I called ABC to inspect and clean my chimney, and it was hands downs a 5 star experience. The technicians were knowledgeable, on time, and very kind. They offered some tips on maintaining my chimney and some things to consider in the future. They were very transparent in their suggestions and mindful of my budget as a new home owner. I would recommend this service to anyone, and Im already calling back to get my AC vents cleaned because of how happy I was with their chimney service. Keep up the great work!

I called ABC Cleaning, after being referred by a friend, for their dryer vent cleaning. Andrea was friendly and professional while scheduling this service and was even able to get the gentlemen to come out the same day! Thad and Chance called to let me know they were on the way, and quickly performed the cleaning. At my request, they also inspected the chimney but a sweep wouldnt be required just yet. They did note during a quick visual inspection that the chimney was missing a cap. I called Andrea and was able to get a service call for a full inspection. A cap has now been ordered and they will be installing it once it arrives. ABC Cleaning is an honest company and demonstrates professionalism at all times. We will continue to refer others. I did not have any services performed by ABC cleaning but I still felt a good review about my experience was necessary. I was not sure if I needed duct cleaning and was also going to request dryer vent cleaning. Brady was on time, courteous and fast. He told me that he did not feel I really needed the duct cleaning at this time and cleaning the dryer vent myself was an easy task.It was refreshing to deal with a company not looking just for easy money. I will definitely be using them in the future when the ducts need cleaning.

I wouldn’t hire this company again. They didn’t cover the furniture or bedding and there was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere when they left. The cleanup up at the end wasn’t very good and I couldn’t check all the rooms since they were in a hurry to leave. I spent hours cleaning and washing when they left. They had also left the water running on the side of the house. I don’t know how long the water was running.

It was time to get my system cleaned since my family and I were constantly suffering from allergies. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services Tony, Shane & Peter provided to my home. They do good work.

We needed our AC ducts cleanned due to mold created by issues with our AC. The crew came to do the cleaning but left a mess behind them, from leaving dirt wherever they touched and walked, to killing my grass in front of the house while cleaning the AC coils with some nasty product.That was just the tip of the iceberg, real pleasure came after I found out that the 2 checks I had given to ABC and agreed with them that one was to pay 50% now and the other one 50% in a month, had both been deposited at the same time a day after the service. I had to call ABC 3 times to finally get a phone call from the daughter of the owner who did not seem to care about the problem her company created to me and who had the lowest excuse possible for a company owner...blame their own employees...My recommendation to all of you looking for duct cleaning, STAY AWAY from ABC, find someone else more professional who cares about YOU, not just your MONEY!

I scheduled a duct cleaning of my house with ABC Cleaning. About an hour before my appointment I received a call telling me who would be performing my cleaning and what time they should arrive.Tony and Thad arrived on time, were courteous and walked me through the entire process. They showed me before and after pictures of my system and even a video of the removal of some dust and debris from my return vent. They helped me figure out why one of the rooms in my house isn’t getting as much air flow, and gave me good tips on keeping my system clean.I would highly recommend ABC Cleaning to everyone.

Ray and Derion did a great job cleaning the HVAC vents and cleaning & repairing the dryer vent.Tony went above & beyond when he found the problem w the dryer vent when he came to give the estimate.I think my allergy problems will be improved now that the dryer is venting correctly.

I have had a multi step process in remodeling my home. One of the steps was duct cleaning. After the cleaning was done, other companies had come into the house to do other work. Upon inspection, I noticed that the air vents In most of the rooms were not attached correctly, had screws not tightened, airflow was impeded because of the vents not properly placed and/or damaged and a part of the duct themselves was not cleaned. I called Mr. Ed Hearsey, owner of the company, and expressed my concerns. Since there had been other companies in the house working, I was not sure who was the last person who did work on the AC vents. Of course, the other company says it is the duct company because they are the ones who have to remove the vents to work. Mr. Hearsey immediately scheduled somebody to come to my home to take a look and see what was going on. I continued my investigation and upon speaking with the other company Again who said that they don’t touch the vents, it turned out that they do, and they did. So, as a result, that company will come and fix any damage they did to the vents, and make sure that everything is cleaned up and secured. I called Mr. Hearsey to update him on the situation, and to thank him for his willingness to send somebody out immediately in order to address the problem that was not caused by him or his staff. I really appreciate people who do not just ignore customers once they receive the payment, and are easy to work with in the event that the job was not finished as stated. I will continue to use this company in the future and also to refer to others who may need his services as well. Thank you so much for your help and I appreciate you!

I had the opportunity to have Tony and Rey come to my home to do an air duct cleaning. They were awesome and knew what they were doing. They were very polite and explained everything in detail as to what they were going to do. They are a family operated company which are the types of companies I like to deal with. My daughter also had her air ducts done and was extremely pleased.I also had ABC come out when I had a new dryer and the vent needed to be cleaned out. I stand by my initial review as the description of my experience with ABC Cleaning Inc of Orlando for work that they performed in my home on March 5, 2018, but have changed my rating from one star to three stars due to the quick and empathetic response of the owner (Ed). All American Water Restoration, Orlando (AAWR) contracted this company and I complained to AAWR the day after ABC did work in my home and was told that AAWR contacted ABC with my complaint (to which I heard no reply). I encourage others to reach out directly to Ed regarding any questions or issues; he stands passionately behind all work performed by his company.All American Water Restoration, Orlando (AAWR) sent this AC company to our house. They got dust and ceiling plaster everywhere. Every single vent in the house had ceiling plaster under it including the dresser in the Master bedroom, the TV in the living room, and the closet in the Master bedroom. They left greasy finger prints on the walls in three places, a pair of blue gloves in the backyard, did not replace the air filter that they took out but closed the AC handler as if they had without mentioning it, and their ladder marked and dented the wall in the stairwell.

Brady and Joel from ABC Cleaning cleaned our Air Ducts and they were polite, did a great job, Joel told me about my dryer vent and clean it too, now my house is so fresh and my dryer never worked better.......p.s. the young girl in the office was very nice and helpful..........would use ABC cleaning inc again....great company and service
