These guys are the best. Did the appointment for my grandmother’s refrigerator that suddenly stopped cooling. If was kind of an emergency ad they went the same day I called them and came back the next day with the part and completed the job. Price was very reasonable! The system they use is great and they sent you follow up messages and ETA notifications. They were very kind to her and she is very satisfied. Use these guys, you will not regret it! Five stars…!

I had originally left a poor review of the work done but wanted to revise after George reached out and made every effort to rectify the situation. He was very professional and accommodating.

I have never used George’s Appliance Repair before, and was looking for a company to come out and fix my dryer. First, I liked that I could make the appointment online, that made it easy. The tech showed up within the time window they provided. The first repair was done quickly and he told us everything was working. Well it wasn’t. It was after hours and I called and left a voicemail message and also sent an email explaining my disdain towards the Dryer not getting repaired. What I really loved was that the company had an email back to me within 5-10 minutes, and George, the owner of the company called me himself and told me, “Don’t worry, we will be out there tomorrow and we will fix the problem, no hassle to you”. I thought this was great. Many companies you have to “reschedule” and then wait another week or two and it just makes you more upset. They were out there the next day, early, and they fixed the problem and didn’t charge me anymore money. They do have an appointment Service Fee, but it goes towards your repair cost. I don’t care that they didn’t fix the job the first time. People are allowed to make mistakes...we all do. What I loved was this owner and the employees dedication to respond to me immediately and take care of my concerns. Then they showed up again, the next day, and truly fixed the problem. My Dryer works perfect again. Their customer service is PERFECT!!! I will be using George’s Appliance Repair service again if I need it. I would also recommend that you hire this company. He’s a locally owned business, and he takes care of his customers. I loved that!!! He’ll fix the issue for you. I also love being texted reminders, when the text will be there, and they also texted me the bill, which I could pay with the click of a button. PERFECT OPERATION of a business.

My technician was Jesus. He was very professional and punctual. My oven is now working perfectly for a great price. Give them a call!!

Arthur & Amanda from Georges were amazing! Professional and knowledgeable with excellent customer service from both. Fridge repair for my mother, english is not her first language, and Arthur could not have been more accommodating and kind to speak with me over the phone while on-site so I could translate for her. Covid/safety precautions (mask, distancing) actively practiced by the tech/Arthur. My mother felt very safe and comfortable. Was able to book an appointment within 24 hours of requesting, and issue was resolved and fixed the same day. Request Arthur as your tech, hes awesome. Amazing service. Same day response. I was about to buy a new one since another company told me that it was not repairable. They came to my house on Dec. 26th and fixed my dryer the same day and saved me a lot of money!! Not all heroes hear capes but George’s crew does. Thanks!!! :)

Had someone come out to try to get my ice maker working. The person sent couldn’t speak English well and I had difficulty communicating to them what steps I’d gone through and what the issue was. After doing something (not sure what since it never started working) they told me I just needed a new ice maker and sent a quote for $250. I asked for a breakdown of the quote and they completely stopped responding.

Top notch service. Jesus was my technician, very knowledgeable and had my Whirlpool ice maker working no time. Company is very COVID prepared, and service was definitely 5 star. Also top notch customer service, very important for return customers. I will highly recommend.

They made a repair on my dryer and then the dryer malfunctioned. I called them to come back out to look at the dryer. They did not respond to my calls. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I do not recommend.

It was a nightmare when I woke up on Christmas eve and my fridge was not cooling, had my whole family in town. A technician was here 30 mins after I requested the service. My fridge is cooling like brand new for a VERY reasonable price. 100% recommended.

The technician arrived thinking he was working on a dryer. He didn’t seem to have refrigerant tools. He called George and he walked the technician through testing. The technician said the thermostat was bad, and that the part had been discontinued, so it was not repairable. After he left, I found an OEM part for $30 that had identical working parts and a slightly different mounting plate. When I installed it the refrigerator worked perfectly. Guess it was fixable after all. The technician was prompt and courteous, and the diagnosis was correct, but I don’t think he was knowledgeable enough to complete the repair. That could have cost me over $1000, had I not looked into it more thoroughly.

We recently used this company to repair a refrigerator ice maker and a microwave. Jesus was very pleasant and professional, and he got the job done very quickly. Also, the services were very reasonably priced, and I wont hesitate to call them again if I have an appliance on the fritz.

This company over charges for labor and parts. I received a bill stating 1 part and labor for $290. When I questioned the owner...George he stated that 3 parts were used. I knew that. I asked for the breakdown of parts and labor. He sent a breakdown of each part costing $1, labor to replace parts $3 and knowing what to do @ $284. I priced all the parts (empty bags left behind) @ $101 at the most. Maybe they saw the big house or a woman and decided to charge me more and couldnt prove why he charged so much. Instead he decided to be funny.

We called Georges Appliance Repair when our washing machine was in need of repair. We were able to schedule an appointment on the weekend and within 48-hours of our initial call. The company holds extended hours, so we were able to have the technician come after work hours (6 pm). He arrived on time (not within a 3-hour window!). He asked questions, had a pleasing personality, and listened intently to our description of the problem. He quickly made the repair and then tested the washing machine to make sure the repair fixed the problem. When he was concerned there might be another issue, he stayed additionally to make sure the washing machine was fully functioning.

These men are AWESOME! They went above and beyond to fix my washer. Honest, caring, reliable, courteous and genuinely good people. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

I have an old (but quality) dishwasher that needed a tune-up because it simply wasnt cleaning like it should... leaving a film with spots on everything. And George definitely worked really hard in cleaning it out. Tested it for a week and the silverware is shining! Amazing!Gave me tips to use a rinse... where I thought that was a gimmick to buy another product. And also suggested a cleaner to use once a month. Sure, Ive Googled techniques for the last several years to clean out the dishwasher, but George definitely knew what he was doing.One minor mis-communication... I thought he was supposed to be at my house from 1-3 pm where his text indicated 2 pm. Well, I didnt click the link in the text which said my appointment was anywhere from 2-4 pm. No worries... things like that happen.Finally, I definitely appreciate the time he took... especially considering it was his wifes birthday... so after he finished my appointment, he went to take out his wife. Great family man, very personable, kind, and helpful.Definitely would use him again ;)

Very punctual, he fixed my refrigerator quickly, friendly and will explain why the refrigerator stopped working and let you know what needs to be done.
