Terrible experience with the older guy there! Didn’t pay attention to my wife the day we dropped it off and misspelled her name 3 times. Then when she corrected him he was getting irritated about it. Today I was wrong about the pressure washer that was brought out to me not being mine however upon further discussion with the man he was very smart with me! I tried to get some things straight and he had no patience whatsoever then proceeded to tell me I’m on camera and is going to call the police! Whenever there’s nothing to report besides he wants me to leave! Meanwhile I’ve only been talking to him for maybe over a minute! I didn’t even mention the fact to him that nobody called us to tell us the pressure washer was ready for pickup whenever we live an hour and a half away! We have to call off work for this since they’re only open weekdays and close at 5:00PM! Complete joke if you can’t deal with the general public and if all you’re going to do is talk about your cameras and the police any time a minor problem comes about. And there’s no way on earth this was an issue that warranted the mention of your cameras, trespassing me, or the threat to call law enforcement! Tells me the moment I load my power washer in if I don’t leave it’ll be trespassing! Be extremely wary of this place if you’re looking for good customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service ... I bought a home depot compressor and they are the warranty provider ... they tried to charge me to service a compressor I bought only 7 days ago ... Home Depot needs to contract a better servicer..

I was having issues with my Ryobi pressure washer. I first called Home Depot and they said to bring it in, pay a deposit, and then wait 4-6 weeks for them to LOOK at it. When I got there and waited in line, they tell me that they cannot service electric pressure washers and I have to go somewhere else. In the Home Depot parking lot, I called E&M and they said it was so simple - just drop it off and thats it. Ryobi apparently doesnt have replacement parts, so they just replace the entire unit. So I went and the technician there took my information, and 5 minutes later Im done - having my wallet out the entire time expecting to pay for shipping or processing, they said no - its completely free. This was on the first of June, and on the 12th of June I have a brand new pressure washer waiting at my front door. E&M made it so easy to fufill the warranty on my unit I couldnt believe it.

My equipment was dropped off months ago ryobi 2 cycle with hedge trimmer attachment under the name keith barnard i have called multiple times and was told everytime there is something else that needs to be done to it. Now today i called to try and go pick it up and was hung up on and everytime i try to call back my call is sent straight to a busy signal. Very unhappy with this situation

I didnt get what I needed cause they didnt sell it but I did get a lot of knowledge thank you for your time.

I had issues with a pressure washer I bought from home Depot 4 months ago thats just pass home Depot in house warranty, that they refused to do anything about. After calling the manufacture I was told to take it here for a factory warranty inspection and repair when I called and spoke to the guy over the phone it was Hassel free, when I came in he was friendly and attentive a well needed service after the Hassel at home Depot. If I need any repairs of this sort I will definitely go here I have had pressure washers repaired in the past that never worked right but this guy know what hes doing will visit again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when you know nothing about the equipment and parts, they wont talk down to you. Gives you all the answers you need and then some.
