Doug and Andres were great. They were patient and helped me figure out what I needed and how to reconfigure my plans and devices in such a way that I got the biggest bang for my buck. Doug was direct, honest and transparent about all possible fees and things I might experience. I was able to upgrade a phone, combine insurance to make it cheaper and purchase the latest tablet for my college bound grad. I received amazing customer service and highly recommend this AT&T location. I received kindness in a big way! Thanks guys ❤️

The associates were very helpful. We were having difficulty for downloading the information from the old to the new. They were so patient with my mother. She had difficulty understanding the process. Both reps walked her through it. It tedious but they never became pushy. I recommend this store for ones who have seniors.

Bryan at the Att store at 159th and Harlem, Orland Park, was fantastic. He came out to the car and fixed our phone problem. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of our issue!

They lied to me about my total monthly bill cost. They didnt have phones for sale they were displaying. They couldnt transfer data to a new phone for you. They also waited until we were finishing up to tell me of addiction costs. I was okay with it until the next day when att (they say they arent actually an att store too btw, should be a huge red flag there) tells me my monthly bill is now $70 more than what the store told me. I would never recommend someone go to them.
