I visited in June 2021. Their prices have been increased surprisingly. I went there to pull a passenger side mirror, which normally costs $30 if bought from Amazon.My expectation was that LKQ would charge $10-15 for that part. But they charged me $26, and when I requested them to reconsider the price, the guy on counter started behaving rudely and he was use curse words as well.I bought the mirror and installed it to my car, and the mirror was not getting adjusted in horizonal axis. It was working for vertical tilt adjustment but nor horizontally.I brought back the mirror to LKQ counter and asked for refund. The guy issued the refund of $20 (instead of $26) to my card, and upon asking he said it was the tax amount and they cannot refund me the entire amount.Overall, I wasted my 2.5hrs on weekend, I wasted $3 for entrance fees, and $6 as tax fraud. I would suggest people to think twice before visiting this place.The other LKQ on Orange Blossom is quite better in terms of representatives and customer care.

Good place to find parts . From what I have seen model years only seem to hit 2013 and older.

I found this time very organized. I was by Dad Raul (god rest). That you always tip. I tip the gentle at the entrance a dollar. It dont sound like must. But he gave me list of all the vehicles I was looking for. Removed 99% of the parts I needed. Fresh car. My nephew who 27. Found this place like a candy store for car. Thank you for your help.

Love this place. I wish they would charge for rim only when tire is bold or not usable. Also to have mileage on vehicles so you get an idea when scrapping an engine.

Expensive.Used parts of unknown quality and condition are often not that much cheaper than new or reman parts. Sure, lightly used OEM might be better than aftermarket/reman, but few cars in this lot have

$3 entrance fee in cash. $24 for a quarter window with card. If you have a Dodge its allllll the way in the back. No shade bring a hat and drink. Both guys we talked were friendly. They are tracking what is sold so check the website before you come out.

I was absolutely blown away with how neat and clean everything was! You can receive a print out of the model vehicle you are looking for that has the color and isles location. Their was literally a crew cleaning one of isles I went down.

Hello I just went there to get a spare tire and the manager was so rude since I got in the store and since I got out of the store he thought I was stealing the spare tire and I was not stealing the spare tire I have the proof of the receipt and I am up employee of LKQ I work in Orlando the plant manager in our van though it’s Roberto Rivera. THEY NEED NEW MANAGER!

They overcharge me for tires. I paid 23 for a tire whereas their website clearly shows they charge 15 for tires upto 16 inches and my tire was a 16 inch one.

The place worked well I got the parts I needed and when I called the company number the youn lady on the phone was very helpful. The only problem I need to mention was when I went to pay for the parts. The company said one price for the parts that change when the cashier first told me $135.00 dollars for all my parts. I almost jump out my pants. WHY I say this you may ask. ReasonFirst the company said the seat was $25 dollars then I had two sun visors not in perfect conditions also two floor trims one cracked and also two window edge trim not the best either. The total went down to $62.00. Then he adds a so called warrantee $10 plus other added price fixes total $82.00dollars. You need to change this guy job and have him clean up the yard for life. You have a good company but I will never come back to this place. You have a rotten apple in your place.

The very worst place to buy parts not only will they try to charge you more than their parts list they will try to charge you more than brand new somebodys trying to put money in their pocket......... Will waste your time letting you pull parts for nothing..... And try to tell you have a core charge on junk parts

Over priced, I was going to buy a used tire but not for $64 buck I ended up at Walmart and got a new tire for $53 thanks Walmart.

Bait and switch tactics, upfront dishonesty, and chicanery are the order of the day at LKQ Orlando. Their website advertises parts prices and they refuse to honor. Their standard lie is that it is a computer website error and update issue. I tried to buy an abs unit for an old Dodge and their website prominently advertises itfor 6 dollars. They tried to charge me 89 dollars for it. I showed them their own advertised price and they still refused to honor. It wasnt until I threatened to use their own receipt as evidence of false advertising and the 10 thousand dollars per offense, that they decided to refund the money and charge me the advertised price. This was not a one time incident. They do itevery day, all ay. Filing a complain tonight agaonstthem. Were tired of busting our rails working on cars, pulling our own parts, making these corporations rich, and on top of that, getting scammed at the register. Thats enough! Youre gonna pay dearly for disrespecting our work to feed our children.

Decent place, mostly older model vehicles, somewhat already picked over. Pretty equal number of foreign and domestic. Look at inventory online before going.

First to start pictures of car are not up to date it was my very first time shopping with them and it was nothing left but a frame and wires, I drove from lake mary just to walk in and out after paying $3 and calling will not help you they give no information to callers, so to say I will leave the headache and just buy new with no problems at all.

So you find a tire and rim that you want but all the cars are propped up off the ground, which I understand makes it easier to get under the car for a part but how do you loosen lug nuts to get the tire off when its off the ground? We asked someone there because we figured it has to be happening somehow because several cars have tires and rims missing but nobody had any advice to offer...

Their online price list has a very short list of parts. If what you need isnt listed, you have to drive out there to find out how much it costs. Theres no way to call and ask (I tried and they said to go talk to the cashier). Driving an hour to find out a part is overpriced is not my idea of saving money.

Its a junk yard. Ive been coming here since it was Fosters so many years ago; long before LKQ started charging a dollar, then two, now three! And some of the new fees are ridiculous, but whatever; sometimes its just easier and cheaper to buy online or elsewhere. ...but other times I need whatever now, or theres a need to trial and error parts, or even practice working on whatever before I do it on my own car.Cars get picked quick so be careful to check inventory online before you go; anything thats been here more than a few days to a week is risking it. Gas, tolls, admission, maybe they have what Im looking for, maybe they dont; is always what Im thinking. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Was a better value proposition back in the day when parts were cheap but now you really have to think about it.And I hate to say this but Ive been shopping here long enough to see some very unfairly inconsistent pricing from time to time, depending on who you are, is about the nicest way to say it.

The employees let they friends in before they open. Employees are crooks. Drive from Tampa to watch my parts leave before the doors open. Management and corp. Office a joke. This is not a first come first serve location.

Great set up for the DIY person. They will give you a printout of what vehicles interchange with your needed part and where they are in the yard. All the vehicles are separated by make and are off the ground, not stacked on each other like some places. Plus the cars are not picked apart, they rotate the cars for a fresh supply of parts. Prices are fair and the staff is polite. Thanks

If youre Spanish this is probably a great yard. If your not Spanish and speak English, they could give 2 f@$ks about you. 3 dollar entry fee is too much for the junk they have. I went to 10 trucks before I finally found something decent.

Just like all the other (non manager plug) posts on here, I dont mind walking around a junk yard and pulling my own parts. I enjoy it. But the pricing is crazy too high. Example: They want $50 for a used radiator that I can buy brand new, with free shipping on Amazon (not even a discount site) for the same price for an S10 pickup truck. Are you kidding me? Next.

Great place and people. Well maintained. Always find a treasure to fix up my cars. The website is always up to date and its easy to find your car model with the information give.

Not a huge selection and their cars are ran through. Plus they charge a buck more than the other yards. This places one redeeming quality is that they have an actual junkyard dog. I thought that was kinda cool.

People were generally friendly, and there were many decent parts available. If you take your time and look you can find some decent things and the prices were not bad at all. $9 dollars for very good 6x9 speakers? Yes, Please. Make sure to bring your tools, a hat, water, and some bandages.

Lkq is too big for their own good. Their is no way to contact a specific yard and no way to find current photos or details on vehicles. I could drive an hour to the yard (which I have) only to find that someone has destroyed everything that I need on a car trying to pull their own parts and there would be no warning on the online inventory. The 800 call center is pretty much useless unless you are trying to schedule the sale of your own car, which you could do yourself online.
