I recently moved out to Florida. I contacted this company to add my homeowners to my automobile policy I never got a return phone call. I find this poor professional courtesy. As a professional myself I would never have lost a client like this. I’ll be looking for a new Allstate agent or from a new company in entirely call
Called to move my withdrawal date because of financial reasons and wanted to move it forward but instead of moving it forward, they moved it backward so now I owe two payments two weeks sooner than my original withdrawal date. Their solution was to suspend the autodraft and make the payment manually but then I would lose the discount on top of making a payment late. Their response; its out of our hands because billing said there is nothing they can do to change it in their system. Wow. way to help a long time good driver customer Allstate.

I wasnt even able to get a quote, the person I spoke with on the phone asked 1 Austin then placed me on hold, this continued for 30 minutes until I gave up. Dont waste your time trying to talk to anyone here
