For something that gave me plenty of anxiety because of the significant expense, my lack of knowledge, etc., Mass quickly made me feel much better about the experience. AMAZING work! My husband had a great experience designing my engagement ring, and we bought our wedding bands as well. My engagement ring is an odd shape, and they designed the perfect wedding band that is not bulky in any way. Very professional and quick service! My husband also bought a gold chain for my birthday, and the quality on that is superb as well--the chain is a perfect length, does not get kinked in any way while wearing, and is lightweight (this is a must for me!) We will definitely be using Creative Design Jewelers in the future, and recommending to our friends and family! 5 stars!

I went to see Mass for my fiancés engagement ring, like most guys I was nervous about picking the right one and not spending too much money. Mass helped me every step of the way in the designing of her ring and taught me all about diamonds how to establish value and how read the certifications. I could not have asked for a better jeweler, or experience, in buying an engagement ring. I figured Id share my story with this place because honestly I wont go anywhere else now. When my husband and I got engaged he bought these beautiful rings that he had gotten soldered together to make one gorgeous ring! Turns out that Kay Jewelers had broken the mold and will not be making my kind of ring any longer.. The design on it is so unique and the prongs that were holding the one big diamond on top was starting to come loose.. I took it to Kay and they said theres nothing they can possibly do and that if they try and fix the ring that itll shatter the diamond all together. After that I searched everywhere to find someone that could fix my ring that I fell in love with I looking for over a year, even went out of state! I wasnt able to wear my ring during this time because I was afraid of loosing some of the diamonds! I was in tears and facing the possibility of loosing my ring all together,, even Jared told me that Id have to start all over and create a different ring for the starting price of 3,500$ I looked around Orland park area and found this place I quickly asked him if there was anything he could do to fix my ring. He said it wouldnt be an issue and he would have it back to me the next day. At first I was very skeptical because for a year straight I had so many different places telling me the diamond would shatter of they worked on it. I left there overnight and sure enough I got a call next day saying it was ready... I couldnt believe my eyes! It was all fixed and just as beautiful as the day I got it! I cried as soon nas he showed me my ring! I was finally able to wear my ring after almost 2 years of not being able to wear it! These big box stores only care about money and ripping people off! Great service, great attention to detail. Had a problem where the family heirloom ring my fiance wanted as an engagement ring turned out to be a piece of costume jewelry, and was too small of a size. Brought the ring in and after looking at it, Mass suggested a way that the ring could be made authentic but still keep the jewel settings section from the actual ring. She loved being able to get an engagement ring that was exactly what she wanted and still had the family history in it. The work was done faster than i had expected and the price couldnt be beat. Definitely coming back for future jewelry purchases.

I walked into Mas’ store with many recommendations from friends and family, and had no idea how to pick out an engagement ring, diamond information, etc. When I initially reached out to him, Mas personally told me to come in when the shop was closing one night so we could talk more in detail without being interrupted. After I purchased a ring from him, I’ve received nothing but compliments on how I did such a good job picking a ring out by myself and where I bought it from. He walked me through each and every step of creating the perfect ring. He educated me on the importance of picking the right stone instead of just selling me one with the highest profit margin. I went into his store with an idea and left with complete confidence that the ring was going to be perfect. He created the exact ring I had in mind within the budget that I set. Wow, just amazing work by Mas!!Here is my story. I visited creative designs through a recommendation by a friend. The main ring designer, Mas, was talented at taking the old and making it new. I brought in my grandfather/mothers wedding rings and used them to make a one of a kind engagement ring.Mas walked me through the design process, like what kind of setting is best for an active person, what stone shape is more or less expensive, and what little things he could do to make my smaller diamond really shine.After the whole process, using the stones from my grandparents rings, re cutting, resetting, and making a unique piece of jewelry just for my fiance, I was still under budget.If you need something unique done, like just good, honest people, not stores trying to gouge out little things to raise the price, this is absolutely the place for you.Ask for Mas!!

Mass was exceptional to work with. The diamond fell out of my wedding ring and was severely damaged. My insurance company gave me a run-around with getting it replaced and Mass was there every step of the way, ensuring that the diamond was replaced to what the ring was worth. I very forcefully caught my 16 year old platinum diamond wedding ring on the underside of a counter top. It knocked the center diamond loose. After taking it to an Orland Park jewelry store, which shall remain unnamed in this review, they evaluated it and said it could not be tightened and the tips have to be replaced. They gave me a starting figure of $750. Needless to say, I took my ring and decided to research other places For repair. I came across Creative Design Jewelers on Google. After reading all of the positive reviews and seeing the pictures, I decided to go into the store. I told the owner what happened, he looked at it, noticed there was not any huge damage to the ring and it could be tightened. He tightened it on the spot, for a minimal fee. As he was handing it back to me, he informed me the tips would have to be done within the next year. This clearly wasnt the first time I had heard this, so I asked, How much? His answer was a fraction of the price from the original jewelers quote. He did the work himself, the ring was done the next day, it did not have to be shipped out, it looks beautiful, and the diamond is secure again. He also took the time to educate me on the care and maintenance of platinum. He made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you so much.

Masimo made the engagement ring I originally gave my wife and now 10 years later, made her 10-year upgrade ring! I couldnt have been happier with the attention to detail as well as the speed and personal interest Mas took with my wifes rings. He also asked me to bring them back in about six weeks to make sure everything was still tight. Ive dealt with a few different jewelers and none were as interested in my specific order/case as Masimo.

I dont usually write reviews, but this jewelry shop does amazing work. I went here for a resize on a ring I purchased online from a different jeweler. The online jeweler I purchased the ring from was nothing but a headache. I went to other jewelry stores in the area like Kay and Jared. They refused to touch the ring because it wasnt purchased from them. I went into Creative Designs because of the good reviews online. Mas resized the ring super fast and the job he did was amazing. The ring had an engraving in the bottom and he was able to keep it intact as well. He does amazing work for an affordable price. He also makes his own custom jewelry which looks amazing. Ill definitely be buying jewelry from his store in the future. I recommend Creative Designs for any jewelry needs.

Where do I start? I was proposed to on a Sunday, the ring was to big. I went as soon as I could on Monday to get my ring sized. I thought I was going to have to leave my ring for at least a couple days. Ive heard stories of jewerers having to send the rings out to get resized and cleaned. Well not here, I walked in and the ring has to be taken down by 3 sizes. They told me to come back in 2 hours. I couldnt believe it, only 2 hours!? Well I got a call 45 minutes later, went to pick it up and it was perfect! It fit like a glove and they even polished it for me! Let me tell you this thing glistens constantly. Iwona is the best jeweler you can work with while picking an engagement ring or any other custom jewelry. I have done my research and visited Zales, Kay, Jared, and other places before I went to Creative Design Jewelers and found not only a beautiful ring, but it was affordable too! The diamond is extremely clear and Iwona cleans and maintains it regularly. We also bought our wedding rings there and the service was excellent and speedy.
