I made an attempt to consolidate my home and auto insurance with them and everything went smoothly, until, that is, they sent me a surprise message about a month later saying that they were choosing not to honor the policy. Veronica Borges said I was required to get a wind mitigation and four points inspection report that cost $115. This report has done nothing to help the policy that I was forced to go with. Ive also moved my auto insurance to Progressive, which is cheaper and better. Beware. They will not tell you at any point that the report may be for nothing and they may choose not to honor the policy.

My family and I have had a supplemental medical plan for 7+ years now with State Farm and it’s been the best thing by far we’ve paid for. It’s helped a lot while my mom went through cancer and unfortunately some injuries I’ve had myself. Each and everytime State Farm has responded quickly. Our point of contact from the very beginning has been Renata Larsen, she is the best of the best, always on top of everything. She responds super fast and submits paperwork quickly. Any question that I have she is more than happy to answer me throughly. I highly recommend seeing her if you are going to this location!

Michael Cajas was very open and patient with all my questions. He sent me different quotes with different levels of coverage and explained everything in detail. Now I know exactly what my State Farm insurance will cover and what wont cover, so I wont get surprised when something happens. The worst State Farm branch I had never been. My bill always late. I called some one work there named Victor, he told me that he will fix the issue then give me a call back by the end of the day. TWO DAYS late, I called the office, I told them the story, but it seems that is a normal situation for them, and the did nothing. STAY AWAY
