to see. The level of quality and care that went into our wedding on their part was absolutely astonishing. The efforts from the entire Imperial Design staff made for the most magical day of our lives. While working with them, we truly felt cared for as family.

While the venue was nice, the execution of our wedding and reception were sloppy.ProsWe loved the food, everyone said it was excellent. The table setups looked awesome as did the cake, cake placement and gift tables. The flowers were beautiful. The bartender was so patient and really excellent. Everyone of our family that drank complimented the bartender and how well he did.The table we sat at with our parents was really nicely put together.It was awesome that someone from the venue went and got us plates for food so we didnt have to wait in line. Same thing with the cake.ConsPhotography for both engagement photos and wedding photos were amateur at best. Lots of missed shots, lots of blurry shots and lots of terrible pictures that are shot too brightly or too dimly. Learn your equipment.Music. We spent months creating a playlist that was ignored. I asked three times that night that they play our music (mp3s of every song and a printed list that was organized by time of night and starred in order of importance were provided weeks in advance) instead of what they were playing but after only a few of our songs were played our requests were ignored. When talking to them after the wedding they said the dj played what he felt the crowd was enjoying. Apparently disney songs and country music that neither of us like won out over our carefully selected playlist.Organization. I never knew what was coming. Our coordinator hung out behind the dj booth all night. For example, I was in the bathroom on the toilet when our cake song started.The entire night felt chaotic. Missed dance time bc no organized greeting line for the wedding party, missed out on say in our final decor and the venue allowed a guest to put up a tacky paper photo booth we didnt want that we had to look at all night by our head table. We left feeling like while our wedding was fun, but it wasnt our wedding. It was like getting married and walking into someone elses reception. Extremely dissappointed and still dealing with the aftermath as I am spending the next few months editing photos and salvaging what I can.

I really dont think I could have had my wedding without Camilo or anyone helping with Imperial Design. I live all the way on the west coast and was having my wedding on the east coast. Camilo held my hand through the whole experience and helping me in any way that he possibly could. Planning a wedding from across that country, I thought was going to be a nightmare but it wasnt because of Camilo. When I finally got into town and got to speak and see Camilo in person it put me at ease even more. He carried himself really well and seemed to be very confident in his job and ability to get this done for me the way I wanted it to be. When THE day came he was the last thing that I needed to worry about. I knew if anything would go wrong I knew there was a way that HE would figure it out and I would not have to get involved. I was so amazed at the decorations that he did for the ceremony and the reception. My husband and I were so blown away by the decorations. Dont even get me started about the photographer. He was truly AMAZING!!! I would use this photographer for anything and everything that I could think of. Hope he is willing to travel to Vegas to do family portraits, pregnancy pictures, baby pictures, etc. :) I would truly recommend Imperial Design to anyone. And thank you Imperial Design for my making my special day so special for my husband and me.

CINDERELLA WEDDING!! Thats the best way to describe my wedding! They really exceeded my expectations. I did the 100 ppl package yet I had more than 100, and they were able feed everyone and more. I didnt have to do anything at all! The package included all decorations, invitations, catering, video and photography, Dj, hosts and hostess (smiles and dream come true too). I had my ceremony and reception at the same place and they were able to make it look spectacular and elegant, they even included an alter for free! They did sooo much for me, they are the most hard working and amazing people youll meet. Its a wonder how they were able to do so much in so little time. My wedding was planned in 3 months! Theyre miracle workers lol Also they did all the grooms and grooms men tuxes. They were even able to do my wedding dress in a week. They hooked it up lol! I want to cry now just remembering how beautiful my wedding came out :D. SO grateful for them. I recommend to all soontobe brides and grooms, they will make your wedding into a real life fairy tale!
